Kohls is rip off with coupons. We shopped for shoes for my husband. We found a pair of Sketchers for him finally. We went to the check out to pay. I had a 15% off coupon. We were told we can't use the coupon, it does not include Sketchers. I read the fine print, and it did not say anything about Sketchers NOT included in the 15% off. But the Cashier said if I went online it MIGHT of said it. REALLY, I need to look on line FIRST, when I'm about to buy something in the Store if it is listed first. Very Very unhappy with Kohls

I bought this order online and did not have to hassle with mailing my return. Just took it back to Kohls. So easy using my Kohls card if I no longer have the receipt or forgot it

There are always some pretty good sales going on here. The toy section was picked a bit dry by holiday shoppers but that’s pretty understandable. The door was also busted up outside. Other than that our shopping experience was pretty good. Shoutout to the Manitowoc Kohl’s.

Yesterday's visit to Manitowoc's finest Kohl's was epic. I found what I was looking for and used my KohlsCash. Maia was the cashier and was awesome, even asking if I wanted to use the coupon to the cash to save me even 20% more! Our Kohl's has friendly and helpful employees everywhere, even with the crazy time of the year with the holidays upcoming.

The swim trunks I purchased for my son didn’t ring up at the same price the sign displayed. Christine W and Kristie worked with me to make things right. They were both pleasant and worked to make sure my purchase price was correct. I was so impressed with their helpfulness!

I had an Amazon return and an item that was accidentally put in the same bag. The associate is supposed to scan the code and check to be sure the items match. She didn't even open my bag to check and just stuffed it in one of their bags. It's an item that cannot be returned at Kohl's, so I am out of luck. Amazon can't grant the return because it wasn't returned correctly.

Very busy and some of the clearance clothes were a mess and was hard to find what you wanted in the literal pile. But check out staff was friendly and efficient. Long line to wait to check out but they moved us along pretty quickly.

I don't know why I keep giving the store another chance, perhaps maybe it's because there are not too many quality stores to shop for clothing.Back by the clearance section clothes all over the floor all over the racks.Can never find anyone to help you perhaps maybe because the lack of employees who wants a job but don't do it and then they want to get paid for doing it.No consideration for those of us who are disabled.They make you walk around instead of just inviting you up to their station for checkout, too many people in line waiting and not enough opened registers to accommodate the influx of people.They don't provide carts to get around or places to sit for those of us who are not able to get around and yet after you walk the whole store they expect you to stand around for another 10 minutes to get checked out.I'm going to predict the future here so it's going to fall into you cuz your liability lays on you with all the clothing on the floor I almost tripped by the clearance section I also took some pictures in case there's a problem with anyone else who files a claim.Unfriendly service that's consistent with the cold young people that they're hiring very cold distant no service with a smile anymore that's long gone in this store.You act like you're doing a customer favor you're not, your customers are your bread and butter and you will lose them and end up closing down.Keep that in your mind.Good luck.

This is a very clean store with friendly employees. However, they seem to have extremely limited selection compared to other locations, especially shoes and kitchenware etc. The appliances are consistently out of stock. The aesthetics of home decor selection available is also outdated and often unattractive. On occasion, you do find good deals. They could really use to improve their inventory.

I am really starting to become disappointed in the selection of the men's department. It seems that each time I go to Kohls, there is less and less to choose from for men's clothes. The sports wear section was especially disappointing. There was a grand total of about 10 hoodies, 12 pairs of jogging pants, and 5 styles of T-shirts. Not to mention only a couple of those items were even in my size. If it keeps trending this way, pretty soon they will be able to fit the entire men's department in the changing rooms.

Large selection of women's clothing yet not the best quality of material. I find their sweaters and tops to be quite thin. I appreciate the vast assortment of items. I have to believe their regular pricing compared to their sale pricing on any given item is more of a hype than anything.

A couple of employees shpuld find new jobs. My wife went in to buy shoes and was treated extremely poorly by their employee in the womens department.It was not just my wife either it was almost all the customers that had contact with her. Very poor customer service in that department.Overall this is a good store with good employees just not the one that currently (01/2021) works in the shoes department.

Had a not so great experience at the Manitowoc Kohls yesterday, attempting to return/replace a couple of items. Got a review request from Kohls this morning, and replied, detailing what had happened. Probably less than an hour later, I got a personal response from Store Manager Kelli Rindt, apologizing for my experience, telling me that the problem had been resolved, and that the item at issue had been located and set aside for me - along with a Kohl's cash coupon!! I was literally blown away that I got a response at all - it was very unexpected, but so very much appreciated - she managed to turn an unpleasant experience into a very positive one!!

SERIOUSLY! No returns at this Kohl's location?? So if I purchased something on my Kohl's charge card - it did not fit....I return the item in store.......AND I RECEIVED AN IN STORE CREDIT.....I am furious about this. Not cool Kohl's.....Lest we forget the interest that may accrue for some folks?? Poor taste
