Completely blown away at the ability to lie on the invoice. High lighted things on the service checklist we were NOT done/offered or checked. I stayed in my vehicle with three children. Windows cracked but tinted in the back, a random worker or guy hanging out approached my vehicle (no uniform, jean jacket, dark hair) tried to look into the back rows through the tiny slit when the kids were talking. He didn’t say anything just put both hands up to cup his face to see through the opening. I was not a fan of that right away. I was told my air filter needed to be replaced and that they could order it for me. My interior floors were not cleaned or checked, or offered to be cleaned. My windows were not cleaned. I particularly don’t care about these things, but don’t put completed if it wasn’t even brought up. It really makes me question what else they lied about on the service form.I know for a fact that I have a leaking, coolant reservoir, it wasn’t mentioned at all. But I was told that my wiper fluid has a leak in that reservoir.

All the small details missed. Could have made some money with upscale. Nobody bothered to even ask. At 100+ dollars for an oil change that’s with a discount. I’ll never come back. I knew exactly what my truck needed , all got ignored.Seemed to me everyone is preoccupied flirting with the young lady worker. Lots of lips flapping very little customer service happening

I've visited this location 3 times now and each time the staff has been polite, provided information about my truck and what it may need now or soon, but never been pushy to get me to buy add-on to my primary reason for visiting.As a bonus, there are comfortable accommodations while I wait (interent, free coffee, comfortable places to sit.).If you're looking for a great option for oil changes, plus other options, give these guys a try.

Got my oil changed earlier this week. They were super friendly. I was in a rush because my pet Ball Python (Lenny) was super sick and I needed to pick him up from the vet and Erik squeezed me in. He was super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

At this time I wish I could give them No Stars. They damaged my oil pan by overtightening the drain plug. Luckily for them it did not leak too much and seize the engine as I drove the vehicle out of state. Now the District Manager Rich Jensen is denying my claim due to the technical verbiage on the back of the contract/invoice. You may want to look elsewhere for service in Manitowoc County. I recommend, well, anyone else at this time.

The personal service I always receive at our Manitowoc Jiffy Lube is top-notch! They are kind, considerate, and care their customers. From the employees greeting you at your car, opening the door for you and ushering you into the waiting room, driving your car in and out of the facility, they are amazing. In addition, the facility is incredibly clean and the employees look well polished.

The people were very nice but unfortunately there were no signs posted outside of how much an oil change would cost us. We weren't expecting to have to leave our vehicle and wait inside only to be told after they had started that the $49.99 oil was never coming back and we were forced to purchase the $90 oil. If there had been any mention of how expensive this oil change would have been, we would have turned around and driven to 10th st quick Lube. Also doesn't help that we got coffee with no lids for some reason and they did extra things to our car that we didn't ask for.

I went here for the Veteran day discount and figured there would be a long line. So I arrived 30 min before they opened. I pulled in just as an employee was arriving. She came over to my car and said give her a few min to open and she will get me in. She had the first two of us in by 7:45.Great service. Her name starts with a P

Normally has fabulous service. Husband has been going there for oil changes for years. We needed our brakes changed today and we were quite disappointed. For starters, we would have brought a second vehicle had we known it would take nearly 3 hours. While the staff were pleasant they were never able to provide us with any sort of timeframe. We expected this to take 30 minutes to an hour. Additionally, the brake replacement was well over $800. The cost was more than what they had listed for the brake replacement. While the price itself isn't an issue, we would have liked to have been informed of the cost before they just did the job. We never received any estimate and there was no discussion of cost until we checked out. Car aso didn't get a vacuum or window clean, but this might just be a thing with oil changes. Honestly, we sort of expected a small discount for having to wait for such an extended time period.

I went in and asked for an oil change and fluid check. 100 dollars later I had an oil change. No fluid checks, no advise, and no options were provided. The employees did not know how to open the hood of a Toyota Tacoma, I had to get out and do it myself. That was the first and last time I will ever use this terrible company for anything.

Better late then never. While on our way to a Crandon for the holiday weekend. My family and I started to experience an issue with our brakes. We stopped for gas and when we asked were there was a local repair shop, they pointed us in the direction of this Jiffy Lube. And I am sure glad they did!Patience and Robert were able to get us back on the road within about an hour.Great customer service is an understatement. They were phenomenal! Neither one missed a beat. They worked well as a team and got the job done. There’s not enough thank you’s in the world to show our appreciation.
