Starting with my reservation I had great customer service! The gentleman that took care of me was wonderful. When I checked in he remembered I wanted a room with a window, some face the atrium, which I did not want. I received a coupon for a free breakfast buffet for the next morning, which was surprisingly pretty good! They have a little chapel which I love to stop into. Rooms clean. Bartender personable and friendly. Great experience! Will be back in a couple weeks!

I encountered the most delightful team during my stay at this hotel. Their exceptional care and genuine hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. I fell ill during my visit, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, including helping me with airport transfer to I could reach the airport on time.I can't recall everyone's name (there's Tim in his iconic cowboy hat, Gary) but I'm grateful to each one who made me feel truly at home. The comfort of the beds further enhanced my stay, allowing me to rest and recuperate more effectively. I left with a heart full and look forward to my next visit.

The older gentleman with white hair at the front desk is an absolute ASSET to holiday inn staff. He provides incredible customer service and is always super welcoming to all football fans.If you are going to a packers game make sure to stay here, you will not find a better deal with amazing customer service. The shower has great water pressure.

So it's mostly OK, just off I-43 so it's convenient for the area, but it feels like their accommodations for people with mobility issues were an afterthought. Bathrooms in particular are narrow and in the ADA guest room lacks sufficient hand holds. The ADA guest room is the furthest away from the entrance, and if you are entering the entrances are not convenient.

When we arrived in our room there was a man I think his name was Tim in our room and he was double checking to make sure that the room was clean and everything was up to par. We arrived a little earlier than we were supposed to be here. We have stayed here multiple times before and never really paid attention to anything other than going to our room. He asked if we like a tour of the hotel and we said "sure" . We had no idea this place not only has a chapel, it also has a little theater that shows Christian movies on. There's a guest laundry, There's a bar that has a dinner menu. There's a nice big pool and hot tub. There's a gym downstairs. Beautiful area that would be amazing for a New Year's party. Huge area for weddings. What a wonderful man and he was so sweet we truly appreciated the time that he took just to show us around.

We stayed for an extended time for my partner's work trip. Upon check-in the room had a smell and was very dusty. The dust made us sick the first night, and maintenance had to come change the air filter which was DISGUSTING! We requested an upgrade (to pay out of pocket) and never received it. I figured out the staff is probably living in the suites, because there seemed to be a real family vibe among them, especially the cleaning crew. After about a week there we noticed that the cleaning team was not actually cleaning, but just making the beds (not changing sheets) and replacing the towels and toiletries. No vacuuming, bathroom scrub, dusting at all! In fact, I never heard a vacuum or saw a mop the whole time I was there! Voiced our concerns to mgmt, and was told because we were an extended stay guest, we were not entitled to the full cleaning daily, but weekly. Weekly cleaning never happened, and I ended up going to dollar tree for cleaning supplies, because the toilet and tub had noticeable rings around them. Only one washing machine was working the entire duration of our stay. I can't say I wouldn't recommend because there seems to be no other hotels in the city with the same kind of accommodations. Thankfully we were able to leave early, I couldn't imagine staying in this hotel for as long as we were slated.

First time in a Holiday Inn in years, but was just like I remembered them. Very nice inside, miss hotels with a restaurant and bar inside of them. Pool and hot tub seemed well kept up. Food at bar was extremely reasonably priced was truly shocked that it wasn't much higher but thankful it wasn't. Bed was comfortable, room very spacious. If given the chance would definitely stay there again.

Property is clean as was our room. What was extremely disappointing and a big concern for my husband and I were the security measures at front desk. We checked in just prior to midnight after a Green Bay Packer game. The hotel informed us that the majority of their guests were coming up from Chicago as well for the Bears vs. Packers. It was 12:00am by the time we got settled for bed. Thankfully I was in the room with my husband because at 12:30am we were awoken by the door opening and our lights turning on. An older gentleman had entered our room believing it was his own. Luckily he wasn’t belligerent or drunk (like some coming back from game) but very polite when I asked who he was and why he was in our room. He simply explained he had checked in the night prior in this room. When I had asked how his key would’ve worked he explained that it didn’t at first so he went to the front desk and asked for a new one. I kindly explained this was our room and he politely said he’d go to the front desk and figure it out. When I called the front desk to ask if they ask for an ID from guests who request a new room key, the lady said no and that they typically ask for the booking name and room number. I asked how it would be possible then for a man to request a new key and enter a room that wasn’t under his name. She apologized for her mistake. The remainder of the night both my husband and I got very little sleep and even more disturbing was management hasn’t responded back.Update: Management responded after 5 days of repeatedly calling front desk and leaving message for GM. Eventually called the corporate number to file a complaint and they put manager in contact with us. Manager said he'd provide a $50 comp and send a free night. We still haven't received the email for the complimentary night as he suggested he'd send out.

