We were waiting in line to cash out and the young lady was having an issue. We didn’t mind waiting, a young gentleman came over and opened a register to take care of us. He didn’t have to do that as we didn’t mind. He was very polite and apologized for the wait.

We walked in and wanted to buy fish there was a white lady standing by herself getting fish the attendant saw her and then saw me and my dark skinned kids waiting next after I waved at him and we waited patiently and he helped her then proceeded to walk away and ignore my kids only wanting to pick out their fish. I am disappointed in how you treated my kids and I and we now will drive to Green Bay to buy fish when we live by Marinette I'm going to drive 50 min out my way for better customer service for my kids and I will never shop here again. Mind you I spend hundreds of dollars here and will now be going out of my way to go somewhere else.

The staff was super friendly- they were working hard but still made time for us. We also had a very shy foster dog with us who willingly approached the two guys for pets and made fast friends with them. It says a lot about the type of people working there. Very nice Petco

The employees were not helpful whatsoever, they were rude, they were telling customers that there was a change shortage so they had to pay with exact change or a credit card, or put their items back. I watched customers walk out the door because of that.. I will probably never go back to that Petco again. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

Purchased an exercise pen for our new lab puppy. She crawled over it the first time she was in it. We live 45 miles for the store. We went to return it the next time we were in the area, 75 days later. Even with the receipt, they would not accept it, not even store credit. We were there to purchase $75 of dog food also. Poor return policy. They lost a customer.

People were friendly and eager and happy to help right away. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, or just adopting from the local shelter. Photo of our new dog with his favourite new bones he picked out himself 😁

I entered this facility on 8/29/23 and checked out at approximately 7:18pm to purchase cat food. There were no prices on the shelves for ANY of the Science Diet kitten products and when I went to the counter to pay, I asked the person at the register why there were no price tags on the shelves and she proceeded to tell me that they are short handed and haven't had the time to get to that and they're hiring and I'm welcomed to fill out an application; this was not in a nice way but very snarky and belligerent way by her. She was wearing a head wrap and had tattoos on her arms, had a nose ring and wearing no name tag. When my daughter asked her very politely, why she had to be so rude to her mom, me, this employee proceeded to argue that she was not rude and repeated what she earlier stated and didn't apologize for her bad attitude. My daughter then asked for her name and she wouldn't give it, when the request was repeated, she, with the same bad attitude barked "JoJo', but when the register slip came up, the name on it was Madison. So my daughter pressed her to verify her name asking why she would lie if her name was Madison, why did she say her name was JoJo, again with the bad attitude said somebody else was logged on that register. When asked for the manager, she stated the manager was not there. She did not offer to bag our purchases and we left at that point, carrying 7 cans of cat food in hand.We were at this location the week before on Tuesday and she was at the register then and we noticed she was displaying this bad attitude toward the customer there.She needs to be fired or at least this is a serious coaching opportunity that needs to be addressed ASAP.I will never purchase from this location again and will encourage my pet owning friends to avoid this location as well.

the store has a great atmosphere to it, as soon as you walk in you're greated with a friendly face and the staff seems to genuinely want to help you and take care of your needs. i get me dog groomed here all the time and they always do an amazing job with him. if you go in to set up a grooming appointment ask for jenny shes the best.

Store was DIRTY, MESSY and overall looked like it had been LOOTED! Horrible experience! I almost took out my phone to take photos, but figured no one would care, if that was the way the store looked at 1 p.m. in the afternoon. The dog potty/mess trash can was OVERFLOWING with poop bags and urine soiled toweling INSIDE the store at the trash station. It literally looked like someone had looted and emptied shelves, hooks, etc. Trash all over. Water on the floor in the fish department. Litter all over the floor by the small animal enclosures. Unbelievable. Not an employee to be found on the floor -- only 2 at checkout station -- a new employee learning the register and one sitting on her butt watching. I WON'T BE BACK anytime soon. Horrible visit!

Please take better care of the reptiles, many petcos can't even be bothered to use proper husbandry. And the state of the fish tanks and mealworms is sometimes ridiculous. Some stores have rude, lazy staff too. Prices are ridiculous for reptile supplies, and your workers often push people to buy items they dont need and shouldnt use.

Something needs to be done about those fish tanks in this store.Stopped in there 2 hours before closing today and they had already shut down fish sales, but also the tank smelled HORRIBLE and were all filled with dead fish. There was even dead fish on the ground under the tanks. When pointed out another girl stated “we don’t talk about that we just close the door.” 😬
