Max must stand for maximum customer service. Their sweetness needle is buried at maximum as well.We have two dogs who both bring their own difficulties: a senior with chronic pain that can flare and a highly-strung little guy who needs some extra understanding.First of all, our dogs have never been cleaner or softer.But, can we talk about the service? I have sensitivities to odors and typically have had to re-wash my dogs when they’ve been professionally groomed (defeats to purpose) even when I’ve asked for scent-free products.There was no trace of odor on them when they were done. They were fluffy and clean with no shedding and odor free! I was astounded. Max listened.Max took time to let our special needs guy get acclimated, even taking him out for “a walk” to gain trust.Max and Christina allowed the pair to trot around the shop and nose around so they could feel more at ease. They were both so sweet. They offered to assist getting the kennels and dogs out to my car, too.I just cannot say enough good things about Max- just a very special person.While I tipped well, now that I’ve had a chance to see how the dogs just aren’t shedding (she worked very hard to brush out their undercoats and, wow! Just WOW!) I want to tip them extra next time.I hope you’re reading this, Max! You are a special person. I am so impressed. Thank you so much.

8/1/23 @ 3:05pm. The sign is flashing open, but all their doors are locked and lights are off. There's one sign hanging on a door that says closed. Won't go here again.
