I cannot recommend them more! My fiancé ordered me flowers without realizing the ones he selected were poisonous for our cat. They let me trade out the poisonous flowers for ones that were pet safe and even gave me suggestions. Truly so kind and went above and beyond.

We recently came to Wisconsin to bring my mother-in-law's ashes to her chosen spot next to a dairy farm at Hope Cemetery in Portage County. We stopped by Felly's on very short notice to enquire about some flowers and balloons for the occasion. We told Kat what kind of flowers Mom loved and that she loved cows. In just a few hours we received two beautiful sprays that were perfect for Mary Jean's celebration. The flowers were amazing and the walking cows just stole the show. Everyone we met at Felly's was courteous and friendly and very professional. Kat went above and beyond to make this a memorable day. Even after several days in the summer sun the flowers were beautiful as shown in the second photo.

Spent over $100 for a Valentine's bouquet for my special someone and they didn't even last 24 hours. They are all wilted and dyeing. So, Felly's, what kind of a refund do you offer?Update: spoke with manager who explained this was an issue with delivery. The flowers apparently got cold which caused them to wilt off too soon. They replaced the bouquet with all fresh flowers, a new mylar balloon, and some complimentary chocolates. I will continue to use Felly's in the future.

I send a lot of flowers, I have been working with Felly's for years but. They have always delivered perfection. That's not to say they have never failed. But once in 3 years is amazing. They sent the wrong arraignment. But yes this is a five star business always professional and the delivery drivers are So nice. I recommend Felly's for your next flower delivery.

George helped us with our wedding flowers, and absolutely knocked it out of the park. I gave him very little guidance (color scheme, no marigolds) and he put together the most beautiful bouquets. We received so many compliments on them throughout the night from both guests and venue staff, who see quite a few wedding flowers go through. I just moved here to the area and discovered my new favorite flower,plant and gift shop. I went in there to buy some unusual but beautiful plants for my home and got just what I wanted.I also bought a beautiful bird statue I had to have. The place itself is so well designed and well kept you can get lost in there. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member who took her time to explain the plants. I love this place!

I have loved every experience I've had with Felly's Flowers!I'm from the Madison area, but have since moved away. For every birthday, anniversary or big occasion, I use Felly's to deliver beautiful arrangements to my family back home. I am never disappointed, and everyone is always so excited by the beautiful flowers!I also have called Felly's several times to update my orders, discuss new delivery instructions, etc. The employees have always been so helpful, kind and upbeat. It makes me so happy to give such a gift to the important people in my lives, and I'm so thankful for Felly's Flowers being such a great local business to support!Flowers anywhere are expensive, but Felly's is definitely worth the price. My mom still has dozens of vases from her arrangements over the years, and they really hold up. You can also find some affordable arrangements if you're looking to save.Long story short: I will definitely be using Felly's Flowers for years to come!

I have never visited the store, but I have ordered flowers over the telephone for a family member from this store numerous times over years. Their customer service is amazing and it is always such a friendly experience. While I have never personally been able to witness the final product, the recipient is always thrilled and raves how nice the flower arrangements are. Great place to do business with.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The selection is huge, always fresh, and their experience is evident with the design of arrangements. The prices are great especially for the higher quality. If you need a calathea, some succulents, or just bouquet... this is my go to.

I had to get a last minute gift for my friend. Luckily fellys monona was open. The staff were really helpful and were able to accommodate my gift needs. There was plenty of parking and the store is located right off the Beltline. Also the store had a huge selection to choose from and everything was fresh! It couldn’t have been easier.Thanks fellys

Felly's did a wonderful job for our wedding flowers. The wedding coordinator changed about halfway through our planning with Felly's but we could not have been more pleased with George's work. The bouquets were beautiful and the table runner he created for our extremely large and long King's Table was gorgeous. Felly's is very easy to work with and they are quick to respond to any questions and set up meetings for consultations.

I ordered flowers for my Mother to be delivered to her at a concert she was performing and Felly's was very accommodating of the strange delivery request. In consultation with an employee, I decided on iris and hydrangea for the arrangement. Therefore I was surprised when I saw the arrangement and it had lilies, roses, and daisies (?) in it along with the lovely iris and hydrangea. My Mother loved the flowers, but I was upset, so I called and spoke to the same woman with whom I had placed the order. She was extremely accommodating and offered to send a replacement arrangement or give me a discount on the original order. Now I feel like I can order from Felly's again!
