This is thee BEST Vet and Staff! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the fabulous front desk ladies all the way through with the vet who is caring, compassionate, and listens to you and any concerns you may have. You don't feel rushed, they take the extra few moments to listen and I am SUPER picky when it comes to the care of my babies! They are definitely the BEST around!!

Went there for years and it was generally okay but this Lady Vet that is there now seems lazy and not very caring. Definitely do not take your older pet there especially if they are a Chihuahua or small breed. Spend a little extra and go to a Vet that you can trust.I am all done with Loyal Veterinary Service.

Dr.Bethany Loos did a excellent service in saving my pet in a emergency situation. Dr.Loos was very knowledgeable, and only did what was absolutely necessary to sustain Scotties life. In doing so, she kept the costs down and Scottie is now doing well in his recovery. Technician Wendy is also a very compassionate person and fits right in with her occupation. However, I was very disappointed in not being able to get Scottie into the vet the day before with a complete blockage. I was told they were booked for that day along with several other local vets. So I was able to get him in the following morning at 10:00 a.m. I went there at 8:00 a.m hoping they would take Scottie in due to his emergency. However, the front desk lady said not till 10:00. So we sat out in the vechicle for two hours. Next time I will need to take him to into Eau Claire if the situation was to happen again.I would think an emergency would come before routine check ups etc! Thank you Dr.Loos and Wendy and Skyy for your compassion and in keeping Scottie alive!

Don't take your female cats there to get fixed. They don't do a good job with surgery. Please. If you love your cat..... go somewhere else.

The vet came in on an emergency visit. We are 3 hours from home and the dogs got to horsing around and my Mastiff's ear got sliced underneath pretty good, the vet who help us was amazing! You could tell she knows what she's doing especially with a scared 1 yr old Mastiff in a bad situation. She was patient and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

What can I say this is an outstanding veterinarian service. They have been caring for my dog for years. I found out last week my 14 year old dog was having some major issues. The vet sat down with me in person and gave me my options. I felt like my concerns were heard and they understood. After a 30 min talk we came to a plan. They were there to support me and my fur baby all the way. This was from the kind and caring lady that answered the phone. Then carried on to all the help along the way!!! Thank you Loyal Vetertanians!!!

My dog got into something that made her have bad facial swelling and at-home treatments weren’t helping. This is a Friday afternoon before the New Years’ weekend and no one was able to get her in between the 10-15 vets we called within an hour of us. Thankfully, the amazing team at Loyal Vet double booked themselves and sacrificed their time to help my dog so I didn’t have to run her up to the emergency vet and spend an absurd amount of money since it was near after hours. Thank you Loyal Vet for being so amazing!! It is so so so appreciated!!

Would never recommend. My dog went in for a routine surgery. Recieved a call later that everything had went good and she could be picked up. That evening I was concerned about her condition and had called and they brushed it off saying she was probably just having a hard time coming out of anesthetic. She died in my arms soon after. They were very unprofessional and uncaring on phone. My dog was part of our family.

Wonderful, caring staff. Couldn't ask for better. Also, worthy to note they are the most reasonably priced of anywhere else I have tried (although that is of least importance to me ) Will never even consider going anywhere else for my "fur babies" again.

Just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman who assisted in helping us after hours he was so kind, compassionate, caring, and heartfelt when helping our dog crossover as there was nothing we could do to save him as he passed away from old age. Been doing business with you for 12 years. 16 days ago I called your office about my sick dog. You told me rudely I was on standby. 4 hours later I called back in tears as my dog was dying in front of me. You rudely AGAIN said I was on standby and hung up on me. Your vet trucks drove past my house 6 times that day. Unfortunately I had to put her out of her misery MYSELF!! As of today, 16 days later I have yet to get a call. AM I STILL ON STANDBY???

I use the LVS for my pets, a dog and two cats. I like that they are more affordable than other vet clinics, they are friendly, and they do not suggest procedures or medications that are not necessary for my pets.

I tell you what, I love the veterinarians here! I, took my Palmeraion here on September 25th, 2020, to have her put to sleep. She would have been 17 on December 5th. It was time for her to be put to sleep. And they were awesome!
