Friendly, cheery worker on staff. Also, did not have to endure an overwhelming amount of "shopping traffic" inside the store. Basically, a comfortable & friendly, easily accessible shopping environment, paired with the appropriate (expected) in-store availability of both advertised and non-advertised items each contributed in some way to my 5-star satisfaction rating of my most recent store visit. The first thing I noticed was NONE of the employees were wearing masks/face coving! There wasn't a sign about masks or social distancing either and the place seems unkempt... like things are crammed or stuffed where ever it fit! The workers didn't seem very helpful welcoming or friendly, it was sad.

I called to ask if she could tell me what size cordless blinds they sold, (which I bought last week but shedidn'tknow because she interrupted me)and was told I do not think we sell them. Another emloyee in background was advising her/suggesting what to say. Everything she said was not clear, so I will not quote her. The woman I spoke with replied to the other "ok oh" then she said ok into the phone and that's when I said okay and was going to let her know I just bought some a few days ago, but she hung up on me. RUDE! The one star I did give her was for answering the phone and sounding friendly.

This location usually always have stuff everywhere, im assuming they are short staff so the stock is out in the floor. Everytime i come here i do find what i need. Also be sure to put their app on your phone because every Saturday its buy $25 worth before taxes get $5 off. Having the app you can apply it to your account and when you get to the register just type in your phone number and all coupons attached will pop up. Give it a try and purchase your really needed items on Saturday and save weekly. Happy couponing

This is a great store they just need someone to help them clean up a little bit run a broom threw the place once and awhile and declutter some areas other then the mess I love the store.

I generally like family dollar and they have a wide variety of items. The staff working was rude and talking about personal business such as drugs and someone being shot in the head. Really manitowoc get it together

Went to family dollar recently (today ) and a mouse ran over my foot told the cashier about it and she was really rude and snotty . I’ve been a regular customer there for about 9 years I’ve never had a bad experience till today . I will never go back to that store
