I love the deli , they have better fried chicken then kentucky fried chicken , and the prices are amazingly cheap , On Friday they have amazing fried fish And onion rings , Those are sold by the pound on a hot bar. And it's so much cheaper than a sit down restaurant or a drive up window , it's the best in town. I totally recommend this Pic n' Save.

Love this store. They ACTUALLY have GANDULES! I couldn't find Pigeon peas anywhere and luckily I have them right down the street at my local Pick n Save.

I really like the new Pick 'n Save! Friendly Employees make this place a great choice for me. I had my 3 boys (1yr old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old) with me and we were actually here twice today. The first time for flowers for a birthday (I really love their selection and prices are pretty decent - especially compared to walmart). We then returned 3 hours later to pick up some groceries (3 items). All throughout the store employees were very friendly and smiled at me even tho My 3 yr old was starting to get bored near the end of our excursion and started screaming because he wanted out of the cart. 🙄🤪 Lol. Tristen (the cashier) and the gentleman who normally takes care of the grocery carts helped me and were very kind. They bagged my food and got me an extra cart because we bought just a little more than planned. They were courteous even tho my child was being a little obnoxious. They were not snarky at all and it was a pleasant shopping experience (even with the meltdown of my tired, hungry offspring). It makes me feel so good that I chose Pick 'n Save today for my bananas, cilantro and the $80 more of really yummy food. Lol :-) Thank You!!

I bought strawberries 2 weeks ago in Manitowoc Wisconsin. The package was sealed shut. I got home and opened strawberries and fourth of the berries were Moldy.Also last Sunday to look at the berries. All of the packages with raspberries had mold on them. I will Never buy produce there again!

I always shopped at Kroger in Michigan, and all the sale flyers and the website look exactly the same for Pick n Save, so I thought I would shop here. They don't have as big of a selection as Kroger, and some of the things I used to buy they don't carry here. And things are more expensive here. But the employees seem really friendly.

Ordered 24 pieces of fried chicken with a half day's notice. Picked it up about an hour late. It was hot and ready and DELICIOUS. My party guests raved about this chicken. Served the leftovers for lunch and met with rave reviews again. Everyone asked me where I got the chicken and I cheerfully told them Pick N Save. Cheers!!

Usually very busy but if you're comfortable using self checkout that's not an issue. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good sales, great floral dept, the deli and bakery items are great, some are a bit pricey though in my opinion. Overall a great place to shop.

I drive past the Festival which is much closer to me to shop here. Great produce section greets you when you arrive. I always find everything I need here. Great prices, which seem to be better since Kroger bought them, and a lot better selection with the Kroger brands starting to appear. I have always had great customer service and always have fun with the checkout people. They are just great. I am also delighted that they hire the handicapped to work there. Always clean and well organized and stocked. They are just great!

I use Planet Fitness next door. This makes it convenient to buy food. The unfortunate issue is that I have NEVER seen an associate in the meat department to assist me. I always end up either leaving the store, or buying something I didn't really want. I can see what I want behind the glass, but nobody will wrap it up and sell it to me.Recently, I was attempting to buy a tenderloin. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes, and nobody attended me; which means that the steak that was after may have been a lion at the zoo.Eventually I walked over to the retail space and heard a conversation between a man in an apron (assumedly from the meat department) and an elderly lady. She was looking for Summer Sausage. His response was that "we have beef sticks". The Summer Sausage was two steps to my left in the meat counter. I also directed both the customer and the employee to and end cap that contained more.I then checked out. One of the items was the Summer Sausage that I was after. I regret not walking the elderly lady to both spots. At the checkout I received the usual "Did you find everything you were looking for?". I stated NO, there was nobody at the meat counter AGAIN. She ignored my response and continued checking my 5 items out. I simply left the store.This scenario bothered me so I sent a complaint on the website to Kroger/Pick N Save with hopes that they would learn from this incident and provide a better experience. As is typical, a bot responded that they would contact me within 24 hours. It has been 3 days.Apparently Management cares as little as their employees. I now understand where the issue came from.

Very nice place, great savings to. However I felt inclined to write this review because I went shopping there, loaded up on a ton of groceries, and meanwhile there was a wind chill warning outside, and instead of me walking the cart to my car as I intended on doing, they were nice enough to offer me the chance to pull up my car, and then they walked the cart out and a nice gentleman helped me to load the groceries in. They went above and beyond. They are the reason I will always shop local.

Price check your own food, charge more than items are. Cashier going to ARGUE with me. Fix your prices stop charging more... Why is it I had to do ladies job,and go back and check price?? All she had to do was a price check, No SHE ARGUED WITH ME...

I don’t know about the other departments, but the bakery department’s services on cakes and cake orders is pretty horrible. First time, I was told I couldn’t put in a cake order because they “don’t make cakes.” Had asked for the manager for clarification but it seems as if he was completely unknowledgeable and aware of what I was talking about. Second time, I was able to put in a cake order which didn’t make any sense when I couldn’t the first time around, the cake was not done the way I had asked, and had to have the manager do it to which he did and it was done in a different color and style. It was pretty frustrating to wait for a cake order I had put in a week before and for it to be done not the way I specifically asked. Maybe it’s just the bakery department, but it seems to me that the people working here does not have knowledge in what they’re doing.

