Worst customer service ever... ended up twice over the weekend without heat in winter. Called Monday morning right away when they opened to get gas delivered cause I was at 15 percent,(when they have a monitor on it ) said I would have gas by Friday. Friday afternoon came around still no gas. Called me a liar said I never called and started yelling at me on the phone. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any sort of business.
