Culver's has become my go-to spot for a delicious meal that never disappoints. The staff consistently goes above and beyond with their kindness and attentiveness, making every visit a pleasant experience. The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. Personally, I can't get enough of their mouthwatering custard—it's simply irresistible! Despite the top-notch quality, the prices are reasonable, typically spending around $20 per person for a fulfilling meal. Culver's has truly mastered the art of providing outstanding food, service, and value, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating every time!

First I want to say I've been a huge fan of Culver's for as long as they have been around, so this review sickens me to make as it just seems so out of the normal realm of what my past experiences have been. I also want to add that I haven't ate at a Culver's in a very long time (about a year ago) and I was so disappointed to find out they have changed something with their cheese curds! Culver's and A&W have ALWAYS had the best cheese curds hands down. They have changed the outer breading and this has changed the texture dramatically in a bad way. My second disappointment came when I bit into my Bacon Deluxe Butter Burger, I'm not exaggerating any bit, the meat was at best was maybe 90 degrees I couldn't believe it this is NOT what I'm use to at Culver's, it reminded me of what some places do where they cook up burgers ahead of time and throw in a warmer pan. The third issue was with the cod fillet sandwich, I've never tasted such a terrible 6.00 dollar sandwich, it was cold, soggy and watery, my guess is that it was deep fried from frozen and was taken out to early. The last issue was that we ordered pretzel bites and did not get them. Like I said In my opening statement I hate to leave this review and I really hope this was just a bad day for them. UPDATE: Culver's has contacted me and has apologized and is offering to make it right. Kudos for such quick response and caring about what their customers have to say. I'm changing my 2 star to a 3 star for this reason.

I prefer to NOT review a restaurant, (especially if I've had a negative experience), on ONE visit. I've now recently ordered online for pickup 4 times for Friday fish 🐟. Every single experience was perfect. There was one time that my order was slightly delayed, but life happens. Worth the wait.The staff I've met are friendly, even during a massively busy night, and I do mean massive. All food fresh, hot, delicious, FF, fish, shrimp 🍤 is super crunchy, pretzel balls and 🧀, slaw, 🥦, curds, the sauces are delicious and smartly packaged, zero to complain about. I'm Blessed to have a Culver's in Manitowoc.Once again, unless you're experiencing a negative PATTERN, everyone deserves a second chance.Parking: Massively busy, especially on Friday nights! Large parking lot, everyone is gracious, cars literally lined up!

We are currently waiting in the drive through line waiting on two concrete mixers. It has been 10 minutes since our receipt was printed and no food yet. We see cars in front of us and behind us getting their food. This has happened to us several times prior. We never needed a receipt, but as of late, it’s been required to get our food. When speaking with the staff they give us one free scoop of custard. This is incredibly frustrating as it happens almost every time we go through the drive through. If there was another Culver’s close by we would be bringing our service to them.

Jailynne, one of the workers there was so helpful when I was there ordering my food. Greeted me with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t just the ine time either, it is all the time she works! She even got my order 100% correct since others can’t seem to get it right sometimes. Literally need more people like her to work there. If anyone deserves a raise there it is her! Keep her happy cause it keeps us (the customers) happy!

We had such a great experience at Culvers tonight! An employee, Glenn, stopped by to ask how everything was and we had the nicest conversation. He was helpful to get us a bag for leftovers and even took our tray for us.Glenn is a great example of why I love Midwest people, Wisconsin and Culvers. Thank you for making or dinner stop so enjoyable.

I ordered food one night and the cashier didn't give me my change back and I didn't realize till I got home so I called and talked to one of the managers named Hailey! She put my change to the side so I could pick it up tomorrow! I stopped by after work right before they closed and Hailey was so kind handed me my change and I asked her if I could get a free burger for the hassle and she was kind enough to do it! That's what I call going above and beyond for your customers! GREAT MANAGER, AND VERY POLITE!!!

So disappointed! I ordered the dbl pub burger and got a hamburger on sourdough bread with onions and it was a HUGE soggy mess and NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY ORDER! My ice cream was VERY disappointing because i never reached halfway and i have nothing but vanilla ice cream! I live too far away to go back and just want my money back for this! Just a word of advice check your food before you leave! I've never had this ever at culvers because manitowoc culvers knows what to do but obviously not anymore!

After working 16 hours I was starving and tired ordered cod dinner with extra fries and a chicken sandwich on 6/22 the line to the drive thru was long and only one was open but I was fine with that. What I was not fine with was after ordering and waiting to the front spot waiting watching five cars behind me get their food and after 40 minutes of this drive thru experience having someone come out and say “oh” and toss me my ice cold food and run back in (no extra fries either) I was too tired and went home. I also saw in the bag two free custard cards which I don’t eat custard so they can stick that you know where!never again this place has gone down hill!

I enjoy this culvers. Our food is made fresh upon ordering and so sometimes there's a wait of a few minutes but everything was hot and delicious. The employees here are great - friendly and helpful.. it's a refreshing experience compared to some of the other fast food establishments.Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie burger here and are happy to serve the grilled cheese kids meal to adults :) They often have broccoli cheese soup and steamed broccoli available as well.

Ordered two DOUBLE deluxe burgers basket. Received everything except of course to find out there is only one burger paddy for BOTH of the should be DOUBLE deluxe burgers. The grill worker seems to know what they're trying to do as we DO have two cheese on our burger but only one paddy. Hopefully they find out this worker who works on the grill. Also make sure to check your bags every time. They'll try to cheap you out as they put behind these boxes. Culver is a nice place, just some workers and managers not doing their job.
