I had a whole hog custom processed here. A little more pricey than other shops I've used, but the quality is top tier and in my opinion justifies any extra money spent. Bacon, hams, brats, breakfast links Italian sausage all absolutely delicious and made without nitrites (I believe since they are labeled uncured). I work in a butcher shop. This can sometimes make me hyper-critical of others, however, in this instance I was 100% satisfied. Their meat counter looked great also. All said and done ( cost of pig plus processing), i was still under 3$ a pound.

My new go to butcher! The customer service is great. I’m a bit picky with my cuts of tenderloin and they go out of their way to get me the exact cut I’m looking for. The quality is excellent and you can’t beat their prices.

So excited to have you next door! Loved having you guys process our cow and pig! Everything was done to our liking and wrapped well! The pig from your business is delicious! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, if they don't know any answer for something they will find it for you! Everything is yummy definitely our go to place now.
