I’ve been taking my two dogs here for grooming. Having had horrible experiences elsewhere I am quite observant of how they treat my dogs. So far I’ve been very happy with their services and interactions. I accidentally took my dogs to have their nails trimmed on a Saturday but it was a week before the actual appointment date. They graciously fit my two dogs into the schedule so I didn’t have to make another trip. I would recommend this store to anyone.

We have been taking our elderly, crabby Teddy Bear dog for grooming to the Cottage Grove location for a couple of years now. We could not be happier with the groomers and the results. We highly recommend the east side Cottage Grove location!

We could not have been happier with our grooming experience here! Our little puppy is about 6 months and has struggled with nail trims, etc., but the staff here (and our groomer Chelsea) did such an amazing job at making her feel safe and confident! We will be back again and again to get our dog groomed here! :)

I took my lab mix in today for a general groom/deshedding appointment and it was amazing! My one year old lab mix hasn’t been professionally groomed but after reading reviews and using the Earthwise self wash a few times I knew it’d be a great fit. They were absolutely wonderful to my semi-anxious girl and she smells so good after the groom. You can also get an appointment fairly quickly!

It was our first time at the Earthwise (Cottage Grove Rd location) and we were very happy with our experience. We brought our pup in for the self wash and the staff was very informative explaining how everything worked since it was our first time in. The tubs and store were very clean and they had everything you would need to bathe, shampoo/condition and dry your dog. The store was very cute and they have good quality products on the shelf! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great experience!

EarthWise is excellent! I was taking my dog Tucker to another groomer (that he went to as a puppy) and they were saying they had to muzzle him because he was getting aggressive. He's never had this issue previously, and he's 13 years old, so I was a little nervous bringing him back there. Decided to try EarthWise even though it's a little more expensive, and was AMAZED at how thorough and attentive the grooming staff was. She spent some time at drop-off asking about my dog's needs, haircut preferences, products, etc. The grooming was super quick as well, and so well-done! She said that Tucker did amazing and was not aggressive at all, which reaffirms my concerns about the other groomer. Tucker came home happy and refreshed, looking handsome as ever! Will definitely be back:)

I love taking my dog to Earthwise! Their self wash stations are always clean and well maintained and the use is fairly priced, in my opinion. The products both in the self wash and on the shelves are high-quality and I trust the recommendation of the employees as they are friendly and knowledgeable. Though it is a smaller store and therefore don't have as much variety as some other places, we love coming here for specialty items such as high-quality single-ingredient treats, toys, training gear (harness, clickers, hiking gear) or just to look around after grabbing a coffee at Twisted Grounds next door!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Earthwise's dog grooming services. My senior maltese rescue dog loves getting groomed by Karen, who is by far the best groomer I've ever had the pleasure of entrusting with my dog. She is incredibly patient and kind, and I hope to always work with Karen when it comes to grooming my dogs.The other amazing thing about Earthwise is they don't keep your dog for hours on end. It's a one-hour appointment, and then I get to pick my dog up. It's wonderful, and I cannot recommend them enough!

EarthWise is a wonderful business. I am always struck by how all their employees are knowledgeable and really care about helping customers and their pets. We have used grooming services for a long time - groomers do a great job, my dog doesn't get stressed going to the groomer(!!), they are more on top of products that have worked best for my dog than I am, and never a problem to schedule.Their neighborhood stores are well-stocked with a great selection of quality treats (my dog loves their NoHide chews), food choices, and lots of other products. Even our dog bed and doggie-coat are from EarthWise. Earthwise is my first choice for all my pet care needs!

Our dog is large and can be difficult at times. They handle him with care and take all the precautions that are needed to keep everyone safe. He always comes out smelling a lot more refreshing than when we dropped him off.

We've always been able to trim our dogs' nails over the years, but we now have a pup who protests *dramatically*. The groomers (two of them lol) were able to effectively calm her with love/scratches/treats. Grateful for these professionals. We will be back!

Terrible experience with the owner of this place. At first I did not even know I was talking to the owner, everytime I went in the store, Jeff was NOT welcoming. He treated me with digust. Could have been because I am a woman and I am a minority. Second I had told Jeff that the product that he sold me was defective and he did not even honor it by any means. No exchange no refund no store credit. For something that cost $30 I spend over $300 a month in that place. He said he could only return it if I had the defective product. Not honoring the fact that I live with other people who when they see something empty they throw it away, like every common clean person would do. Jeff is the most unprofessional “owner” I’ve ever known. You lost a 3 year customer over a $30 purchase. Never again.

I was greeted at the door by staff both dropping off and picking up my dog Rontu. Staff was super friendly making my first time in the store a really great experience. She was so gentle with my 14-year-old angry Lhasa apso. She was able to do most of the shaving but he was freaking out so much but I really appreciate her calling me right away because we were waiting next-door. say she did a great job.

A hidden gem!!! I love the self-service dog grooming station. They had towels, soap, etc - you can totally bring your own supplies too. The store is extremely clean and welcoming. I’m glad that this is my new regular place to take my dog for her monthly bath.

First time shopping here. I needed a small bag of kibble as a larger one I ordered wouldn't arrive for at least another day and I had run out of the flavor preferred by my spoiled monsters. EarthWise was the only store in town that carried that particular flavor. Ordered for pick-up. Was super easy. Received an email within an hour saying it was ready. Walked in, grabbed the bag, walked out. Couldn't have been more streamlined. I love having more pet stores carry more natural and healthier cat foods and I am very happy to support local.

I wanted to find a groomer that was closer to home. I am cautious about getting my Pomeranians groomed by anyone that isn't familiar with Poms. I've heard too many horror stories of groomers shaving Poms too low and the fur not growing back. I couldn't be happier with the results from EarthWise. They did an amazing job... were kind and seemed genuinely happy to work with both of my dogs. One of my Poms also has alopecia, and they did a great job with that, keeping as much fur as they could and blending everything together.