Traveling all week and this had the worse bed I've laid my head on. Staff was great but those in my group were given complementry breakfast and coffee and I was told not included. We all work for same company and most likely booked the same not sure what the difference is? $5 for a Bush lite is a little steep and Didn't feel as if the bartender was ingaged. The first couple that was ahead of me decided to leave when the options were not up to their standards I should have went with them.

Rooms and amenities were meh.. not great by any means. Service was beyond terrible. Staff was never around when there was any questions. Stayed for a wedding and my daughter forgot her new down pillow (didn't look anything like the pillows they have). Called 45 minutes after checking out but front desk refused to look for it. Called several times but got a total runaround when i asked to speak with the manager. Was told he was never on site/or staff refused to let me speak to him. For a national chain, i was completely disgusted by the entire staff!! I would never stay here again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!Rooms: Small

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the interstate. However, that’s about where I’d stop. The rooms were clean, but for a national chain as consistent as Holiday Inn, I would hope they’d be. Everything in this hotel seemed dated and unwelcoming. Dark hallways and entrances, with an incredibly underwhelming restaurant and bar area. The bathrooms in the room were again, fine, but needed a refurbish and mini-remodel.Ultimately, it just felt dark and uninviting all over the place. I felt like I was walking around a dark maze and didn’t know if I would get lost.As one of the most reliable chain hotels in the area, I’m not sure there’s much more options, but just know your stay will be mediocre.

Rooms were nice, not exceptional. Service was good, not exceptional. We were in town for a gathering, so we didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel. One thing I will leave in my official review, as well, is the only regular (not decaf) Pods left in our room were used. A used one in the "new" basket, and a used one in the machine - which was apparently not cleaned. I bought some, for the few days we were to be in town. It was decent priced, so I shouldn't expect 'much', but.

Dingy, dark and old. Badly in need of updates. The bathroom made a horrible screeching noise when the toliet was flushed. The only rooms available faced the atrium and we were on the first floor which meant if we did not close the blinds, anyone sitting in the atrium could see straight into our room. The only saving grace was that the sheets were clean and they gave us vouchers for two drinks. The bartender was very pleasant. The fitness room is in the basement which is strange but we were surprised about the amount of equipment available.

My family and I were passing through and hit really bad weather. The roads were a sheet of ice, and it was the middle of the night. We decided to pull over and get a room instead of taking our chances. We called Holiday Inn to see what they had available. They were so kind and helpful. They gave us a bad weather discount and even upgraded my family of five to a larger room, though we didn't ask for either of those things. The hotel and amenities were so nice that instead of rushing to get back on the road the next morning, we sat down to breakfast and took a dip in the pool. This place is big! They had a movie screen in one meeting room playing movies. The pool and hot tub were great. The exercise room was in the basement, but was fully adequate and sizeable for a quick workout. This is a business hotel, so it had nice large spaces and conference rooms for big groups. There was also a nice bar and restaurant area. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel especially if are looking for a place to host large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The only good part about staying here was that it's conveniently located off of the freeway. I stayed in room 333 and this place is poorly maintained as you can see from the mold on the shower walls. The shower had almost no water pressure and when they slipped the receipt under the door, the amount was wrong. I went to the front desk to get the amount corrected and the guy behind the counter was grunting and swearing because he actually had to work. Then, he passed it off to another person and she was extremely rude stating, "I'm not even on duty right now". I also witnessed her being extremely rude to a different customer when I was checking in the evening before. I would never stay here again.Noteworthy details: Poorly maintained hotel. Mold on the shower walls and the shower had very poor water pressure. Staff is extremely rude!

After staying on a busy weekend, I left a few high end toiletries in the shower in my room. I called the day I checked out and then stopped back the day after check out to see if I could recover my things. Thanks to Luz and John for helping my husband find my things, which would have been hard to replace. I wish the lost and found procedure was a bit more efficient, but I thank these staff members for their help.

Not the best experience but not the worst I've been to. Front desk staff was not the friendliest, the room smelled a bit and we and ants in our bathroom. Only plus was we got a kinqg suite so lots of room and the pool was nice and warmRooms: Got a king suite. Room sizes were great but it didn't smell the best. We fixed that with some scented candles. Also we had ants in our bathroom.

Holiday Inn, shame on you. This was a poor experience for a national chain. The hotel is old, 70’s at least. Dark hallways, dirty, smell of urine in hallways, broken tiles in shower, lacking switch plate covers. The list goes on. Over priced, poor value, for the accommodations. Front desk and management was not helpful and lacked skills to check in as well as communicate.Rooms: Dated, dirty windows, broken lamp, missing switch plate,
