Very helpful and friendly people over at MadCat. Answered any questions I had. Recommended me a few items within my budget. And also had a 60 day return policy (if I'm not mistaken) in case my cats didn't like the toys I bought them. They are a bit pricey, but honestly I haven't shopped around much to compare. I plan to go back sooner than later for a few more items.

This is our go to for our three cats! They've got a wide selection of everything we need: litter boxes, food, toys, teeth care, and scratching trees! The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the store itself is very bright and clean.

I've been wanting to go in here and yesterday I got the chance! Incredibly helpful staff and some truly hilarious toys for cats and dogs reasonably priced! My cat Miso is currently enjoying some cat grass even though the winter pushes on.

MadCat is my favorite shop in town! They only sell high quality cat food and supplies, so I feel like I can trust anything I buy there. The prices are often a bit lower than even Chewy or Amazon. The selection is better than you’d find at other pet supply stores that mainly focus on dogs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me out a ton as a first time pet owner. The environment there is so nice—I usually bring my cat along in his TravelCat backpack, and he loves it there too. He’s always happy to see his buddy Louie the shop cat and get some attention from the staff.

Awesome locally owned pet store. Sometimes there are cats or kittens there from a local rescue who are available for adoption. Very cute place with a great variety of supplies and always friendly staff. A delight to shop here, and great way to support local business. And they have more than just cat stuff! They have dog supplies as well as some small animal stuff.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! They helped me find a good dry food for the kitten we rescued from the street, and were instrumental in selling us some products to help with his teething!! They remembered us and ask about him and loved on him when we went to visit. Can't say enough good things about them!!

They always give wonderful advice, and the delivery is a godsend for buying litter! Love all the fun toys they've got, and Louie and Paulie are always a delight.I went in today and had a very informative and enjoyable conversation about nutrition for my cat with IBD that wound up with me finding a better food that saved me money!

Finding a good cat food your cat will eat can be difficult but MadCat can help you! They have superior, knowledgeable, happy-to-help-you, compassionate staff, and friendly policies. If my cat didn't eat what I bought they said I could return it and exchange it for something else. Plus they have all of the supplies, toys, etc you need at affordable prices. Check this place and these people out!

First time I was in the store, and I was impressed with their selection. I was looking for a cat condo/cat tree, and they had a good selection of all sizes. I got a nice one for a great price. Also had to get a couple cat toys (of course) and some cat food. I could buy these items in a big box store probably cheaper but prefer to support local businesses. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I will be back.

The staff are incredibly kind and courteous. They treated my shy, scared rescue pup like a valued customer - gave her a little treat to help make her comfortable, didn’t get mad when she pooped on the floor (I’m so sorry again!), and helped me carry my purchases out to my car so I could help navigate my dog.My goal today was to create a positive experience for my shy dog so she wouldn’t be so afraid of car rides and strange places, and it was definitely mission accomplished.I’ve been going there for years for my cat supplies, but they’ve really cemented themselves in my heart as my pet store of choice.Thank you MadCat!

They REALLY love cats! I buy all my cat stuff here ... food, litter, toys, a kitty drinking fountain, kitty bed, etc. Sometimes I am on the road for months at a time for work. I call in my order, pay over the phone, and a friend picks up the stuff. They are so easy to work with, totally accommodating, and sweet. They also have a policy that they will take back anything your cat doesn't like, so no stress when trying out new items. Also appreciate their signage and general creativity and artistry. Their cashiers are always friendly, too.

The best part about this pet supply store is the knowledgeable, friendly staff. Second best is that you can buy litter, bring back the containers, and get cheaper refills of those containers. My wife and I have been going for several years now, and we recommend it to everyone we know who has cats.

Best pet store. Prices are very reasonable - they'll never be as cheap as Amazon because they have storefront overhead and trained employees, y'all. Pay a little extra to support a local business. These guys are super knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and quirky. I'm hooked.
