Terrible experience today at the self check outs. Nobody to help. Had one gal in front of me working the register and she just stared. The girl with the brown. Colored hair ( also working register ) stopped twice to help me out. She deserves a raise AND the managers position.Maybe if they weren't all busy at the customer service desk and actually help customers out when the light is flashing I would Come back. Guess I'll take all my shopping to mejeir.

Absolutely love the Sushi 🍣 🍱 at the Festival in Manitowoc. My daughter will even say “can we go see the sushi man at festival?” The gentleman is always happy and remembers us each time.Recently we ordered a bunch of specialty trays at work. Everything was wonderfully prepared and delicious.

Great selection of food, both prepared and take to bake! I love their fresh fruit selection as well as the salad bar. The employees are always very friendly and willing to help you find something you couldn't find. Their prices are a bit high, but then again, aren't everyone's??They have a great selection of ready-to-eat foods! FINALLY chicken breasts are back! I was going to Pick 'n Save for their marinated cooked chicken breasts once Festival just stopped offering them.

Best selection in the immediate area. Best produce of it's closest/nearest competitors. Bulk dry goods and spices that are above average in freshness, and reasonable in price.But mostly recommended because of their spicy in-store depiction of how hot peppers really act after the store closes. Any coincidence these party peppers are located right next to the alcohol selections? #PleaseAnimate

As of today this is my grocery store of choice. Good wine and beer selections, and there is a store within the store that has all the organic products in one place. Always well stocked and the folks that work here are friendly and helpful. Good produce section, too.

Very rude employees. Several times I have had carts pushed in front of me without regard and was disrespected by a person at the desk for inquiring about products they did not carry. Just very poor customer service. I drive past them to shop at Copps!Seven years now and I have never been back. I hear nothing has changed unfortunately.

I wanted to share a picture to go with this but it won't let me eeerrrggg maybe I should do a review to Google for not allowing me to share a photo. Just kidding!! Anyways I want to give a huge shout out to the amazing decorators in the bakery department. Not only did you give me two smash cakes as I had twins and both were free you did such an amazing job on the cake itself. I told you guys what I kind of wanted and to have fun with it. You did and you went above and beyond it was beautiful and tasted so freaken good that I had people coming up for 2nds and 3rds. By far you have won my heart for getting any kind of bakery items well I mean besides a small business bakery who can beat those delicious places too lol!! People if you want a cake made go to festival foods because they are amazing at what they do. The picture would prove it if it would let me share it. We are fairly new to the area so we were shopping in this store. While trying to find the items on our grocery list, we were helped by 3 different employees !!! Very impressive to not even have to ask for help. They noticed and approached us with the help we needed.

Love this store! Always clean. Bakery is the best. Donuts from here are amazing. There's always different deals each week and coupons are incredibly helpful. Meat can be pricey so you have to know when to search for the right prices. Sushi in deli is fresh, and the chef is there cutting it right there. Produce is wonderful and staff is very friendly. There's also a play area to watch your kids while you shop.

I've been going to Festival for years and never had a bad experience until today. My cashier was extremely polite, personable, I've met him on numerous occasions and he's always been the sweetest person. So when someone (not sure if it was a coworker or manager) scolded him in front of a bunch of customers for not being polite enough, I found that in itself to be absolutely disgusting behavior on her part, especially if she is a manager. You don't scold your employees in front of customers. Bit my tongue but definitely felt this was worth a review.

I love Festival Foods! The store is always clean and bright. Employees are always friendly and helpful when needed. Prices are in line with other similar stores in the area. Their in-house deli offerings are abundant and delicious. I'm quite fond of their meat department which is always well stocked with most anything you could want including the ever popular discount cooler. Thanks Festival!

The products are always good and they have a decent variety. The reason for the low score is that the last couple of times I've been there, I've had items damaged or even ruined by the way they are bagged. I've had to go through the bagging lines because of wrist surgery but it's very frustrating that items I've just paid for get damaged. I live about 20 minutes away so it is not an easy trip. I just wish the baggers would take more care, I'd rather have more lighter bags than less heavier bags.

This place is gigantic. You can probably find everything here for groceries. They even had a sample stand where you could sample different melons. That was fun. I kind of checked out the prices and felt things were a little expensive here, like natural lunch meat, fruit, etc. But everyone seemed nice.

All staff was very helpful and super welcoming...don't even get that at my local grocery. They also have a variety of keto friendly foods that I'm eager to try.Very wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables plus they have a fantastic fresh fish and meats counter.The prices are not going to break the bank either. Good place to get delicious deli food for lunch.

Festival is a clean and well lit grocery store. It has a large Natural Foods section, a fresh made deli with many options, and a nice meat and seafood department, as well as all the normal groceries of a typical large grocery store chain.Be aware of some of the produce- they put a lot out at a time in unrefrigerated bins. This tends to shorten it's freshness life.

Best deli and meat counter in Manitowoc hands down! Their produce section is also very extensive. I do the bulk of my shopping at another store but generally stop here for the items they don't have or for specific items. I think it would be a bit pricey for me to do all of my shopping here (thus 4 stars instead of 5) but the store has an excellent selection, is well stocked, clean and staff is always helpful.
