Please chose a different pharmacy if you use BADGERCARE and need mental health related medications. Not only is this not the first time they’ve been NOTHING but rude, I needed a new medication for my mental health they’d know this reading the bottle, instead of being kind and caring that it’s a sensitive matter for me they got more and more rude as I showed proof I’m active in Medicare. I have yet to deal with one pharmacy employee that was inviting and nice AT ALL I’ve used them for years because of how close they are to me but I will now love nothing more than to take the time and gas to go somewhere else !

I love this CVS! Everyone from the cashiers to the pharmacist people are consistently friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and well cared for. Love my experiences here!

They refuse to refund my $200 for a prescription that I was able to get copay card and pay $15 for. Both pharmacy manager and store manager unwilling to help me get my $200 back.
