I love eyemart express. I love the variety of different glasses at great prices. Every time I get new glasses, they're always done within 15 minutes!! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My experience with Eyemart Express couldn't possibly have been better. My son broke his glasses last week. I decided to try Eyemart Express because I heard about them on the radio. I was able to get my son 2 pairs of glasses for $39.95 and they seriously were done in less than an hour. It was such a great value! Had I gone to my regular optometrist I would have had to wait weeks for 1 pair of glasses for at least $200. Choosing Eyemart was a good decision. This was an eyeglass emergency and Eyemart Express saved me from losing money needlessly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Eye doctor was amazing! He took his time with you and made sure the prescription we came to was accurate. He also took the time to explain all of his findings and if he had any concerns. Once I finished with him, I worked with Jordan finding the best glasses that I had asked explained to him. He was also very knowledgeable in what my insurance would cover. He made the rest of my experience favorable and I appreciated him for that. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were given assurances when we ordered our glasses that they would ship to our home address in plenty of time prior to our planned vacation to Florida…4 weeks later, and still no glasses. Frankly, we were lied to when we called about the date of shipment. Finally, I was told they were still at the original Post Office a week after they were supposedly shipped; even the USPS is not that incompetent. I can understand mistakes happen; I can’t understand being lied to about them.

Very good experience. Exam went well, staff and Dr. explain what and why they are doing. Picked out my glasees and they said it may take up to 2 weeks. I had them in 2 days. Went back again a few days later for adjustment and they handled it right away. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went and got a new pair of glasses today and Jessica helped me find glasses that I really like, that actually fit the shape of my face/head. She showed me numerous different sizes/frame shapes/colors and brands based off the feedback I gave her about past pairs I've owned. I've been to a lot of different places for glasses and most will not take the time to help a customer like that. 10/10 Would recommend.

Excellent experience at Eyemart Express in Manitowoc. Large selection of reasonably priced frames, friendly service. We were in and out in 20 minutes and waited only a few days before we received a message that my new glasses were in and ready for pick up. Love my new frame; a fraction of the price of the place I went to for years, Aurora Optical. No appointment was needed. Very happy with everything at Eyemart Express.

I haven’t been happy with glasses for years. I’ve been wearing glasses for 21 years!This is the first time I found 1 pair I liked much less 6 pairs I liked!My favorite frames were only $59!Amy was great to work with, glasses in an hour was amazing! My Kwik Trip insurance was accepted there as well.Highly recommend!

For the third time— Amy (Manitowoc location) helped me with ordering my glasses. She pointed out different things about each of the 13 pair that I liked and helped me eliminate many. I knew what features I wanted (same as last time).I cannot imagine getting line-less bifocals done right if ordering on line.With Amy’s great customer service, I’ll be returning next year, no doubt! I highly recommend Eyemart Express!

Frame selection was great, pricing was definitely affordable. Getting a second pair for nothing was an added bonus! Having two pairs glasses to wear a half hour later… priceless!!! The staff was super friendly from the receptionists to the Doctor. Everything was explained very clearly to me and all my questions were answered.The whole process from check-in to picking up my glasses was only 2 1/2 hrs. Super fast!Selection of frames is outstanding and the fitting is great.I had a coupon so the price for 2 pairs of glasses was way cheaper than I had expected.An overall great experience.

I have been wearing them for a couple of months now to let my eyes adjust to them but my vision is not any better than before either the prescription isn't right or the lens weren't made right. last time I buy glasses from eye mart.

In this current time period, it can be hard to find easy-going well-informed employees that do their job well. Hannah was so friendly and helpful, I left the store feeling great about my purchase.

Hannah our store associate was extremely helpful and patient. She found the frames i fell in love with and took the time with my son to make sure he got what he wanted. He is pretty shy. She stayed late after her shift to finish the process and never tried to rush us. Price seemed to be the same as we paid 2 years ago from Walmart optical.
