Came to do some tasting on a weekday afternoon. Lots of wines to choose from! The ones I tried were all fantastic. Our group then bought a bottle of the marquette to share. Beautiful place, I plan to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the outside patio! My only negative is that they do not give you water, you have to buy a bottle of water for $2. I personally feel like that's dangerous when selling alcohol.

They did a great job between location and set up and then the decor! Staff is friendly. They do bands even on Sundays...which there is never anything to do Sunday afternoons in the area. Just out of town a short drive but so peaceful. The wines we tried were delicious. Got some good recommendations from our taste tester. We will come back for sure

Wow !! What a great place! Eugene greeted us as we arrived, and told us about the extra care they take in wine making. Very beautiful grounds and building, great wine selection, and very fun music. We will be back for sure!

Had a great time one the eve of Thanksgiving, we did a wine tasting. Sarah was our server, wow does she know her wines, her passion and knowledge was outstanding and fun to listen to. The red wines were so good we bought a case. I went with my daughter and we can't wait to come back with her boy friend and my wife. The build was a renovated horse barn completed beautifully with a touch modern art decor, along with two balcony lounges and a fireplace.

There are many aspects that I love about this winery: the wines, of course; the friendly and amazing staff, definitely; the adult atmosphere (no young children or pets allowed); and the live music! They have so many wines to choose from, including award winning wines! I enjoy going with my children, however they are over 21. If you are looking for a nice afternoon or early evening listening to music, this is a perfect setting!

Ziegler Winery has the best wine I've ever tasted, and I've even worked in the wine and vineyard industry prior. I come from MN just for this wine, and I happily recommend this place to anyone I know coming into the area! Great wine, great service, great food. No disappoints to be found!

A new favorite just discovered. Really nice takes on several wine varieties and food is plentiful, especially the pretzel! Also enjoyed the "adult" atmosphere. A place you can spend several enjoyable hours.

A couple friends of mine ( Doug and Rich ) had been there most of the day enjoying the Sunny day and some delicious beverages. They called me to see if I would drive them home. When Jeanette and I showed up We enjoy meeting Joe the owner of this beautiful Winery. We all talked awhile and then we drove the boys back to Appleton. Hope to see you again soon Joe. 😁😎

I'd give it a zero if I could. We got there at 2:01 and they said they stopped selling flights at 2:00. Wouldn't sell us a wine flight because he said he was short staffed - even though there were four people behind the bar - and we were the only ones ordering! He would gladly sell us six glasses of wine but not six samples in a flight. Go figure!My husband and I have both worked in the service industry so we both know what it is like and have been in your shoes. What your reply did not address was that we were only 1 minute past your cutoff. It also did not address the fact that we were the only ones ordering at the time and you had four staff members standing there doing nothing. My experience in customer service is that you can always be flexable. You can always try to accommodate. You offered us neither. A simple apology would have been much nicer than what you replied.

My wife and I visited on a Saturday afternoon. This was an awesome experience. Right from the moment we entered the property we could see that these people wanted to make sure all of their guests had the best experience possible. We were directed where to park and where the front door was. We entered and were immediately given a tasting guide and a gentleman described the various wines. Sara served us our samples. She was wonderful. She further described the wines and shared the history of the property and how the business developed. We will definitely be returning... I wish them the best for a great future.

What a wonderful venue, both the inside and outside. We have been there in the winter and summer and always have a marvelous time. Great music, Great food, and Great Wine! This family has put their heart into the winery to give the guests a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Ziegler Winery.

Ziegler Winery had many fantastic wines, great service, and wonderful entertainment. The property itself is what looks like an old horse ranch with idyllic country scenery. Ziegler's is definitely one of the best places to check out on the East side of Lake Winnebago. We will be coming back to try the rest of the wines!

Beautiful, spacious facility with many cozy nooks to sit and sip their excellent selection of wines and really enjoyed the Chautercer plate.On our 3rd visit-today we sat and relaxed on the grass enjoying a bottle of chilled wine in a bucket and The ' Whiskeybelles" band.

Stopped for a drink. Live music was playing. I had a craft beer, wife had a wine. Bartender was a smiling, helpful woman. Only reason I give it four stars is I did not uncover other aspects of the winery in my short stay. Loved the ambiance most certainly!

Very nice winery. Good selection of wines and appetizers available. Large nicely decorated indoor space and outdoor patio seating as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly family run business. Wines we tasted were all good and moderately priced. Would definitely visit again.

Entertainer, Franki Moscato, is the reason we visited you for the first time and WOW, were we glad we did! We were so impressed with the variety of wines and unique food options. We enjoyed a few glasses of your specialty wines and bought some to take home till we can visit again! We loved Franki's music and her positive messages. It's a 45 min drive for us, but WORTH IT! My husband and I, along with our 2 year old, were really looking forward to trying this winery. Unfortunately, I didn't read their policy page on their website to find out that NO kids are allowed. As we entered the property, I saw a sign saying no kids but thought I saw it incorrectly. Then we approached the front door and there is a large sign saying no kids. Well, after seeing a couple in the picnic table area outside with a tasting and their kids also at the table playing games, I thought it's alright to have our 2 year old. But when we walked in to the establishment we were informed that in fact, NO kids are welcome. Unfortunately, I didn't look at other reviews prior to finding this out. But now that I have seen reviews and the replies from the owner, I wouldn't want to support such an owner. To tell a breast feeding mother that just because she doesn't agree with their policy of no kids, that she shouldn't write a negative review is unacceptable. IT IS DISCRIMINATION! How could the one couple outside be served with their kids there, but we were asked to leave? Like other reviews state, bars allow children if there is food, so why is this place any different? We will NOT be recommending this place even though we didn't try one sip of wine. It feels awful to be turned away from something, and that folks, is DISCRIMINATION. No person should support an establishment that thinks this policy is acceptable.

This was our first time here and what a wonderful facility. Great wine, several beers on tap and a nice outdoor sitting area with live music. One of our favorites so far and we'll definitely be back.
