My boyfriend and I ordered 2 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches one the meal, one just the sandwich with fries.We finally get our food and pull in the lot to eat it and realize they gave us one ghost pepper and one regular spicy chicken sandwhich.We pull back around thinking they would fix it since they rang in the wrong sandwich, we asked for 2 GHOST PEPPER CHICKEN sandwiches.They wanted us to pay $7 for them to fix their mistake. I said we would pay (thinking it would be the price difference) but what a joke, learn to take an order and own up and fix your mistake. Not paying your establishment more to do what you should have done in the first place. LISTEN when you’re taking orders.

Ordered taco salad, baked potato with butter and sour cream, 2 orders of chili, chicken nuggets and an order of fries. Lady working drive thru was wearing a pink leopard print shirt hanging off her shoulder with bra showing. I ate my fries and part of chili then saw my baked potato. I think it was baked a week ago. After seeing the potato my stomach turned and I was unable to eat anymore. 25.oo $ later I thought about calling and complaining, but honestly I am so frustrated and disgusted i could only assume my call would be counter productive. Can't say I could recommend Manitowoc Wendy's.

They never give me the right food! EVERYTIME I go here there’s always missing and it’s unacceptable how they charge me for everything but I don’t receive everything. I order the Queso Fries and I didn’t receive it, I ordered a kids meal and didn’t receive it! When I got there the lady was rude having an attitude. Very disappointed with getting charged and not receiving what I’m supposed to get.

Most of the food was correct. However it seems that every time I get the bacon fries they are very disappointing. Why should I pay what I’m paying for this small amount, 3 pieces of bacon and a pinch of cheese. Didn’t see it until I left and got home. It’s just not worth the drive

Slight disappointment when your half way home to finally take a drink of your Pumpkin Spice Frosty to find out it's just chocolate. The main reason for choosing to grab something to eat there was the pumpkin frosty. The person at the drive-thru sounded like he was having a rough day and was a bit crabby. Although, understandable at times when there are so many rude customers and sometimes things get crazy busy. Otherwise, generally, it's your typical fast food experience.

Good service, was pretty quick too, although I was the only one in line. I ordered baconator meal and a bacon n cheddar baked potato, it was $17. I think that's ridiculous. Very pricey. I do have to say it was hot and freshParking: Parking lot located on each side of the full building and one street for parking.

Baconator fries are a hit here. My son always wants to stop and get some now myself as well. Service is pretty quick for the most part. Cashiers are pretty nice except this one heavyset woman very grouchy as times. Sometimes she wont say anything. If its too bad where she gets nasty, REfund Please. Lol

Sean is the name on the receipt . Rushed me made me feel like it was an inconvenience that I came in to order today. A Nikki who seems to be the manager on duty and we not happy to be in her place of work I asked a simple question as I just got the app and wanted to try it out gave me attitude when I asked if it took the 10 piece nugget off which was my reward. I get it I work in fast food too but needs extra help in the customer service department! Some lady with colored glasses did her best to help me she was sweet would come back for her . Train your employees better !!

Everytime I have been here I've been disappointed. Where I used to live, Wendy's was my favorite fast food place. When I go to this location I get medium fries when I order large meals and usually they're lukewarm. The rare cases my sandwich is made fresh it looks like it exploded in the foil but usually you can tell it's an old sandwich by the wilted lettuce and mayo/ketchup soup mixture leaking out. I was recently in Michigan where I ran into a Wendy's that knew what it was doing and it reminded me of how much I wished we had a half-decent one in town.People will gladly wait 20 minutes in Culver's drive-thru to avoid this place

Got my 1st Italian chicken sandwich here, & it was soooooo good! Will definitely be back to get another one. It was hot, freshly made, tender, & full of delicious & gooey cheese.Kid-friendliness: Kids love their kid meals.

Love this place! Service was fast and friendly, really like stopping here.This trip I tried the new classic chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Had a nice mix of a crunchy texture with the tasty chicken. Add the lettuce and tomatoes... well worth it!And I do not need to tell anyone why the chocolate frosty is great!I also like the huge assortment (choices) of drinks!So take a chance a try the new classic chicken sandwich, I believe you will like it!

It is a regular Wendy's but the staff at this Wendy's are very friendly and polite. This makes me want to come back. Thank you for giving great customer service. Food was good but the older fries were much better than the new type of fries Wendy's are selling.

We got there at 7 pm they had one table and 1 customer at the counter. They were not busy inside. All of the tables were used and not cleaned, the people behind the counter acted like they didn't want to be there. Our server did not smile or greet us we had to acknowledge her to let her know what we wanted to order. The ladies bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and the paper towel holder was empty. The food was good that is why it was rated 1.

We ordered 3 Frostys; we were disappointed 1. They do not offer a vanilla flavor 2. The strawberry which is a special is basically just pink colored, there's not much strawberry flavor, and no strawberries. However the one chocolate that we ordered was fine.

Dine in was closed unfortunately. Drive through was courteous and kind, unfortunately the food was not good. Chicken nuggets were soggy and tasted of old oil/fishy. Both burgers and fries ordered were barely warm. Frosty was the only enjoyable part of the meal.

Honestly not even worth a star. One manager almost got an employee in trouble and I corrected him and told the lady manager what actually happened and the employee thanked Me because she didn't wanna get in trouble for something a manager told her to-do. I walked In for a pick up, just 3 drinks, lady couldn't help because of an issue with the register, she tried getting the manager dude and he told her to go to Ashley, or someone, to figure out something to do and I'm still standing here. Another line cook notices me and just watches, and I'm still standing and being ignored, finally he speaks up and ask the manager dude "what about her?" And I said "can I please get my drinks and be helped?" And another manager lady came out, manager dude tried making up a story and I stopped him and told the lady manager what actually happeend because I would be livid if that innocent employee got in trouble. 3 frosties is all I ordered and almost didn't get them.
