Kathy is fantastic. She has been grooming my dog Fox for years and he always looks incredible after he visits her! Fox has long hair, and a lot of it, and Kathy is the only person I trust with him as others have completely botched his haircuts before. Kathy's new space in Lodi is great and I can not recommend her enough! We will be Ship Shape customers for life!

Kathy is great. I have a senior wheaton that is blind and gets very stressed getting groomed. She did a beautiful job on him. I definitely recommend ship shape.

We were new to the are and took our dog here. The owner is gruff and severely lacking in customer service. My dog would also cry and not want to go. It's sad because it was located close to my house but we switched to another groomer who is super nice and accomodationg and my dog is happy.

This woman knows how to work with dogs..She will let you know is a problem that she can see.with your dog. Would not take me dog anywhere else.She knows what she is talking about.
