When they first opened I loved going there. They were open until 9pm. For years it was a pleasure to go to. After the remodel they aren't open late anymore. When I asked what the hours were, I was told they need to stock the shelves because everyone is buying everything and they need to keep shelves full to keep us happy. I understand that all I wanted is the hours so I know if their open When I need things.

Interesting place to go. Never know what you'll find. Only problem is you need to watch prices because some products are more costly than they would be in a grocery store. They carry many name brand products and lots of items to choose from.

Horrible customer service. People that work here are just beyond trash. Went in today to buy fabric sortner and clipped my coupons before getting to the store. Grabbed my items and as I walked around the corner of the isle saw a bigger bottle of softner and decided to grab that one as well. But noticed that they had a expired coupon for an extra dollar off took a picture of the sign to one let them know that they still had a old sign up and two that I would like the extra dollar off because they still had the old sign hanging up. Well after the clerk rang me up. I asked if the coupon came off she said yes. I then explained that they had a old sign up and if they could please honor the old sign with the extra dollar off. She stated no I can not. Explained that it's a state law that it must be issued. She called her "manager" to the store and he argued with me that he doesn't have to give me the price off due to it being a freaking coupon. I will go to a different location from now on. Also pretty sure my boyfriend saw the one clerk smoking out of a glass pipe one night!! Great team lomira

I am beyond done going to this store for my basic supplies. Every time I go there, I’m waiting nearly 5 to 10 minutes before a store associate comes to the front to help me check out. Recently they installed a door bell like ringer that goes off when someone walks through the check out lane. Well, I’m not sure how many times I have to walk by the sensor until an associate comes to the front to help me check out. After waiting 10 minutes today to check out with no associate to assist, I threw my items on the counter and walked out. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, but I think it is pretty ridiculous to wait that long just to check out. I guess to get my basic items, I’ll just drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes to fond du lac. Not sure why this is such an issue. I just don’t think it’s that hard

I enjoy going to this dollar general, but I do have an issue with them selling debit cards to kids especially when you have to be 18 to use them. My grandson bought a debit visa card and the guy working told him that he would be able to use this card right away. Well of course he couldn't use this debit card cause you have to be 18. So I would like to know why they sell these cards to minors!!!!

This location treated me in a very disrespectful manner. It was Christmas Eve of 2017 and I have a lady shouting at me “get the hell out I wanna go home”. Mind you they still had someone in there besides me and it was only 8:00. I understand people wanna get home for Christmas but it’s not my fault you were scheduled and your hours were posted. If you need something, don’t go here, they’ll treat you like garbage. Also I am a regular who used to shop there frequently.

The cashier on the evening I came in was very friendly and helpful. Nice when a encounter with a retail cashier doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience. I wish I could remember her name though she made my night better just by being friendly.

Entering for many years only to find recent complaint. After the prior meal I went into the store with a couple fellows.For one employee I have a distinct message. If you are going to watch over us in our eyesight for a solid minute, to be looping around the store and cornering us only to have a brief tirade in your favor, for acts which we have not committed, and the innocence we now lack due to your classist misandry, we will not be visiting this location.I am not a thief or a trouble-maker.

The customer service is welcoming and friendly. This is a small store but it is set up with a lot of groceries items. Pricing is competitive and it is always stocked well.

Immediately when I walked into the store with my 2 friends we were immediately watched with bad intent. A worker walked up to me and my two friends and said "I don't want any trouble and no stealing" though we were doing nothing suspicious. We were watched for a minute straight then approached soon after. Event happened February 3, 2018 at 8:29 P.M.

Very friendly employee's which are also very helpful. Usually have everything i need from the store in stock. Once in a while they run out of product due to truck being late for delivery.

Why do u need a key to go to the bathroom thats retarded i almost peed myself and it was pain to get the door open to even go to the bathroom!!!! Besides that its a good store...

The only lady working was rude yes she said hello to us but otherwise she was just rude we would go down an aisle and she would push her cart in our way and the huffed at us when she had to wait for us to get out of her way and she needs to brush out her hair before she comes into work

There is an employee by the name of Marcy that will leave the store to go next door to her house. This has happened a few times. Sometimes leaving the customer standing there alone for a few minutes. Not a smart thing to do.
