Entered the Verlo store on Presidents Day for the sales event, looked at the mattresses layed on a few after a borage of questions from salesman. I noticed that not one mattress none of the mattresses had a price on them. I asked why, he said the prices fluctuate so much we don't put the price on them. I felt he could make the price up to what ever he felt was in your wallet. It felt like a used car lot sale technique. No trust no sale, beware. You have been warned.

Walked in to the store to buy a bed. The employee that was working that day was helping another customer. He noticed that I have came in n was going back and forth me and the other customer. I didn’t mind that at all gave me a chance to look around at the same time. Very honest and understanding. I will definitely be back!!!

I have done business with Verlo for years and have been so satisfied I don't bother to check out other brands. They accommodate individual needs and preferences on all levels from mattress type and construction to finance range to delivery arrangements. They are also very knowledgeable about their product. In the case of any miscommunication they've been very gracious in meeting my needs even when I'm the one who made the error. The mattresses have never disappointed and last longer than the guaranteed time :-)

We bought a mattress set from Verlo a few years ago. I never thought I'd spend that much on a mattress but it was worth every single penny. It's perfect for us and we've never slept better. Our set is a king size and very heavy. When we realized there was a tear in the fabric, probably from moving it, they came and picked it up to repair and returned it the same day. I like knowing we can make adjustments to our set if we choose. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've enjoyed our bed from Verlo for four years, and the sheets we purchased at that time just took a dive. The sheets are a bit pricey, but the Bamboo sheets stay comfortable.

Manitowoc Verlo has tremendous customer service! 5 Stars!!! I bought a futon at a Verlo in a different city and the owner/manager in Manitowoc has been so helpful. When we had issues arise (even past warranty) with the futon he has gone out of his way to help us. Thank you Manitowoc Verlo for being so fantastic. I would definitely recommend their customer service to anyone.

We walked in expecting the mattresses to be way outside of our budget... and some certainly were, but we found a set about in the middle that we really liked, that we could live with. The warranty they offer is really great!The mattresses are built after you order them, right there at the store. They have delivery and set up available too. We ordered on Monday and expect delivery on Wednesday afternoon!The sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He told us things about firmness and comfort levels that we didn't know.It was great trying out the $5,000 mattress!
