Facility needs updating and organization no signage and kind of a cluster when brining animals here. They messed up my ticket 4 times when unloading and messed up my brothers twice. Brought in 4 heifers my recipe said 1. My brother brought in 2 his said 1 as well. They seem to try and rush everyone though instead of getting it right the first time. As we were there 3 other people had their tickets messed up as well. Don't know if it was intentional or not but if you sell here make sure you check your tickets and that everything is correct. Don't be afraid to have them slow down and have them make it right. Also there market report is misleading instead of giving a high and low if the low is to low they will just say and down. As in 1.15 and down. instead of .45 - 1.15. They could even break it down more and explain with most bring .80 -1.15. Or have another class for poor quality. Instead of not reporting it to make it look better. Just some things I noticed from being at the sale and taking notes then looking at sales report afterwards.

Sheep and goat sale... unloading procedure needs to be faster! An hour in line of only 5 trailers!!!...need more staff or sellers need to do more to be ready??? Please advise or fix!

I buy and sell lots of animals here. I have no major complaints, the crew is always friendly and helpful including Alli the office lady she's smart, fast, and sometimes funny!! Lol.
