The women’s clothing section is lacking. There are very few options for XL size. These options are not in desirable colors or fits. Many make women appear like men. Also, very limited for women’s exercise equipment. There are alarms on the winter jackets and one of the alarm batteries was dying and made a ticking sound that was very unpleasant. The attendant laughed about it. The security cords on the coats also makes them very difficult to try on. There were issues getting a printed receipt easily.

I shop here often for clothing. The prices are affordable with quality clothing. We've also bought a few camping items, when available here. It's also conveniently located near other shopping such as TJ Maxx, so win-win for me.

Has a nice and healthy snack selection in the back! Nice variety of clothing, got some great shorts for a record price.Much of the staff was lazy and unprofessional. Many of them were walking around the store and goofing off with friends. It made for an uncomfortable environment, hence why I left so quickly.

I was looking to buy a couple new pairs of workout/jogging shorts and was actually considering paying $60-plus dollars for them. But then i remembered that Sierra existed so i went there and grabbed two nice pairs for less than $20 each. And i picked up some socks and underwear that was also significantly less than you'll find anywhere else (and just as nice). Sierra has nice stuff. I'm a fan.

The store itself is awesome, nice selection.There are no cameras in the parking lot, and only 1 on the building, looking at the door. My car was involved in a hit and run with no cameras. Guess who had to pay :DThe property management has no cameras either...

Me and my girlfriend stop at every Sierra we pass, and Whitney Way happens to be our local store. It's the TJmaxx of outdoor gear/appeal. I always find more than I need, but always at a great price.

I like the lower prices and variety of outdoor type clothes available here. We end up being in the store way too long looking at their variety of camping and travel stuff too. It's kind of like a TJ Maxx, and I think somehow connected to them based on some of the same merchandise and tagging but geared more towards outdoor stuff. They also have easy returns.

Things are good. But staff is tooo horrible. One or two are good and polite. But not all. There is this girl in the cashier that gives sassy answers when any questions are asked, behaves as if we know all store stuff and should have known what to do when doing purchases from the credit card.Also, their email option never works. Thought of not printing paper if the email option is available. And did that. E-receipt never comes. Not in months.Another thing is, you cannot differentiate between regular receipt and return receipt. Getting disappointed every time with this Sierra of Whitney Way, Madison.

As a discount store it has a decent variety of clothing and shoes. I think this branch needs to expand its shoe section. Even the pet section is bigger which makes no sense at all for the theme of this place. It's as McDonald's had a fruit section that sold a broader variety of watermelons than burgers?!

Back in March I bought a pair of Brooks Levitate 3 for $42 after taxes! I still wear them! They're great shoes. But honestly, I got the deal of 2021.. Those shoes are originally over $100 ! WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!?!?!?!?!? I never even knew of Brooks before coming to your store. Great store to go to. Sometimes I just window shop there. Nice staff too.

If you're average height, weight etc you may struggle to find anything really good. Prices are pretty good, but the selection of menswear can be pretty dismal.

I've been a Sierra Trading Post customer for years. As they've shifted into retail the relatively low prices are absolutely reflected in their level of customer service, which is pretty low. The prices are good. If you know what you want and know it's the right thing you can likely find it for a good price. If you need help with anything you're probably out of luck.Most recently, I ordered online to be delivered to the store. After a couple of weeks I tried checking on the status of my order. The website was broken for three days running. I got an email that my order was available. I called the store to see if they are still doing curbside pickup, they aren't. The clerk asked when I'd received the email, then told me it probably wasn't true (meaning my order probably wasn't in). When I asked him to check before I came in he handed me off to someone else, who confirmed my order was there.The store is a disorganized mess. The lines are long and slow moving, the staff are generally unhelpful and look overwhelmed.But I did save a bunch of money on wool socks.Edit:I stopped by today, a coouple years after I wrote thisbreview. The store is more organized, but the staff is as slow as ever. We were third in line for one of three registers and waited almost 30 minutes to check out. Our cashier looked like he was moving in slow motion.

I honestly wished this store remained as only an online store!! The moment I discovered Sierra here in Madison, I was beyond excited, it was everything I wished for!! The brands and quality of clothing is spot on,. The price is simply unbeatable, the store is always very clean and well organized, they always have an amazing group of staff working that are super friendly and outgoing. I spend an insane amount of money here and I’m ok with it! But it is still worth checking out their website as it is stocked with triple the inventory.

Horrible staffI called about a Jacket they said they have. When I got there nobody would help me find the jacket. Instead they were to busy playing with someone's dog. I asked someone for help and they said just go look overthrew for the jacket. Again I called before to make sure they had it. I highly recommend nobody to shop there
