Moved to Lodi a couple years ago. I have shopped here several times. Meat sticks, curds, brats, all good. I bought 5lbs. of sirloin steak to grill for Mother's Day. They were thick and grilled up fantastically! They tasted darn near like a nice filet! I'm very impressed. We will be buying more steak soon!

We were at a birthday party yesterday at Fawn Creek Winery where they served roast pork pieces in a roaster. The pork was from Lodi Meat Market and was the best I've ever had; so tender, moist, and tasty!

It's average meats at best. Not sure how they got all these amazing awards. Nothing they make is mind blowing. I will say they are inflation bullies when it comes to deer processing. They charge so much every year it's not even worth hunting anymore. Their deer jerky is the worst I have ever had. Tasteless piece of leather that spoils very fast. And if you are getting snack sticks made out of your deer, just get the plain garlic. If you pay extra to have jalapeño cheddar, they use such tiny amounts of product you can't taste the cheddar or jalapeño. If you cut open a snack stick down the middle it will hurt your eyes looking for the jalapeño and cheddar.

The best meats in the area hands down. Filet is cut when you order. NY Strips are amazing as well. All the summer sausage, beef sticks, sausages and even chicken breasts are amazing. It’s a must stop. Great owners!

Even something as simple as ground burger is SO much better here than from the grocery store. From cut to order thickness steaks, wide selection of brats (of which by the way are incredible), Italian beef, honey glazed hams, summer sausage, etc. It's all very delicious. And to boot, if you are a craft beer kind of person, they surprisingly have a darn good selection and prices are just as reasonable as you'd find anywhere. Love this place and we are lucky to have it here in Lodi :) Cheers to Lodi Sausage/Meat Market...keep doing what you have been doing for so many years!

I started noticing a while ago that the meat from the grocery store tasted weird. So, I started shopping here again (I had shopped here years ago til I moved away - now I moved back to the area again). Their meat is fantastic! Fresh ground chuck is really no more costly than the grocery store and tastes MUCH better as do their other meats. Their stuff is also not injected with fillers, you just get fresh, quality, meat. This summer we also tried a lot of their flavored brats. My personal favorite is the Spinach and Feta one. We also like their yummy snack sticks (I love the BBQ)! Sometimes I just grab one for breakfast in the morning.

Just went in there today to drop off venison to make into sausage. Read reviews asked people around the said this is the place to go. I'm 39 miles away. Staff were nice, place looks clean. Turned in 43 pounds today to make into sausage. Can not wait to pick it up. They are also the fastest place to do it based on estimate time of completion. When I get it back I'll edit the review after I eat some. My first experience dropping of venison to get it made. So far, I'm happy with the first impression.

I get my deer processed here every year. When I am rushed, they also clean it. My kids love the hotdogs and landjagers. The steaks never have hair or silver skin. And they get them done pretty quick. See you again next year.

You can’t beat the quality of meat, poultry, swine and customer service. It’s a great family run local business that has a wide array of cuts and options. I have no problem paying a little more for great quality and locally sourced food! If you like hot stuff and enjoy grilling something fun ask Brad to cut up a few ghost pepper pork pinwheels! They’re delicious!

I need to start off by saying I haven't been in for years. On my way home I just happened to pass by and remembered how great your steaks were.Seeing your sign with New York's on sale, my favorites, I turned around and picked up a 1 pound strip for dinner.I could tell while cooking it, how tender it was going to be. I was able to cut it with a butter knife and the taste was fantastic.Thank you all again for a great piece of meat and I'll be back more often!

I called to ask if they would sharpen my knife. He said if he had time he could look at it but it's not a service they offer. I wish they would because he found the time to sharpen it and he did an awesome job. Support local business. I drove 25 minutes just to have my knife sharpened and I bought jerky and other things as well. I will continue to drive there because of my experience. Thank you for the awesome service

Everything about the Lodi Sausage Co. is EXCELLENT!!!, except for one little thing... once you buy meat here, you will never be able to buy meat at a supermarket again!!!Their summer sausage is lean, not all fatty, and the flavor is out of this world. Make sure you try some garlic summer sausage! Their bacon is 10x better then supermarket bacon, and their hams - oh my - their hams are to die for! Pork sausage is perfectly seasoned and on the lean side.I just can't say enough good things! Service it top notch, Quality is excellent, clean, reputable and they even willing give back to the community!Everyone should buy their meat here!

Lodi Sausage Co. has the best beef liver I've ever had it was so fresh definitely so much better than in groceries stores I got 2 pounds for $3.00 you can get a whole fresh or frozen package both are excellent. I WILL never buy liver from anyone else again

I stumbled upon this place by mistake and my only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner! It’s amazing! We got the works.. bacon, sausage, beef jerky, ground beef, honey. EVERYTHING is amazing. We live 2 hours away in Illinois but WILL BE BACK!!!!! :)

Id give it zero stars but thats not an option. Very poor attitudes and not welcoming what so ever, they acted as if they were miserable. Over priced jalapeño snack sticks that went straight to the garbage after the first stick.
