RFBF has been such an awesome new shop to have in the area! The tanks are meticulously kept and they always have a variety of fish stocked (it updates weekly too!). Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the hobby. He's been so patient and helpful in answering all kinds of random questions as we get deeper into the hobby ourselves. We've honestly made an unintentional habit of visiting the store weekly because we enjoy going so much and seeing what's new!We've brought home a bunch of different fish, shrimp, and snails from RFBF and they've always been healthy! Todd makes sure any new arrivals are good to go before listing them for sale and tends to any that might need some extra TLC before heading to new homes.Overall, an incredible small business I have quickly come to admire and respect! I definitely recommend checking them out and following them on Facebook for weekly updates!

Super clean store! Nice owner who was very helpful. Tanks and fish are pristine! Pretty average pricing or a little above average, but for the quality, it’s worth it! I’ve stopped in here many times and not once have I not seen the owner doing something to care for his tanks and products!

While traveling to Chicago for work I stopped by RFBF and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the tanks was very impressive. All the fish looked healthy and well taken care of.While speaking to the owner he shared it was a newer store and I hope people will see my review to support a wonderful LFS. I hope to visit again sometime.

Gorgeous store with unique variety. Beautiful, healthy, vibrant fish -- I went away with 4 different breeds of fish (6-8 of each): all adapted to my home tanks, happy and healthy.VERY knowledgeable, patient, helpful staff!!Thank you!! I will DEFINITELY be back soon!

Love the atmosphere and layout, local businesses with a nice selection and good prices. I purchased plants and shrimp there, both are doing well. The store is tucked behind columns so you might not see it from the parking lot.
