I love Goodwill because you can find name brand for super cheap and you can also find the discontinued high quality clothing that we miss, but I do want to know why the price is higher than the actual original sales price of the donated item.

Overall it's a nice store but the prices are getting outrageous how are families on a budget supposed to afford anything from their stores. Most of their items are donated and free items how can they sell them at such an outrageous price? I always thought Goodwill was a non-profit organization; but seeing their high prices they got to be making a very good profit off of the free donated items. And The prices on the name brand popular items are marked way up you might as well just go buy it brand new from the store. I feel bad for the low to middle class families who can't afford to shop at retail stores for new clothing and whatnot and now probably can't even afford to shop at goodwill anymore. GOODWILL NEEDS TO LOWER THEIR PRICES. IT'S JUST OUTRAGEOUS.

So glad to have a Goodwill in this area. Goodwill supports a sustainable lifestyle (reuse & recycle) I LOVE that none of it is going into a landfill when we live in such beautiful state, I have found some fantastic items at a great price & the employees have always been helpful & friendly.

Nice selection.Fair prices.Didn't care for the employees find it more important to finish the job that they were doing as opposed to helping a customer out.With that being said, I think that any structure of employment should emphasize the importance of customers and the monetary and financial gain for profit that they acquire by not making them upset or ignoring them are you looking for something.I probably would have spent more than $100 that I did and I found the other items I was looking for that I did not find and unfortunately was not helped to find.

Store was clean and well organized. I understand the idea behind goodwill but I refuse to pay almost new prices for very obviously used clothing regardless of the name brand. Unless you are lucky enough to find items with the extra 50% off make sure your pocketbook is full heading in.

It's one of my favorite Goodwill stores. I live closer to Sheboygan. However, I prefer Manitowoc.

Compared to similar resale stores like St Vinnie, or thrift shops like Fox Valley Thrift Shoppe in Appleton or any other thrift store, Good Will is very expensive and overpriced! Especially considering it's mostly dead people's donated clothing and items that Good Will received for free.I noticed several items marked equal to or even above retail store prices, plus I found many items that originated from the Dollar Store, yet Good Will has these same items priced for $2.99....Really?Other than making occasional donations, I haven't been to Good Will in years but I have no intention of returning, nor will I donate any longer just so the regional director of Good Will out of Green Bay can make an annual six figure income after wages and outrageous bonuses off of other peoples hardships and free labor. Talk about taking advantage of the handicap. This should be illegal!I use to think I was helping the needy and the handicap when I donated in the past, but after learning that the handicap employee gets paid in free training with unlivable wages, free court ordered community service helpers, and obviously after seeing the prices of their merchandise, I realize that there's no way poor people could even afford to shop at these Good Will stores.

Very clean, friendly employees, a lot of clothes and shoes for kids for the most part it seems. They have a small assortment of juniors girls clothes but I was able to find a lot of practically brand-new tops without the store price tag. They have a great assortment and variety of spring/summer tops out right now. Make sure to check out the mason jar candles for sail. They are absolutely amazing, smells great in the whole house. Small candles are $2.99.

This location is ridiculously high in their prices!! I've gone to multiple GWs throughout the state and this place is almost DOUBLE what they charge for the same items elsewhere - even in high-end neighborhoods. Try another location and you will see. Whoever is running this store, you should be ashamed!!One experience I had was finding a pair of very used, scuffed black pumps that they had priced at $20 and got the EXACT same pumps brand new at Kohl's for the same price.

The young man that works at night is so nice. Always helpful and just really friendly. He helped us when we were there. So goodwill Corp. Please give him a pat on the back$$ That's how you get loyalty from your employees in the younger workforce. Let him know as always wee appreciate his help !

They need to organize their housewares department. It's always a disaster. Especially the pots and metal section. Glassware too cluttered. You can never get at what you want. And if you want a whole set if dishes, good luck with that because you can't get it, seems someone had bought a mug or something from the set because of the way they price things. They should price sets as a set. Bad business practices.

Exceptionally well kept location (I'd like my apartment to be so proper). Fair selection of cd's and dvd's (plus a few blurays). Cd's are a buck or two, dvd's 1-3 dollars, & blurays are $5. Not too much men's wear selection at this one; plenty of lady's stuff. The picture frames are particularly organized (most locations just throw them all together). The lady who rang me through was very friendly. Open until 8 p.m. on Saturdays (appreciated!). Recommended.

Meh, never any decent electronics on the floor. Like they never make it out. Overpriced second hand items. Used to be good, now it's just about money. What other company uses federal laws to underpay disabled folks all the while the ceo makes 6 figures. But hey, your donation means alot. Place is a joke.

Very rude employees. Nobody cared if customers were trying to walk thru the racks to look at something that they were stocking at. They would just look at me like "may I help you" and continue back to what they were doing. RUDE

Terrible prices! $5 for used baby pants. $3 for used baby shirt with a hole. I can get brand new Carter's for $5 an outfit at Walmart or the Carter's store in Appleton. $12 for a used, cracked pair of shoes. Can get brand new at DSW for $20. $6 for a fitted sheet with questionable stains and horrible elastic. Brand new for $8 at Walmart.

This was the most overpriced thrift store I’ve been in store Even for a Goodwill. A 9 yr old non collectible book was $4.99… jeans that were in fair but not perfect condition $12.99 . Was not impressed.
