Pointless in calling the pharmacy and asking even basic questions as they are not friendly. They refuse to be of any help. I was told that my prescription would be ready by 3pm due to having 100 prescriptions to fill when normally they only have around 20. I called at 9:30am. I said that I am perfectly fine with that. It’s now going to be done around 4:30pm. Be more helpful, don’t have an attitude and be nice. I don’t care how busy your day is as you don’t care to help me in any way. I will take my families business to Meijers.

For some reason they don’t have a pharmacist on duty during lunch they open at 8 o’clock go on a two hour lunch break dentist sent prescription in at 10 o’clock came after their lunch break at 2:30 and they said they had just received it and to come back in 15 minutes I came back. They took Tylenol off the shelf for my son and put it in a bag and gave it to me huge waste of time. Every time I try to get any prescriptions from here they’re always seems to be some issue or they’re slow.

Very bad customer service! Had a script sent there yesterday morning and was told it would be ready by 3pm. I had to work so i went to get it the next morning around 9 just to be told it would be ready at 1 and seconds later told it would actually be ready in an hour and a half. I call an hour and a half later for them to tell me it’ll be ready after 2 pm.(mind you every time you call you have to be on hold for at least 10-15 minutes before you even speak with someone) If it’s gonna take 2 days to fill my prescription why not just tell me that. Ended up having it transferred to another pharmacy that had things in order.

Horrible pharmacy!!! Its the second time i ask for a medication here and they say its not ready. I was waiting for 20 minutes before their lunch time when it was my turn they just put a poster up saying no pharmacist at this point. And i pressed on the caller all they say was its closed 1:30 to 2pm and hang up on me. This is ridiculous no point on having this pharmacist if always busy closed or not have yr prescription ready! I do not recommend then from now on. Ridiculous!!!!!

These pharmacy hours are horrible. Hopefully you won’t need meds on a weekend because they’re closed. Then I called to ask if they had a medication in stock that was on back order and the lady said she couldn’t tell me because of security concerns. I then asked if she could fill the script on file since I’ve been waiting for weeks and she had to transfer me to a pharmacist. Another tech answered after about 10 minutes and she looked into it only to tell me they didn’t have it. Why could the first one not tell me that and not waste my time? Nothing but issues since I moved here.

This is the worst most unprofessional pharmacy. The workers are rude and lazy. I'm definitely done using this pharmacy I've been waiting for two days for one prescription for my broken knee cap. I'm in so much pain and these ppl want to act like they can't do their job. They should all be fired....

Dan does a great job and explains things perfectly....great pharmacist.My only issue is to change the closing hours to 6:40 or 6:45 pm....Not 7. I, like many, leave work early at 6:30 so I can get to the pharmacy by 6:40 or 6:45, but lanes are already closed and curtain closed. It's happened 5 or 6 times and again on Friday before the 4th of July weekend....we all would like to do that, but missing some meds for some, 4-5 days, could be critical..for some elderly especially.So since it seems like a regular thing, just change the close time to 6:40 or state the lanes close at 6:40 or 6:45 but open til 7 inside.Problem solved and back to 5 stars!5 stars for Dan anyways no matter!

The only reason I provide 1 star is for the kindness of the Pharmacy Manager. Aside from that, I do NOT recommend Walgreens. What fraud are you trying to pull?Over a year of no prescription refills by me,yet still having scripts filled, several calls to several technicians (of which is impossible to call in and speak to anyone), always get sent to call service, always get attitude from on site techs, asked repeatedly to fix my account, Hours to accomplish anything, and yet I am still having prescriptions filled in my name after everything, UNAUTHORIZED!!! I even made the changes myself online and yet they are still filling them in my name. I am one step from a lawsuit. Today, tried one more time to contact someone, 45 minutes on hold tried 3 times and still spoke to no one! Could not even be permitted to speak to the store manager.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Walgreens has really gone downhill. Pharmacy closed on the weekend?! How are people who work supposed to get meds? I have one med left to pick and I have found another pharmacy going forward. I know it won't ever shut down because sometimes it's the only place insurance will allow meds to be filled. But I really wish they would just shut down. They're worthless.

