Ramirez replaced the starter on my F-150 same day he towed it in.Then, after another local repair shop misdiagnosed an intermittent noise in my F-350 and replaced my turbo pedestal, Ramirez correctly diagnosed the noise as a wheel bearing and repaired it right away for a reasonable price. He is not the cheapest mechanic around, but if you find the cheapest, it may end up costing you a lot more in the end.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Had the exhaust on my truck repaired there, tune up, and just had thermostat replaced. Smiles from everyone and explained in different terms if i didnt understand the 1st time. Thank you everyone that works there for making a stressful situation better.

Was paid for a service and did not complete it. Stated they were on the way and had to message over an hour later to see where they were. They responded 10 minutes but showed up 30 minutes later. The 3 guys who showed up to winch a vehicle reminded me of The Three Stooges. They did not seem like they knew what they were doing. They worked for over an hour before even moving the vehicle. They ended up unhitching their winches and left with the vehicle still in the ditch. I was hopeful when they were on their way as they have been in business for a few years so they should have experience. They may be good as a towing service but definitely not if you are in the ditch and need a winch. Their comment was they were paid to winch and not tow. I didn't need a tow, I needed a vehicle out of the ditch.No refund was given to boot.Note, things are easier if you work with tires and not try to pull them sideways.

Ramirez Auto came out after hours on a Friday night to tow my Jeep to their shop. They work with my extended warranty, which very few places do. They fixed the issue, and even replaced a burnt out light and changed the oil. I highly recommend them

Well I came for a car show and ended at this awesome car shop because my starter went out. Everyone from jim the tow guy and then the owner and wife were wonderful. They came and towed me very quickly and got me in the shop right away. I was traveling with my dog and they were very kind to my dog and myself. Family owned and operated. I would come back if I lived there. Thank you all again.

Had a tire issue on I-43, was able to get to Ramirez Auto. They had a tire, pushed me to the front of the list and the owner even let my friend and I borrow one of their vehicles to go to lunch while the job was being completed. Great people and a great business!Service: Tires

This place does it all from towing, air cooling, exhaust, alingments. On June 5th they went beyond that, at 3 pm they were able to take my car in for a bent fender. I was impressed by how quick they were able to fix my bumper and my air conditioner in 2 hours. Where other shops in the area are understaffed they had about 7 staff members. Restoration was absolutely perfect. Price was unbeatable. I recommend Ramírez auto 100%

Got stranded on the freeway had my truck towed to Ramirez Auto I am hoping that the repair will be a peace of mind, Jim tried making me feel at ease by telling me not to think of the worse, by making me think it might be an easy fix. short and sweet, my son was in a fender bender and had to have his car towed they came to pick up the car and wanted 375.00 to tow it 100 feet. I had them unload the car and the police called hwy 142 towing and they charged 150.00. I would not recommend this towing company

I locked the keys in my late husband's truck (my car that just died you couldn't lock the door if key was inside). I was at Jewel, I thought I can call the police or have my son drive down and wait a couple of hours. Mr Ramirz was in the parking lot doing a tow and graciously offered. to help get in my truck. He was kind, helpful and didn't hesitate to help - there are still angels in the world. Thank you!

Don’t pay attention to any of the bad reviews on here. This place restored my faith in humans being good people. So nice and polite and made my children comfortable by speaking with them directly about his tow truck! My youngest has autism and was confused as to what was going on before I even placed the call to them. Very fast! We got back to the shop after he came so quick to our rescue and a few other coustomers where there already. They stayed open late to look at our vehicle past the time of closing! Have a very reasonable estimate and explained my options well. When it came time to pay they were extremely clear on letting me know that paying with a card would ensure a 3% fee. Explained that very well to me. No hidden charges or ashen dad or anything, just great service. Very nice family, all of them. All new parts were used. We got 4 things fixed on the drivers side and passenger side of our vehicle. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for this business. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everyone I interacted with spoke English clearly. If you’re a closed minded racist you’re truly missing out on a great family and business to take your vehicle to! I would go here again in a heartbeat!

I bought a vehicle from him for a somewhat decent price and he was able to finance me. However, I have issues on top of issues with this vehicle since I bought it. The owner told me nothing is wrong every time I have taken it in. It takes longer for any work to be completed and I get no communication until I stop in because no one answers the phone knowing any info. He “fixed” something once and charged me for it and then I had more issues and my regular mechanic said those parts were original, never replaced. The “warranty” doesn’t cover anything and even if it’s supposed to be in the plan, he charges crazy for the “work” to be completed. Not happy

Áll i needed was to be pulled out of my yard,I was stuck in mud. Most guys i think would of hooked up, one pull all the way to the road. Instead, he proceeded pull three or four feet and then , unhook and ask me to see if i could drive out..We did that five times and after an hour and going only 20 feet. He told me to get the final twenty feet would double the towing charge.All he had to do was drag me out. Not stop five times. So hear i sit broke , no close to being out than beforehand.

We've used Ramirez auto in the past for oil changes, tire repairs, and replacements, transmission fluid changes, and towing. We saw a vehicle for our daughter and ended up buying it. My husband and I and our children are traveling and we had a busted tire. Even though it was very close to his closing time. He took his time to work on our truck . He later discovered that our brake pad was bad. He advised that we change the brake pad. Very professional. He did not take advantage of our predicament that evening. The charges are just right.

I was quoted two very different price to junk my car. The first price they gave me was $200. A few months later, my husband called back and was quoted for less than $100!! I was shocked! They told my husband that we can trade my car in for 4 new winter tires. We decided that since getting less than $100 was probably not worth it, went ahead and proceeded with their offer. My husband called back and spoke with Ramirez and again, was told that they can not do the offer either! They can't seem to keep their words! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

If you're ever stuck near Manitowoc, please call these guys! We got a flat tire on the highway so we called Ramirez Auto. They towed our truck, patched the tire, and had us back on the road within an hour and a half! We were super impressed with how quick everyone was!

Very unprofessional. Took belongings out of my car he was fixing. Busted memo the owner in the act and now he told me he would return it in an hour so I went with my son and got lunch came back. No one was to be found. Upon arrival there were others waiting also for him and were also getting upset he was not around. Told me to be back at 230 its now 3pm and no sight of anything..... do not come to this place at all unless you want to be ripped off and property stolen from you .

I didnt know anybody in the area when my van broke down, first place i called told me if i didnt have cash they guess my car was just going to sit there. So i called Ramirez and not only did they not keep me stranded they were totally down to earth and willing to work with me. I would recommend them to anybody!

We had the brakes replaced on our 1995 Subaru by Ramirez Auto and were very pleased with the outcome. While other auto repair businesses have tried to discourage us from having extensive or costly repairs done, Ramirez Auto was more than willing to fix our car as we requested. Considering the age of the car and the state of the brakes, we felt the costs were very reasonable. The entire staff was polite and accommodating and no one tried to make us feel badly for owning our old, but still reliable car. Thank you for a job well, Ramirez Auto!

I just want to let people know how kind and thoughtful Ramirez is, it's the beginning of December and my water pump went out he was so kind to get it on and fixed allowing me to make payments. I appreciate him very much for this may I add how he also worked with me in the past allowing me to break my downpayment for my vehicle into 2 payments!

I can't believe the vehicles he gets from auctions and makes them good enough to sell, but they are scary. I'm glad I didn't buy from them.
