Made an ebay purchase through this company. What a joke!! Item came with no paperwork and apparently only a 30 day warranty. Shortly after 30 days the pump broke. I reached out for support and was told nothing could be done because it was out of the coverage timeframe. No replacement, no refund ($50+)No concern for customer satisfaction, or the faulty item. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you plan to end up spending moreoney elsewhere shortly after. Worst customer service I've experienced.It's luck of the draw, but if you have any issues they are "sorry but nothing further they can do"

I ordered $100 dollars of aquarium supplies, not a single thing works! I have a 48in light I ordered which was shipped in a package way too small. All the glass is cracked, and the light is bent. I also order an electric cleaner and bottom light for my aquarium which is absolutely useless. If you try to call, it says the number is unavailable. But they say you must contact to return items. I will doing everything in my power to write bad review on this business! I will post YouTube video on my account, and every review website I find!

Have purchased several things from them on ebay, LED light, UV sterilizer, air pump, sponge filter, filter.media . Always satisfied. Fast shipping and great customer service . I had a problem with a broken pieces on an air pump and I contacted them thru eBay and always received timely replies and they remedied the problem by shipping me a new air pump after sending them pics of the unit. Will continue to use them for my aquarium needs .Very helpful customer service rep .

Ordered some airline tubing because their price was pretty good and then a day later and with no explanation, message, or notice my order was canceled. Item still shows up on their website as in stock. Tried contacting and got no response.

Where do I start. I ordered two 30gallon fish tanks canisters from this company off eBay. I received the filters but never the actual canisters. It's so hard to get a reply from this company. I have left messages etc. Nope I don't recommend this company at all.. and watch out when your ordering through other sites watch out for the name CLL pet supplies.. but this is not the end at all.

I bought a aquarium light through amazon from these people and it stopped working after 3 months?? My old one worked for over 3 year's. SMH. Just like a couple people said in the reveiws find another place to get your fish tank equipment from.

Horrible customer service they sent out defective broken items they do not stand behind their items they like to postponed on giving you a refund and you end up having to have eBay step in and then eBay will either issue the refund after they give the buyer a couple days to work things out never don't work out then email either issue refund or they will require you to return the item and not get your refund until they received item making it take longer and then the seller doesn't report them receiving it right away which they have two days to do it even is longer to get your refund and the seller loves to play games they'll say they will work with you send a picture and then they'll make it right they do not do that they don't send you to replacement item then they'll try saying all we can issue a partial refund even though they supposed to issue a full refund because of the item being defective. Either way you'll end up having to have eBay stuff in and then the seller have so much time and then you have to eat call eBay back at the seller don't do anything they have eBay stuff in an issue a full refund or ebay may make you return the item before you can get your refund making it even longer on top of getting a refund.Do not buy any fish filter canisters from C.L.L pet supplies sells damage and broken items and be careful because they also have other sister hitting companies on eBay and Amazon like aquatic.hobbyist because aquatic.hobbyist is a sister company that they run underneath C.L.L Pet Supplies warning to all stay away from them two companies. I give C.L.L Pet Supplies a F--- for there grade.

ZERO STARS !! IS SADLY NOT AN OPTION.Purchased 2 power heads, one has failed 60 days later. The company says they have a 30 day warranty in their ad. Will never purchase from them again. These have lasted years in my usage of them. Think twice about ordering from them.
