We went here around lunchtime and it was kind of empty which was nice. The food was good, I feel like it could have been a little warmer or fresher but it was still pretty tasty. I had a bowl with a side of chips. Our checkout process was pretty smooth and the person helping us out was nice. We had a good lunch.Vegetarian options: Some rice and beans.Dietary restrictions: Some allergy friendly foods such as rice and beans.Parking: Free lot shared with other businesses.Kid-friendliness: Simple good foods.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

First one in the door when they opened (Saturday morning). New surf and turf burrito was advertised, ordered it in a bowl but after the bowl was already being made they said that the veggies weren’t prepared and they didn’t have shrimp. Had to wait 10 mins for the veggies to be made while our other food got cold. After paying they said the chips don’t come with the bowl so I had to make another transaction for 1.05. Every other qdoba I’ve been to the chips always come with the bowls.

Rude staff, no veggies as the other reviewers stated as well. Staff is young and clearly has no supervision, lack of training, and doesn't care about their jobs at all. Food was ok, not as good as most Qdoba'... And they had no chips, how do you not have chips at Qdoba... And the drink machine has no ice... How do you not have ice in a drink machine... Place sucks and deserves it's low ratings, go do a different Qdoba.

As we were driving by Manitowoc we wanted to stop for dinner and noticed the colorful reviews of this restaurant. We committed to stopping and agreed to post good or bad as we never play food critic and thought the adventure sounded fun. As we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty on a 6pm on a Monday. We were immediately greeted with a smile and pleasant greeting and willingness to help when we were ready. Dispelling other reviews we saw no one who looked high or couldn’t form a sentence. We were served immediately and we all ordered variations of burrito bowls and the only complaint was that the sour cream ran out on one and was a little light. The gentleman who checked us out was efficient although no smile. He dressed a bit like a beer distributor with a Bud hat and Corona shirt versus the uniform everyone else was wearing. The general cleanliness was OK although sitting across from the soda machine and condiment counter they could definitely use a sweep underneath. In fairness you wouldn’t see it unless you were seated. One of our party did use the restroom and suggested it looked like it could use a cleaning. Overall, no major issues and not as bad as we feared after reading the reviews. I will update the post if we experience any I’ll effects on the remainder of our drive.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Qdoba and it was because of your manager on duty. Giving an attitude with me (the paying customer because I wanted to pay cash and my partner was going to pay with card) also yelling at the 16 year old worker. There was barely any food available!! No queso no brisket I got half the normal size of a bowl and my partner got half of a burrito because they were out of literally everything! I also commented on the attitude of the manager telling her her attitude wasn’t cute. And I’m normally not one to say anything out loud!!! Absolutely shameful. You’re working at Qdoba not the ritz.

Regarding the location in Manitowoc Wisconsin: If you were short of patience and know what you want, do not go into this place. The employees are less than robots and more like zombies. They will give you the wrong food and just look at you when you tell them that they have served you the wrong food. I could swear that the counter service gentleman could not make a simple sentence, and when I told him that he had put meat on my vegetarian salad, he just looked at me with his mouth open, and I can swear a little spittle came out. I paid for it anyway, but I will never ever go back to that restaurant. The manager watched the entire event and just stared at us.Forget it. Business owner. Please find some training for your employees.

I had not been to a Qdoba in many years. In April, I went to one in Madison and really enjoyed their street tacos. I was in Manitowoc Sunday & went to this Qdoba. They didn't have the street tacos on the board, but the man working said he could make them. He asked if I wanted them made per the recipe & I said yes. The onions on Madison were very thin, these where huge, thick onions. The cheese was completely different. They tasted nothing like the amazing ones I n Madison. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the majority of the tables were dirty & the bathroom was filthy.My mom had the shrimp bowl they were advertising & loved it. When you eat at a chain restaurant you expect the same food to taste & be prepared in the same way.

Had to walk out of the store because the server decided that it was more important to stir all the food than to help the customers standing in line. Wasn't even stirring the food in an efficient manner. No sense of urgency or customer service. Not once did she say "we'll be with you in a moment" or acknowledge that we were there. Another, server was taking care of an online order and drive thru at the same time. Will not be returning.

I ordered a big order online and it did not go through. They said it was probably a computer glitch. I hope you can fix that. Very disappointing. I don’t waste an hour driving there and getting my order and driving back to work. Please check on your computer system, it was a 14 person order $150 which I almost didn’t order because of the computer glitch.

