Staff are always very friendly and try asking if I need any help, as well as very knowledgeable! Store is rather clean and animals appear well taken care of. I also like that they do price matching. My only complaint is there are no cats in the store yet!!

I was in on Sunday 12/9/18 in the evening and when I came in an employee helped me find everything I needed and was professional and friendly. However, when I went to pay that all changed. A younger woman came to the register, my receipt says her name is Ally, and she was so disrespectful I almost left the $100 of merchandise I had in my cart just to get away. She started off by strongly pushing me to buy the Petco brand food instead of what I had in my cart and when I said I wasn't interested she started lecturing me about how I was POISONING my pets by buying non-Petco brand food! She said that Petco will soon stop selling non-Petco brand pet food because they don't want to KILL animals! After I was done paying (for the stuff I had just been lectured about) she kept going after me about the artificial ingredients in the pet food I had just bought and I ended up having to walk away from her while she was still harassing me just to get away from her! I really liked Petco but I'll never shop at this store again.

I have brought my dog there for the deshedding and grooming several times. Everytime he comes out looking great and I feel the deshedding has been a great and very helpful with the shedding. I will continue to bring my dog there, as the staff are very friendly and love animals.

This 1 star rating is for the groomers.1st experience: Large areas of razor burn left on dog and dog was shaking and licking her bottom for days.She received ointment and pain medication from our vet the razor burn was so bad. This resulted in Petco paying for her vet bill.2nd experience: We requested a manager be the one to do her grooming. Yet again, our dog was left with razor burn on her bottom. We received a refund, but this review is a warning to other customers. Examine your dogs before you leave there. I will not be bringing mine back for sure & I regret giving them a second chance!

We were are camping in a town near Marinette and as luck would have it, my energetic, stronger than I thought pup ripped the buckles off the harness he was wearing. I put his sister's harness on and off we went to Petco. There I found myself holding a very excited pup and trying to fit a new harness. A wonderful young lady (employee) walked by and seen I had my hands full. She jumped right in and helped me fit the harness over the one he was wearing, then we slipped the old one off and she refit him, again. She was fantastic, I'm so sad I didn't get her name. But hopefully she reads this and knows how much I appreciate her help.

Purchased 2 saltwater tank and new filter. Fish died within 10 hours in ideal parameters in my tank that has been cycling and home to many fish. Petco blamed my water, which every system is different, then blamed the new filter i purchased which was running my media frim old filter to include my original filter lines keeping the transfer less drastic. Killed my fish and now my system is garbage. No refunds and no exchange. Customer servics told me it isn't their problem. So me and my 6 fish tanks that i need new supplies monthly with shop at Mighty Pet in Menominee, MI.

Stop in to pickup food for critters food first I used the restroom facilities they seem to think that displaying the toilet paper dispenser almost to the ground I am not sure what the hell they were thinking totally un-cool second the cashier was unable to check us out without overcharging us for cans of dog food I bought one she charged us for fifteen she then was finally able to get everything done however she was more concerned about meeting a puppy checked us out on a different register and left the other one each can is $2.19 the cat food can is $1.29 each. Not every Petco is the same and only one person asked us if we needed help Marinette Wisconsin Petco has alot to learn from Petco West Green Bay

Large selection of animals. Very clean atmosphere. Great place to bring kids, even if only to look around and enjoy the animals. Hard not to purchase one!

I called ahead of time to set up bathing For My Dawgs they wait until I drive an hour to show up and then tell me they need proof of when rabies expire... unprofessional and inconsiderate
