I had WAY too much fun this last Christmas season, there were just so many great finds for gifts! All the current trends in holiday decor were available, now crossing my fingers for additional chargers next Christmas 🎄😁(All the gals working the two times I shopped were a hoot!)

Workers are incredibly rude and condescending. Things are not priced at all sometimes. Their stock is constantly fluctuating and after how I was treated this last time I can safely say I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. The prices are only good on very specific things.Go to Wayne's across the street. They have good and kind people. I nearly lost it on the cashier at the Dollar General. At the Wayne's I have never had a problem with a single employee including when I worked there for about a year.

They are often out of products. Terrible store. Awful they threatened me and my service animal. I reported them. Appliances break. Rude staff.No receipt for $300 purchase. Was told I could return a coffee pot that broke after 2 weeks without a receipt when I attempted I received a gift card instead of cash. Except their receipt machines been broken for months.Items often don't make it into your bags. Again necessitating a receipt but none provided. After dealing with them for over 2 hrs about receipt still. None and went there 2 times .They tell me I can callCooperate to .Straighten this out. How is any of this my responsibility? It's s legal transaction between the store and myself they need to provide a readable receipt and they didn't. I've had so many problems with this tacky poorly ran store.with

I love Dollar General mostly because you can get almost anything there. However, the one in Luck has some issues. Putting stock merchandise in the aisles at the store is understandable when you need to stock shelves but putting so many carts out into the aisles at one time is not ideal for the customer. I personally move the carts around when I need to get to the merchandise behind them although I think this is not appreciated by the store personnel. Also the checkout setup makes it difficult for the cashier to see how many people are in line therefore not knowing if they need to call another cashier upfront to help. There have been times when I am 4/5/6 in line and I'm looking around for another cashier who I know is in the back stocking shelves and I say can you please call another cashier and they do but it shouldn't be up to the customer to make them see this need. Also, it doesn't seem very secure to limit the cashier's field of vision in the store so extremely.

Visited today, and looked like only one employee working! Line backed up. I was fourth in line, with 6 people behind me. Need more employees on weekends, especially during holiday week. They also have big turnover with employees.

They need more clerks. Plus it would of been nice to see what I bought on my receipt. Ink must of ran out, or printer not working correctly.

Mostly good but the other day when I was in here I thought woa they need to hire more people. there was unopened freight piled on carts all over the store plugging the path. You could not reach any merchandise for freight piled in the way. We needed paper towel but nope could not reach it. Needed period pads same thing freight in the way

Horrible wait in line while one person rings people out & someone else is stalking shelves & can't communicate to the other person stalking to open the other til & start ringing people out. Happenes all the time there.
