They have great prices on just about everything, they are helpful and polite. The store is clean and well stocked. I purchased a ham for $16 that would have cost well over $30 at Walmart. They have great produce and deli products. I live in two rivers and will shop at Rob's family market before I go anywhere else. I highly recommend shopping here.

Great for convince items that I don't want to run across town for. Also a great place to shop sales. If it's not on sale it usually costs a bit more just because it's a small, family run grocery store.

The best meat in town... I've been shopping at Rob's for 18 years now and still will continue to shop there. In the past I was struggling and instead of them turning me away they helped take care of the remainder of my balance so we had food. Friendly staff and very clean. Oh and did I mention they have great meat!!!

They have really great sale prices on meat. They have a few of their own brat flavors. Their bacon is a good price. The people who work here are nice. Their produce section is a pretty good size, and they have a big center aisle area, too.

I haven't been in Rob's in a long time, but I'm glad I stopped in today. The staff in deli/bakery were very helpful, as well as the staff in the meat department.

Customer service is subpar. Produce department is expansive for the type of store it is. They’re known for their meat department (and for good reason). High quality cuts of meat that are priced reasonably and always very tasteful. I enjoy their deli offerings, too. I had a hot ham & cheese sandwich that appeared questionable but was very good. It’s a small operation—a small business I’ll continue supporting.

They are like family at Rob's. Wonderful meat. It is an absolute joy to have this store to shop in. I feel like I have made new friends that are like family to me. It isn't so huge that is hard to walk the whole way. It is equipped with everything you need wonderful homemade Meats and just a joy to be in.

Family market is a nice place with great meat products, however they are not the cheapest.I'll add that many products are more expensive. Bags of chips are $2 or $3 more than Walmart.However location is nice and I enjoy the customer service!

So Rob had his mind on one thing alone and that was to hire my wife as his manager even though she had no experience even called here at home looking for her to see if she would possibly be interested he was interested in her and her alone nothing but a lowlife if you ask me

I go to Rob's for the specials they run. Everyday prices are high, but typical of a small grocery store. The staff is usually friendly, and I get in and out of there fast because there are only a handful of short asiles. I most enjoy their bakery items because they are always fresh and there are discounted bakery items available daily.

This is the best grocery store in Manitowoc to get meat! Great cuts, reasonable prices, and a wide variety of other produce, frozen, and other foods. I highly recommend this store. The staff is always friendly.

This was my first time visiting the store, so I took my time eyeing everything and all the departments. I had a great find in the meat department. I found these really great black Angus rib eyes priced at 99¢ lb.

it's a independent owned grocery mart. Nice place if your close by and not wanting to run everywhere to save a buck. Not a huge selection but good quality. The only place I ever go for my ground round meat for raw beef sandwiches.

I love the friendly atmosphere, and respect for Covid 19 mask wearers. Great selection of meats, produce, everything. Appreciate the handy liquor selection as well. Manitowoc is lucky to have this store.

Please be careful shopping here for now, several of the associates have been running fevers, having shortness of breath with chest pain, and coughing and still required to come into work. We can all hope it's nothing dangerous of course but why risk it when something so deadly and so virulent is running rampant (and anyone running a fever is contagious no matter what they have). I highly suggest all older customers and anyone high risk simply avoid this store until they figure out a way to be a little more compliant with CDC regulations. Good luck to you, Rob, I hope you show the community you value your employees' and customers' lives as much as your bank account.