Went to Walgreens in Manitowoc for bandage supplies several times. What they had in stock was next to nothing, they don't seem to restock their shelves. There was very little to choose from. Went elsewhere. Had better luck getting the supplies I needed.

Spoke with the pharmisist Jake about my puppy and he was so generous to help and find out the information for me. I called around to numerous Walgreens and he was the only one to really take the time to find the information . He was very nice and knowledgeable. Walgreens Manitowoc is awesome. I highly recommend. Also I called like 30 minutes before they were closing and they treated me like as if I called during regular hours :) thank you Jake!

My 2 year old son was discharged from the Children's Hospital in Madison we arrived at the Manitowoc Walgreens at 5:02 pm. The car un fron of us recieved their medicine. When we got to the window it was closed with a sign that said call your nearest 24 hr walgreens in Sheboygan. I called the store asked to speak to a manager told her we had a 2 year old cancer patient with us that needed his medicine in an hour and it was 2 minutes past 5. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could call the pharmacist and see if he/she could come back she repeatedly told me she could not do that... We are now driving our 2 year old who has already been in the truck for 3 hours and doesnt feel well to Green Bay to pick up his prescription. This is one if many awful recent experiences we have had with walgreens recently both Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Clearly they dont care about their customers.

Had a drug interaction went to the Dr. They did nothing. The pharmacist was very helpful and helped me choose the right otc medication to get relief of terrible rash in my mouth and my throat.. nice to know Walgreens in Manitowoc has such a wonderful knowledgeable pharmacist. Thank you!

Usually a great place. Can drive right up and get your prescriptions most of the time...unless one of their friends pull up...then good luck. Your going to have to wait 10+ min while the catch up in the drive thru

Pharmacy closed ALL weekend during the summer. Don't they know people work all week and need to refill on weekends. Awful! Time to look for a new pharmacy

The store is a good place to shop. I have sent photo's to Walgreens main office showing the problem, to no answer, about the entrance into the store at the street (Calumet Avenue). If a vehicle is going West on Calumet Avenue and wants to turn right into the Walgreen store entrance, is when the problem will happen. If a vehicle is exiting the store (stopped waiting to enter Calumet Avenue Traffic) and the vehicle turning in happen at the same time, this problem will occur.The problem is, the entrance from the street is to SHARP, causing the right rear tire to go over the curb. The curb has to be removed about twenty more inches to stop this Bruising of tires trying to get into this Walgreen's while traveling west on Calumet Avenue and turning right into the store entrance while a vehicle is waiting to enter Calumet Avenue.I sent pictures of this problem to the main Walgreen's office. The pictures were taken after a snow storm showing all the snow gone in the area I have described, because of vehicle tires having to go over the curb. I never received even a response from any of their people at least acknowledging receiving of the information.Store is great once you get over the curb!!!

It's nice to shop, but the pharmacy is ridiculous. When you call in a prescription they said it will be done, but you occasionally end up waiting over an hour after it was supposed to be done. The drive thru is also slow as can be.

I was not able to use $20.00 from my Cashback in my Walgreens app using my Walgreens credit card. They said only Walgreens debit card can be used for paying with Cashback.

Very slow. I printed off ONE picture and it ended up adding a cd with it which made my total 10.58. The girl doing the pictures was a crabby old bag. Not once smiled. Or said anything nice

This is a good Walgreens. The people who work here are friendly. You can drop off fed ex packages here, and the photo department is good.

I recommend you not to get your prescription filled here. A majority of the time medicinal items are not in stock for your prescription. SMH

Never open. Closes when they want to. Sells discounted prescription that does not work and then tells you they can't get any other. Used them for years, but their service is now horrendous.

I just went to the Walgreens and the Lady cashier short hair with the eyeglasses was asking my phone number and I said no.and she give her number and she said message me if you want ..😅what’s that mean I really don’t understand why she wants me to message her instead saying to have a good day customer service 😡😡😡😡
