It was an okay gas station to stop at just to use a restroom and get gas. There is even a Subway if you need to eat. However this BP does not take any Snap, EBT, and or any food stamp allowances at all. I think it is better to wait until the next Kwik Trip on I-94 for better quality items and food as well as first service.

You can tell that management is overworked by a franchise owner who is crazy cheap. And he is. If you can make it the 10 miles further in either direction, do it, you won't get the chance to thank me because hopefully you won't see that it sucks. Have a good trip.

This place is unfriendly. There are lots of signs all over that make it feel like they don't trust the public or their customers. They have locked family restrooms that are the only spot with changing table and the staff let me run around with a baby trying to find the key. The cashier told me some other staff had the key but it was actually right behind her! The family restroom also only had a super loud xcelerator hand dryer. Those always scare my kids. I drive this stretch of 94 dozens of times a year. Go to Kwik Trip anywhere else instead!

In the process of doing my work I fueled up this location attempted to drop a car for a few hours until I could provide other mode of transportation. A lady came out of the store yelling I could not leave a car there after I spent $70 into location. I will never ever stop here. With attitude like that customer service like that I'm surprised the place even in business. I was going to go inside and buy lunch ask for permission but I couldn't even get that far.

On June 15, 2022, we stopped to get gas. While we were there, the tornado siren went off. My husband, 84 year old father, and I, along with numerous other customers including children, hustled to the doors in an attempt to seek shelter. To our surprise, the doors were locked! A few people ran to the two other entrances, then shouted to everyone that they were locked, too. The lights were on and employees were inside. No explanation or assistance was offered. Everyone frantically returned to their cars. It was incredibly scary. The BP station was the only visible sheltering option at this exit.FYI: We ended up sheltering at a Walmart farther south off the interstate. The Walmart manager was out front directing people where to go and giving updates about the weather.I do not believe we will be stopping at a BP gas station again.

On 6/25/22, I made a $53.00 cashcard fuel purchase at the pump. For the $53.00 fuel purchase, BP placed a $300 hold on my card even though there was more than an enough funds in the account to cover the fuel purchase.I fail to understand how they can justify placing a charge against a card that far exceeds the actual amount of purchase.When I discovered the $300 hold on my card, I called asking to speak to a manager. Dani, the young woman who answered my call, repeatedly referred to me as "dear" even after I asked that she not. I will make a follow up call to the Manager, Lorie.A $300 hold on a $53.00 fuel purchase seems criminal to me.

DONT GO HERE IF JAMES IS WORKING! Don’t let women around James he will harass you. Then tell you your not allowed to have number to talk to a manger about His inappropriate behavior towards female customers. He was demanding customers to leave there babies and kids in the hot car while they used the restroom purchase juice for there children and wanted to by themselves cigarettes.

Twice now I have had Haley as a cashier. She appears to be a new employee as I frequent this place at least every other day. With that said, it would be really nice to have a nice "Hello " and a definite Thank You when I make a purchase. Haley is rude and stoic. Terrible representative as a customer service rep.!Love this place otherwise. She needs to go!

Clean place. Friendly people. Showers only 7$ if not buying fuel.For all the women complaining about no changing table in the women’s restroom, they have 2 family restrooms with changing tables. All you have to do ask!

Always get gas there but today their pump 9 and 10 is nothing but a trickle. Instead of closing those pumps down they let the customers use them. Guess I will get my gas elsewhere

Wouldn't even give one star but that's the only way to write a review the owner is very discriminatory picks and chooses what drivers can use the BP rewards card if he doesn't like your company or mad at your company you will not be allowed to use the rewards card but other company drivers can and still get the same benefits as all the other drivers whether they're company drivers or owner operators BP headquarters has been notified about how discriminatory he is if he's not careful and change his ways he could be facing discrimination charges

Went in to purchase a drink and fill a water bottle. I pay for my drink and the kid tells me, that they usually charge 25 cents for filling up a water bottle. Seriously what the Hell!?!?

Card readers work half the time, and diesel pumps are slow and outdated, no card reader by the big diesel pumps have to pay inside, waste of time for most semi drivers
