Customer service here is terrible. Manager doesn't know how to train her little kids that work there on how they should handle certain situations. Had the employee there sell me a washer that they didn't have and allow someone else to buy the scratch and dent washer my wife was standing by right from under her even though he already had talked to my wife about buying it. Do not recommend buying from here unless you love terrible customer service and a manager that has no idea how to treat people.

We visited the Manitowoc store today and we were very impressed with the service we received! We looked for 2 bathroom faucets and could not find the style we wanted with what the display showed as the advertised price. A very helpful and cheerful Georgette helped us with this, thankfully!!Next we looked at the flooring and JJ came over to help rotate the styles and when we decided what we wanted he called for additional help but extra help was unavailable so he did not hesitate to do the unrolling and cutting himself!! He did it very efficiently, even rolled it up in the direction we preferred to fit in our van!!

We had a refrigerator delivered today. Ben and JJ from appliances took care of everything, found us exactly what we were looking for at a price below what we budgeted. It was scheduled for delivery between 3pm and 7pm. They were here at 3:30pm! They had the fridge installed in just a few minutes. They were friendly, efficient and mindful. We couldn’t be happier with the delivery guys, Chris and Jonathan.

Went for security cameras, got all the help I needed. The gentleman went above and beyond the help I asked for... was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely go back there for anything Lowes could ever offer me after this vist

Special ordered some boards for my kitchen cabinets and one is damaged and all I’m told is they can order a new one that I have to wait 3 to 6 weeks for. Basically not their problem

We like the business policies of Lowes and drive 30 miles, avoiding Menards and Home Depot, this location is amazing, helpful staff,great inventory, just a great experience with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen to remodel, I am thrilled that I found this location

Shrinkflation at Lowes! Bags of rags, same UPC number, same spot on shelf, same price, suddenly went from 4 lbs to 3.5 lbs! The older 4 lb bags put in front of the new stock of 3.5 lb bags. Shame that every retailer in America is squeezing more money and more profit from Americans and blaming it on "inflation". This "inflation" is corporate greed, pure and simple.

We walked into Lowes in Manitowoc. We were greeted by a gentleman named Russ. He was so very helpful! Helped us find whatever we needed for the many projects we had going on that weekend. Pleasant. The employee were all cheerful. All in all. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I've had nothing but quality products and service. Maybe I'm the exception but I really like Lowes. Plus they they deliver up to Green Bay. We ordered a fire table and chairs last year great delivery no damages. Picked up a new weed trimmer today and am satisfied with their prices. You do have to shop around so you're not always going to get the lowest price here but that's just being a smart shopper.

I always buy my appliances from here because they deliver and offer a great warranty.Update: moved out of the state and ordered all new appliances. They were supposed to be delivered the next day (as advertised). Ordered $5,000 in appliances. Waited for the delivery. Nothing. Called and they said they never got the order (but we were charged for it! So, I ordered them again. They told me I ordered them from a different store! So, they said they would cancel the order and I reordered $5,000 of appliances. They told me when they would be delivered. A freaking month later! Because of an upright freezer. Just deliver the rest! So, they said it would be best to go to the store, an hour away, and choose items that could be delivered the following day. I did that, piece by piece, the associate would scan it and was sure they would be delivered the following day. They were supposed to be delivered between 8:00am-8:00pm. No problem, we needed at least a fridge! So I finally called at 6:00. Nope, not coming. Not for another week, if we're lucky. So, in all, we had 3 orders all together (about $15,000) sitting out there, for nothing! We ended up going to the store we bought a new sofa from, who also had appliances. We didn't originally buy from them because we thought they'd be more expensive. We explained the situation and they had a fridge to us within a few hours and the rest of our appliances the following day! The appliances were even better than Lowe's and less money! Needless to say, it was too late and we had to replace $500 worth of spoiled food. Then wait for $15,000+ to be put back on our bank card, which the bank froze due to so many transactions. It was a nightmare. Not being from the area made it even harder. So, shop around and don't count out the smaller stores! Bigger isn't always better!

Needed a new washer and went in this morning, everyone was very nice. Becky was a very good salesman, she did a great job. I was in and out in about 40 minutes and my washer will be delivered on Monday. Very pleased!

Was assisted in lighting area by Bo, he actually approached me to help. I needed his help finding a substitute for a can light replacement above a new shower installation the plumbing unnecessarily removed and now the shower framing doesn't have the clearance to put original can light back. Bo had me set up in minutes with an explanation of how to install it and pointed out that it's a better choice close to the shower than original can light. I wasted over 10 minutes with clueless lighting supervisor at Menards. Very happy with Lowes because of Bo's help.

I shop here because I have their credit card. When you use their card you get 5 percent off. Good place to get lumber and tools. They pretty much doubled the price of their gardening supplies. I don't buy any plants here as Lowe's hasn't announced that they have quit using neonic insecticides on their bedding plants. Neonics are bee killers and should not be used by anyone. I heard one employee tell a customer that their plants had substances in them that killed insects.Employees are helpful. They will walk you to what you are looking for. Sometimes too helpful as they will follow you if you don't need help and hover over you as you try to read labels.Good selection of major appliances. Good paint department.One thing ticks me off is the sign on the front door that brags they drug test ALL their employees. Do I care if the guy helping me load lumber smoked a joint on his day off? No, I do not. As a firm believer of the Fourth Amendment, I find that sign offensive, hence the loss of a star.

Probably the best customer service I ever experienced in my life. I believe my cashier name was Candace and she was wonderful. She helped me find my product, gave suggestions and was super patient with me. She could tell I wasn't having the best day and due to her compassion and kindness my awful day got a little better. We ordered a washer and dryer from this Lowes. The day it was supposed to be delivered, they never showed up, and it wasn't until I called that they informed me that the delivery date was changed BY AN ENTIRE WEEK. Once we finally got the units delivered, the delivery team couldn't finish the install of the dryer, because the duct was the wrong size (or so they said). I then had to call again to get back on their schedule of delivery. This has been a complete disaster of an experience. Will never order from them again. I'm actually still waiting to be able to use these units...

Wish I could post with zero stars. My recent visit proved to be an enormous disappointment. I went with the intention of buying multiple appliances to cash in on their deal at the time. I walked in and began to look around. A worker was sitting at a desk about five feet away. No greeting. No hello. No word of welcome. I finally had to approach him to ask for help! He was less than helpful, and never ever offered to be is assistance to me. I’m not sure but I think a customer buying several thousand dollars of product should engender at least a hello.I don’t think I’ll be back. I prefer to go where my trade is appreciated and customers are treated with respect.

Bought 3 15" diffusers was sent 3 18" . How hard is it to send the right size. Then they want me to return them to the store cause they were delivered to my house. That makes no sense. Not my fault they sent the wrong ones. So now I have to return to the store?

Customer service seems very good. My washer and dryer was delivered and ready to install but the hoses and hookups I bought weren't with my unit. Someone from the store brought it to my home so they could complete the install. Been back for blinds and other things and have always been helped and satisfied with my experience.

Dave in appliances did a super job! He spent time answering my questions and helped me find washer and dryer choices right for me. I ended up purchasing both items (great sale prices). He pointed out the Lowe's credit card sign up special and I received even more savings. He is thorough, patient and his customer service is wonderful! My items will be here in less than 2 weeks from ordering. Free delivery and set up too. Thank you, Dave! You made the difference in my purchasing appliances from Lowe's!