Chris Stevens and Noah were my servers when visiting for the first time. They were friendly, patient, well versed with their selections of meats, toppings, etc. As well as giving brilliant advice on combos and things to try with my bowl to help create the flavor combination I had come in striving for. Its not often that I come to Sheboygan but when I do, this is definitely a destination I seek out. Not only for the service but the flavourful, well sized portions they offer at their establishment. It truly blows away any similar competitors like Chipotle. I'm anticipating to see more of their stores open around Wisconsin, as long as they keep up this A+ level of service. Kudos to the workers especially, I hope you get the praise and recognition you deserve for your hard work and passion for your job!Vegetarian options: Vegan Meat optionsDietary restrictions: Lots of options for High protein, Vegan, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, etcParking: Easy open parking. Not happy with my service or my food. The worker helping me brushed what was on the counter into my bowl of rice… When I asked for a new bowl he seemed very confused. I had to explain to him that I wanted a new bowl because he just wiped stuff off of the counter into my bowl of rice. I live about 5 minutes away and when I got home my food was already cold. The chips were stale. I don’t plan on returning.

Came in and to start with there were no vegetables. The girl taking my order was more interested in talking about the men "hitting up her dm's" than making my order correctly. I ordered the toasted cheese quesadilla..she didn't put the cheese on it...then throws it back on the grill with the cheese then proceeds to put it in my box upside down...all while chit chatting in Spanish to the cook. It really doesn't get much more rude. I used to love this place. Very sad to see how far down they've gone.

This was my second time giving this location a chance.We ordered online to bring home. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. We took 20 getting there and still had to wait 10 mins.In addition to everything else, we ordered a large queso and chips. This is how empty the bag was (see pic). Then the chips were either stale or almost soggy.Two parts of the order were wrong.Compared to past experiences with other locations of this chain, there was barely any meat on the burrito.2 stars because what wasn't messed up wasn't bad. As a chain should be. You should know what you're getting from one to the next, for the most part. But we won't be returning to this location.Last time wasn't much better.

Well the fact that this place was empty on a Saturday at 6pm should've been a dead give away to go somewhere else. Ordered a burrito and the girl who made it was obviously a new employee but rather than help her the 3 other employee's sat around trying to look busy while sitting on their phones. The burrito was seriously under portioned and was the smallest burrito I've ever gotten at a Qdoba before. It looked like a chili cheese burrito from Taco Bell. And rather than have someone else wrap it at the end, even though the new employee was visibly struggling to do so, no other employee tried to assist. So I basically sat down to a burrito that had the structural integrity of a wet diaper wrapped in tinfoil. Train your staff before letting them serve your finalized product. Overall terrible experience.

Just got a burrito today. Was so dry the rice was crunching in my mouth, tasted a bit like rancid tomatoes and bleach, 20 minutes later I’m on the side of the freeway throwing it all back up. These people are disgusting do not eat here!

Absolutely terrible experience on 07/10/2021. I ordered food to be picked up at 2:30 and it wasn’t ready until 4:00pm. Employees stood around for 10 minutes before informing me that they ran out of rice and asked if I wanted to wait for rice or get my food without it. I told them I would wait.They said it would take 20 minutes to make rice, it took over 40. Nobody apologized for the delay, no one kept me updated on what was happening. One of the employees shot me dirty looks the whole time, while making personal phone calls at the register, (because if I didn’t wait for rice, she wasn’t going to make it. I heard her complain about this.) when I finally got my food, I received with an eye roll from the employees.In the last couple of years, the quality in food and staff had significantly declined at this location and it’s so disappointing.

You probably shouldn't have someone high making the food and teach the employees how to make the food thats on the menu. I order something and don't even get it the way it's said on the menu and then asking me what I want when I said it 3 times. The food wasn't even made well and when you order a quesadilla you want the cheese melted not cold. First time I finally go check out this location and it was bad enough I'd rather get food elsewhere next time.

I waited an hour for my order because I wanted rice in my burrito bowl. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I was lucky enough to be able to place a drive thru order. Usually I am turned away. I have trouble walking and standing so I appreciate the convenience of drive thru. The lady at the window did give me a discount but I don't think rice needs an hour to cook.

The food is always late upon delivery. It’s never hot. And the burritos are super small when you order via door dash. Obviously they put walk in customers first. And delivery customers dead last with cold food, and often unavailable food so they have to call you to change the order. Subpar food service at best.

Came for dinner for my family after a long day at work went through the drive thru the guy that took my order was very friendly, the other girl that was working tonight was very rude and short with me. I have always loved qdoba’s food but the last few times I have came here it seems like I have had a bad experience!!! The last time we came they had no chips ready and only had enough brisket for half of my burrito bowl and told me they weren’t allowed to make more until 7pm.
