On a Wednesday night I had expressed interest in test driving a new truck. Within an hour they had responded, set an appointment, and had started the pre approval process. I went in the next day, was only in for about 2 hours and had driven off into the sunset with my new truck. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends, and if I need a new vehicle in the future I will definitely return. Their customer service and help was fantastic.

Bought a 2020 Nissan Titan from Shawn at Lomira. He went out of his way to help me with all the paperwork. Was up front the value of my trade, which was within a couple hundred dollars of what I was asking! Got everything taken care of in one afternoon!! They even followed up with a phone call this week to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy with the truck! Awesome place to buy a vehicle. Definitely would buy here again!

decided to buy a used vehicle from here and within a month and a half and less then 1500 miles i ended up having to put a new transmission in, was never disclosed there was already a rebuilt transmission in it and not done properly. called to see if they would do anything and all they said they would do was a free inspection when i already knew what needed to be done. super disappointed spending my money and time here.

I'll give you the facts and you decide whether or not you would like to spend your money here. I contacted Lomira about a 2016 lexus rx350 fsport with 77k miles they had for sale. I negotiated the deal and my interaction with the salesman was pleasant. I drove 13 hours from MD to pick up the truck on 9/16/23. After I arrived I inspected the vehicle only to find tremendous amounts of rust on the rotors and calipers. This lead me to look underneath and to my surprise, this truck was a rust bucket. The photos posted online made the truck seem as if it was in great condition but that was far from the truth. I am deeply saddened that Lomira Auto would even waste my time having me drive 13 hours one way for a vehicle with that much rust. I already had my own financing through my credit union so i had the check in hand along with cash for the down payment, had my insurance company add this vehicle to my policy just to get there and drive home empty handed due to this dealers disception. With the gas, tolls, and food. i wasted between $600-$700 on this trip. Please see the photos with my review because the photos speak for themselves. one photo is a screenshot of the truck from a video Lomira posted. The others are photos I took of the rust. Judging by Lomira's comments on other customers bad reviews I'm quite sure Lomira may comment to my post to try and discredit my honest review.

My son bought a 2018 Dodge Ram pick up truck about four months back. He loves the truck. It was a great reliable purchase.The truck was in Neenah when he went to look at it at their location there but they even brought it down to Lomira for my son to pick up there which was so nice when he went to pay and pick it up.They even put on a bed liner on at no additional cost when he made his purchase which was so awesome of them to do. There was a minor issue after purchase we found and they fixed it at no cost for him with no hesitation. They got us in asap and fixed it with loaner within hours. We would definitely recommend Lomira Auto as well as purchase again from them. Great customer service to and honest business even after purchase.

My mother and I had a tire pressure light on in our rental 2023 Toyota Camry today and I called Lomira Auto. John immediately answered the phone and we dropped off our rental Camry from Avis. The service mechanics immediately went to work, resolving the tire issues within minutes. The mechanics deserve a raise.

Visited this dealership a while ago and left as fast as I could. Was after a certain vehicle advertised on their website. When I got there, they said that it was at a different place and I would not be able to see it. They low balled on a trade-in and pushed to have papers signed to buy this car that I have never seen before. But, "you can see it once it gets here and take it home." They wanted me to buy the vehicle before ever seeing or test driving it. The worst part - they mismodeled the vehicle trying to get more money for the vehicle saying that it was actually nicer than what it was. This has been the worst dealership that I have ever worked with and would highly suggest spending your money somewhere else. Someplace that might actually care about their customers, instead of the check in their pocket.

Excellent follow through with Lomira Auto. I bought a car from Lomira in Aug. 2022 and noticed some mechanical flaws. My experience when buying used cars is once it leaves the lot the dealer no longer cares, not the case with Lomira. I called them a few weeks after the purchase and they gladly took the car back and fixed the problems. I noticed an issue with the parking brake during this same period and they tried to repair it but for some reason it didn’t seem to fix the issue. As I’m not a complainer I just got on with my life. I later took my car to my local repair shop and was told there were substantial issues that needed repair. As you can imagine I was upset and reached out to Lomira Auto to express my discontent, where I expected them to tell me this was not their problem. I was wrong. Lomira apologized for not being able to remedy the issue earlier and worked with me to solve the issue. In itself this would be considered excellent service but it is better than that as I didn’t discover the problem needed a solution until April of 2023. They could easily have told me they had my money and didn’t care but they didn’t. They helped solve my problem and made me whole. I recommend them to anyone and because they treated me right I will be buying my next vehicle with them too. Great company with better customer service. 10/10

Have a good variety of pristine used vehicles for sale and a full service shop with the capacity for over a half dozen vehicles at a time! I'd recommend if your looking for an imacualate low mileage used vehicle.

Initially I was having a great experience and was treated in the best way possible and couldn’t complain of a single thingThey offered an “auto check “ of the cars history and previous records all that stuff and it all checked out fine as 1 owner no accidentsI decided to double check myself and run the VIN number of the car on CARFAX which will show you EVERYTHING regarding the cars history and of course it was 6 OWNERS AND 2 accidents ! So I calmly ask the MANAGER about this and he say “we don’t use carfax only auto check , whatever auto check says is what we advertise ! I have nothing to say besides how unfortunate it is to almost make a deal with the disappointment , dishonest , money greedy people at Lomira autoI hope no one gets scammed like I almost did

We just purchased a truck from Lomira last night and I must say it was one of the nicest dealers I have ever worked with. Josh Labelle was our salesman and took great care of us; he was honest, provided prompt responses, and very personable. The credit rep, Chris, as well was very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, and upfront with no surprises when you sat down to sign. Both gentleman were very patient and thorough. They couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again in the future!

Everyone I worked with at Lomira auto was absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Gabe and Chris! It was a long 2 weeks after my previous car got totaled, but I was so happy to finally pick up my new car today. Chris worked hard to get me a deal with a bank and never gave up. Thank you guys for being so patient with me through the whole process. They were busy today, but continuously updated me on how much longer it would be and apologized for the wait. Lomira auto was the most pleasant dealership to work with. They made sure everything was in tip-top shape before I drove my car home off the lot and had no issue immediately correcting any minor issues. I appreciate everything that was done for me to get me into a new car! I absolutely love it!! If you're ever in need of a new car I could not recommend a better dealership and they're definitely worth the drive!

Found vehicle on line, called John @Neenah location placed a deposit to hold w/ CC, vehicle was ready for test drive when I got there, ran out well and overall was as advertised. Just show up and everything was ready. Dennis and Chris in the finance department were great as well had all documents ready to go and explained everything very well.
