I thought at first this was a one time thing but it is happening almost everytime now. I order my drink and the cup is way less than full. Like 2/3 s full. If I am paying 5 to 6 dollars for a simple drink it has become an issue. One time I went back in the store and tried to , constructively, address it. The barista acted insulted. I won't frequent them again because of this issue.

The two night supervisors are unprofessional, the store is messy, the bathrooms are disgusting. The one with glasses and the one with bangs are two of the worst "management" options. I shouldn't have to witness someone crying and taking it out on their fellow employees. The man also has been uncomfortable to watch interact with some of the women. Completely unprofessional.

This is a great place to stop if you're traveling down the highway. Easy on easy off. They always make you a great coffee here. And the staff are very nice to you. Bathrooms are always immaculate. I wish they hadn't raised their prices on espresso.

They have excellent service, very good coffee. The store inside is clean. The only downside is that they are very expensiveParking: It's a very small parking lot. Thea is shared by two other businesses, so parking is always difficult

Our drinks were good once they eventually came… We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. What got me was the fully loaded counter of mobile orders. The staff kept making more and more mobile order drinks and those in the lobby waited and waited… I told my husband that I’m so glad we usually brew our coffee at home. If you go to Starbucks, definitely check out mobile ordering because it appears to have precedence over those physically present at this location.

They employees here are really friendly, and they make great suggestions if you don't know what you want or if they are out of what you want. They always make a special drink for our daughter with not too much sugar in it. They are really fast even when there are a lot of people out a long line in the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: They make a special drink for our daughter.

So this location was out of short cups that are plastic. I wanted a paradise drink for my kiddo. she immediately said would you like a tall instead? You will have to pay for the tall price tho. I told her it's for my kid and I want the smallest size. I asked if they had the hot cups in that size and if we could have it in that cup. She said let me check. She said no. Then she said you could could get a size tall and I will give you two cups. I said no thanks and asked if she could charge me for a short but use a tall and fill the drink not as full. She said no. She or her manager was ridiculous. In a normal world, if a restaurant is out of a cup and a customer wants that size you give the customer a size up no up charge. Plenty of times fast food places have done that if they were out of a smaller cup. Thats called customer service! I ended up canceling my order.

I placed my order but when I received it, it was not what I ordered. They apologized and made the right drink as fast as they could and even allowed me to keep the wrong drink to give to a co-worker. My accent often causes miscommunication so I always understand when my order is wrong and we usually get a good laugh out of how 1 word was mistaken for another. The Starbucks employees never seem frustrated about the mistake. They seem to just take it in stride. Great Service every time!

Decently quick service, very friendly staff, but the drinks lack consistency. They also forget the sweetner in my drink 12% of the time. Expensive too, but you know that when you decide to get a drink from Starbucks - so I can't dock them for outrageous prices.

As usual the Manitowoc, WI Starbucks exceeded my expectations. Friendly, courteous and exceptional customer service even in these uncertain times. Awesome as always. Also, I have been to Starbucks all over this country and this is still the best after all these years. I always stop when I am in town.
