While there are other more local small pet stores in town, we find ourselves shopping at Petco. The store has a wide range of items to keep your pets happy and healthy. A great variety of pet foods. Cats can be finicky, so a variety is needed. Dog food, fish food and even lizard food is also available. Bulk kitty litter, scratching posts and lots of dog toys. There is a grooming service here and people seemed pleased with their results.There is a variety of reptiles and fish to buy. The corn snake and chameleons are always tempting, but they would end up being cat prey at our house. If they don't have the fish or reptile you want, don't whine, they'll do what they can to get you the animal you want.Bottom line, this is a good place to get your pet's needs. There are a lot of choices, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Yeah, I recommend this store. Three cats do, too.

All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. My son’s funeral was that day and they got my Lola done quickly and she looked so good. I was on crutches and they brought her out to the car for me. They also didn’t charge me for her grooming. Their generosity helped make a hard day better.

Staff in the Aquarium section helped myself and friends start-up our 55 gallon tank with healthy Tiger Oscars, Cichlids, and catfish. Great tips and very knowledgeable, compared to others around the area. No signs of ich, all of the tanks were clean. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

Clean store with a decent selection but prices are ridiculous. I like to support brick and mortar stores because I hate ordering online and want to keep jobs in communities but c'mon. Over $3 for a plastic lid to put on top of the dog food can? And not even made in America for that price?

They have a great selection of treats, food, toys, and the only thing I walked in there for they didn't have was dog shoes!!! I hate how they have animals in cages, but that's my personal opinion. The staff was super helpful. A little too helpful because I waited at the cash register for 10 mins while the lady helped get crickets while I watched 2 other workers walk by 3x.

Great store in a cute strip mall. Staff is great at answering questions about products. Fish, birds, reptiles, hamsters can be found at this store. Great place to get pet supplies.

Major shout out to Brooke and Ryan at Petco! I have been having issues with my fish tank and they were able to point me in the right direction and even put the product I needed on hold until I was able to pick it up. Wonderful customer service from Brooke and Ryan :)

My local groomer is unable to trim my dogs nails. The girls at PetSmart bathe and clip his nails for me. Also purchased a healthy, happy parakeet here.

The staff at petco in manitowoc are always friendly and helpful. We are always greeted when we come in. They have a large selection of pet supplies and one of the only places we can get some of our pet supplies from. They offer pet grooming, which is great, and they do an amazing job they are a little expensive but well worth it, and I highly recommend petco

Love the ability to walk-in to the grooming salon to have our puppy's nails trim without an appointment. The groomer, Hailey was exceptional with our puppy being so excited and wiggly. Hailey had the patience and gentleness to trim our puppy's nails without any issues.

The staff was friendly but we couldn't find our cat food. When we asked for help, the lady was very informative, but they only carried one flavor and then they only had 3 cans on the shelf.

The girls are always awesome with Diesel our Saint bernard. He always comes out so soft n smelling great. We needed to reschedule his appointment and they switched things around so we could have it in the same month. I love the service n communication they have.

I had made an appointment for my 3.5 month old kitten to get her shots. Appointment was booked, and ready to go. Then they canceled that appointment three days prior, with no reason given, told me to reschedule. I rescheduled. Was able to get her in today. We go in, and they tell me that my kitten was to young. Upon calling around kittens can get their shots as early as 6 week old. Petco was busy for vaccines...they said no cause they were to busy. I'm never going there again!! I don't like being lied to.

I tried to make en emergency stop for dog food on our way up north for the weekend and they had locked the doors at 7:15 and wouldn’t let me in, despite their sign saying they were open until 8. I’ve never been turned down by a store that should be open. Never stopping there again.