I always go to this store because it's close to where I live and work. I've had problems with expired products in the past, but I don't see it anymore. I see they're remodeling too and it's looking good so far. I save money on gas through the reward program. Lately I've noticed the prices aren't as competitive.

Shopped here regularly. I notice the fruit/vegetables only last a day or two before they turn. There's some items I've gotten home and are full of mold [cheese snack thing especially] and now got some donuts the other day. All of them had mold spots and it was a day before the sell by date.

This store seems to have gone downhill since it changed its name from Copps to Pick'n Save. I get that it's the same company deep down but employees seem to be overly displeased to be working there today. None of the employees said hi to us or went out of their way to be friendly to us (esp. When we were in the deli, bakery or produce). When we found 3 small kid sized cartons of Borden's Strawberry Milk on clearance we thought we were lucking out on finding a good deal.. then we checked the expiration date. They expired 1/27/19. When I brought it to an attention of the frozen clerk he seemed indifferent to the error but did take them off our hands. At checkout I was surprised the cashier didn't have sani-hands wipes on her register.. the Fanta I purchased was super sticky. The cashier sprayed/wiped it down with register cleaner which was nice but she didn't look like she wanted to do that. The customer service associate seemed reluctant to bagging groceries.. I asked for paper and she declared they hadn't gotten any due to the weather. After I checked out and was getting coats on my kids I looked back towards registers and noticed that several had what appeared to be paper bags in the boxes. The customer service worker saw me and gave me a slightly dirty look because perhaps I caught onto her lie.I am giving this store 2 stars. One for cleanliness and the other because they had strawberries on sale. However, for Super Bowl Sunday it seemed like a ghost town for employees. There were quite a bit of people there getting last minute items and such and at once point the 3 open registers were completely backed up and only 1 register had a true bagger on it.

I went in to the bakery to order a dozen sheet cakes for my school's anniversary party, as I have been put in charge of planning the party. The staff members were extremely short and rude, and had no interest in even placing the order. Wouldn't they want to make money? I ended up ordering the cakes at Festival and had a much better experience.

I called ahead late at night and asked if anyone could get me some items from deli department (9 pm) the team was very kind and helpful and did their best to get roast beef, ham and three types of cheese! Great customer service, great quality meat I would not buy anywhere else!!

My favorite place for grocery shopping! I've been told Aldi's is cheaper but my experience doesn't show that. I've tried there a couple times and always spend more. I don't have time to cut coupons, but pick n saves website has digital coupons you can click on to add to your card. I lay in bed and pull up the site. I look through their weekly ad right on my phone and screenshot the things I want. Then I add any digital coupons I want right from my phone. It takes less than 10 minutes. Then it's all ready when I shop I just go through my screenshots for my shopping list plus any extra things I need. I spend about $120/wk for my husband, myself, and the 5 kids at home. Can't beat that!!!

Be careful . . . be very careful when purchasing perishable items. Watch for dates! Several times during the last 2 years I have found spoiled and 'undated' products in the meat counters. Both where the chicken, hams etc are located and the meat counter in the back. I prefer their meats to our other stores in Manty but I'm extremely careful when making a purchase at this store.

My wife just got treated INSANELY BADLY at your store because she needed help at the self-checkout. TO HELL with your lazy employees and the stooge working at the service counter who SLAPPED the machine and walked away. I have NEVER heard of such terrible service in my life.

I stopped by your Manitowoc location at 23:27 hours, and all your doors were locked. I called the store phone number and got an automated message stating you're currently closed. Your store hours are listed 6 am - 12 am. Please explain.

Don't plan on going in before certain hours to utilize the meat department. If the store is open, all parts of the store should be serviced. Typical small-town grocer, who is only willing to help people after a certain hour.

The unloading dock for the Manitowoc Pick N Save is directly behind my house. For many, many years, the store management agreed to not have deliveries or trucks between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM due to the noise. A few years ago, signs like the one pictured (there are four total and this one is directly behind my house) stating this agreement. The new manager is not cooperative and we now have trucks behind our home all hours of the day and night. It has made our home miserable and very disruptive to our sleep. Community relationships and being a good neighbor appear to have no meaning to him.

STEAK is a good price. The meat is fresh. Milk is a good price. Brats were expensive. Could not locate canned Zucchini. No one around to help. Bananas were $.49 a lb.

Produce is amazing but the Manitowoc location is Very disorganized!! Sheboygan has things in a way that makes sense. They need to reorganize Manitowoc.

Need to use your pin # in order to use debit or credit cards. I do not use my pin # in stores. I thought the "chip" was a security for credit customers. This change happened whe Kroger took over the store. Looks like Kroger is trying to find a reason to close Coops in Manitowoc. I won't go there again unless I have cash. I rarely carry cash.
