The owner needs to educate their employees about the federal law allowing service dogs into establishments. The employee told my child that their medical service animal was not welcome. My child told them that this is their medical alert service dog and that it is against federal law to not allow them to be in the store. The employee said they didn’t care and that they had to leave. You won’t be disappointed if you just keep your foot on the gas. This store is dark, dirty, and way overpriced.Google the federal laws on service animals and educate your employees.

Great place on the Manitowish Chain. Food and drinks are good. The atmosphere is great. Nice place to shop for shirts, hats and other items. Our favorite place on the chain!

Just had our pontoon re-powered with a new Yamaha engine + several other upgrades. Greer's made it easy, picked up the boat and had it done in a couple of days. Very professional, fare price, excellent service. What more can you ask for!

Wish I could give them 0 out of 5. They forgot to put registration stickers on the boat which resulted in us getting stopped and bothered by the local sheriff and warden on the water. They don't keep the registration papers in the boats either. It was an unpleasant encounter which also wasted our rental time in a big way. When we got back and told them about the situation, they quite rudely pawned it off as wear and tear from being by the docks. It was obvious a few minutes later as the young staff scrambled around ours wasn't the only boat without evidence of registration. It's their job as the boat owners AND as a business to make sure their rentals are ALWAYS up to snuff. I'm very disappointed with Greer's. Anytime someone asks me about where to rent boats, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Greer's Pier is an excellent place to have your boat serviced. They rent boats and recreational equipment. The sandwiches are worth stopping for alone. Great prices on quality clothes, fishing gear, hats, they are packed with merchandise. You can sit out on the deck to eat and drink. They are on a 5 lake chain.I have been going there for almost 20 years and still see the same friendly faces.

Five stars definitely for boat launching we gave him a call the day before came out checked it out parking is not an issue if you can't park on the grass you can park across the street on the highway was a little concerning but most of the people pull further off the road the launching was very easy there was appear to pull your boat around to the side to get things squared away plenty of room the staff was great bathrooms neat and clean the store on site was totally loaded with whatever you needed also they have a little bar restaurant on site with outdoor seating right on the waterway what more can you ask for on one of the beautiful chain of lakes up in manitowish waters totally wonderful great job done friendly staff what else can I say five stars thanks and I'm enjoying my baseball cap with your logo!

Find a more reputable place to trust in. We rented a speed boat months in advance for my daughter's birthday. They called us a day before the rental was reserved, to cancel it, because a boat was damaged and they didn't have a back up plan. Families make reservations and plan for special times during these turbulent Covid times. I would not trust or place my reservation with a company who doesn't fulfill their promise and does not have a compensation plan.

We rented a boat and there was a dispute about a prop. When they sent us out they documented the prop was damaged but when we came back we were told we had to replace it.So when we asked how much they said we had to pay the full price of $189.00.My group asked why would we pay full price, you sent us out with a used prop which had documented damage we should pay what the prop was worth not full price. They told me no, its policy to pay full price. I again explained we should only have to replace the value of what was damaged not pay for a brand new prop. If we pay for a new prop then tou are making money from this and not merely replacing a damaged part.The manager was very dismissive and started making faces. It was clear the conversation was going nowhere. We paid and left.The next day we called management and again asked why we are paying full price when we were sent out with a damaged prop. We again were told it was policy. We explained shops in town sell props for $100 to $140 dollars and why are yours 189.00. We were told thats what they buy them for. We then asked for the damaged prop because we could repair it and attempt to sell it. They told us no. They keep the props, repair them, then put them back on the boats. We again asked why are we paying full price for a prop if they are just going to repair it and reuse it, we should only be paying the value of the prop or repair not for a new prop if they are just going to repair the old one. We were again told its policy.The way we were treated it was clear their policy is not intended to replace damaged property but another way to make money.I would not recommend them as a business.

A cool store/boat docking area with a Sandwich shop in the back of the store itself as well as a Tiki bar in the back outdoors. Due to COVID, no one under 25 years old can go in (a little high to me) so take that into account. The store itself sells everything from candy to clothes to dock hardware and other boating accessories. As long as you're old enough, you should check it out.

Was a long time customer at Grier’s Pier. Every summer we rented a motor for fishing. This year, I was absolutely appalled at the lack of loyalty and compassion that was shown toward my group. They swindled us out of $500 without barely blinking an eye or doing a lick of investigation. This is not how a business should be run. Sad to say, Greer’s lost a long time customer

This is the only marina in the Lake Manitowish chain of lakes. It has everything. From gasoline, to light bulbs, to fish finders, to some amazing grub and beers! Very friendly staff and excellent service.

Greers Pier is great, but they shouldn't let those kids drink like that. It would get five stars if they let dogs hang out in the Tiki Bar.

Awesome place! Good place to rent a boat. They have boat landing ramp and boat gas station as well.Tiki bar on the docks is really amazing! They have really good food.
