We had such a fantastic experience at the lodge! Both Mark and Sharon were wonderful and great to give recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The rooms were spotless and the lodge is in a great location! We were lucky to book during their Linger Longer program which was a lovely surprise and good excuse to stay at the lodge another night! We will definitely be back!!

This is the most clean and gorgeous lodging we’ve found in the Northwoods! We have a dog and he was especially accommodated with cute dog bowls and a special blanket covering the beds. The lounge/ breakfast room was meticulously appointed. Staff was friendly and grounds gorgeous. Close to many dining shopping and coffee options. Love the market in town too! All walkable!

Staff is super friendly. Rooms are beautiful and cozy. Regulated water temperature in the shower. Down to a magnifying mirror for us older ladies.Grounds are gorgeous.Nearby activities: Plenty of trails for hiking, biking.

Very clean comfortable place. Friendly front desk person made us feel welcomed and told us about the area. Nice shower and bath area. We had a second floor balcony that looked out over the trees. Cookies in the lobby as we came in. Nice hiking trails nearby. Just down the street from Rest Lake. They even will store your bicycles in their big garage as there are many bike and walking trails here. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place to stay! The staff were extremely friendly and accomdating. They will go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The light breakfast was delicious. Rooms are up to date and extremely clean. Close to the Manitowish Waters bike trail and they have a garage where you can store your bikes locked up. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The House keepers were friendly and kept our room refreshed and supplied. The room itself, with a fireplace was spacious and warm. The breakfast food was nutritious and delicious... especially the scones!!! We enjoyed the quiet and restful setting. We'll be back again!

Perfect in everything. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room has many nice extras in it. The staff is so efficient and willing to make things nice. There is a beautiful landscaped yard in the back of the lodge. There is patio furniture to sit at. The light breakfast was amazing. I would come back again.

Beds, linens, and pillows were top-notch. Our two queen room had a large walk-in shower. Walking distance to the park and local lake. Directly on the bike path. We brought our bikes and were able to store them at the motel inside a locked garage. During the pandemic they still had a free breakfast, with individually wrapped items and coffee. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived for a weekend stay and unfortunately our reservation got cancelled somehow but they handled it very professionally and upgraded us to the last available place to stay for the same price. They didn’t have to do this but we are so appreciative that they did and we will definitely stay here in the future! Thanks for going above and beyond!

We stayed with our 2 Puggles in a pet friendly room. First, thank you for offering pet friendly accommodations (nice bed protectors from dog fur). Second, ALL of the hotel staff were very friendly! Third, love the Molton Brown soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Sleep quality ok, firm beds in our double queen room. The only negative part of our stay was that the odor from the A/C unit was so bad we could not use it. Several attempts were made to clean it, but nothing was successful. I requested a fan and was provided with one. Overall I love this hotel and highly recommend it! We are returning in a couple of weeks, can't wait! Awesome town.

Stayed in October of 2018. 55 degrees the day we arrived, enjoyed our walk on the newly paved trails. Great dinner that night. Woke up to 3 inches of snow and 30mph winds!Room was very nice! Location is great for biking/hiking/etc.

Absolutely beautiful. Clean rooms, well maintained, very nice staff, and the small continental breakfast was perfect. Place is quiet, and is a perfect place to center your northwoods adventure from. Would/will stay here again if and when I'm in the area.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding we came to and it was a gorgeous place! Neatly tucked in the Northwoods, it's a wonderful place to stay at if you're looking to get away or have an event in the area. and there's also the convenience of a nice little grocery store with a hot food and salad bar and ice cream right across the street! The rooms were clean and modern as well as a very nice bathroom and shower. Would definitely be back to this place if I was in the area again!

Nice lodge located in the middle of Manitowish waters. Walking distance to Lake Rest. Also walking distance to local restaurants. Bikes trails go directly through here, the lodge even has a garage to store bikes overnight for safety if you need it. Room is good sized with large shower and very clean. Very light breakfast but good coffee. 4 stars for the views, just a small backyard with a forest but we did see a deer in the AM.

I was visting the area last week and went into town for some shopping and food. One of the employees of either the parent company or thier employee was very rude to me. They had given me the finger for what i do not know. I did see him working on the biking trail the other day. He said is name was gumarrow or something. He said pronounced like tomorrow. I had emailed the company but had gotten no response back, so I'm just going to put this out online since other people will see and hopefully not have the same experience as me. I hope I can get a response on here since it is open to the public.

My husband and I had the most enjoyable stay here !!! the room was spotless and the attention to detail was unbelievable !!!! the staff and the complimentary breakfast was excellent !!! Last minute trip "Up north", we booked a room here because it had availability. What a lucky find! The place is gorgeously designed and built with care, and immaculately maintained. Staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. Suberb location, not on the water but adjacent to a nice park on the lake and across the street from a grocery store and several restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the North Lake Discovery Center (about a 15 minute walk on the paved bike trail). Complimentary breakfast of fresh pastries.

This place was a little expensive, but we were out here for a wedding/family reunion and absolutely loved this place. Great rooms with great showers, very peaceful grounds, and a morning breakfast (more of a snack for me) made this a great place to relax between activities. The location is great and there are several good restaurants nearby, a nice little park within walking distance, and stores across the street for anything you need.The ladies at the front desk were great as well (not just because of the homemade chocolate chip cookies).

Speaking to the meeting facilities only, as that is the only area of The Lodge that I've experienced, this is a fantastic place to have business meetings. The meeting room is large and well-appointed. The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly, always willing to help with whatever is needed — even some quick printouts in a pinch. It's a quiet and productive space to work in.

Great rooms with Keurig coffee and temperature-showing shower faucet, and great breakfast options too. Walkable to Trig's Village Market. Very convenient location.The service was very good too. Highly recommended when in this area.
