I wanted to tell people this store maybe short staffed at times but the people that are working to keep it open are really good with customers. I'm a retired account executive and my bar for customer service is set very high. You can't teach something like this because it comes from the heart. I've experienced excellent service from Jake and Even as well as others but there 2 really stood out.

Went shopping at 9:30 PM and was able to still get sale items that ended tonight. That's a huge plus in my book! Employees are always so nice.

Floor had stuff on it like product that has fallen off shelves.looked to have not been cleaned in awhile I ran over stuff with cart even as I tried not to. Needs to be stocked shelves were quite empty

Fast in & out (if you know what you're looking for). The stores is new & should have built bigger, so it could accommodate more of their products. I don't feel that it is organized as well as it should be. We sometimes go to the Portage store periodically to get the items that we can't get in Baraboo

A++++; Service service service. The gentleman the that runs this place always goes the extra mile to help you. He is always the working hard, but doesn't hesitate to notice his customers. The other staff are also very helpful - I especially miss Susan. Hasn't been there in a long time, but she always went above and beyond! My only complaint - get rid of those electronic texting coupons, they are a PITA. Although that's a corporate issue...

Very friendly staff!! Found some different things there that are not at the Dollar General in my town. Very clean. I was impressed. Things were nicely stocked. Not a whole lot of boxes in the isle. Definitely will go there again

Just pulling into this store was a chore with their limited parking. Upon entry to the store the foreway leading into the store between the two doors was littered with random miscellaneous discounted items, some on shelves and some on the floor (Clothing items etc). I noticed that there was a line of customers leading outside the registers and wrapping around the clothing isle, it took me 35 minutes to get checked out, the ONE cashier that was up there didn't ask for help until helping around 10 customers. The only thought that crossed my mind was "I could've been helped earlier than this?.. she just CHOSE not to ask for help with customers wrapping into the clothing isle? Is this some kind of JOKE?". Needless to say if this is how Dollar General operates I will be avoiding not only this location but all locations as MUCH as possible in the near future. Horrible, just horrible.

This is one of the best stores. The manager is friendly and helpful. Always Tries to keep his store well stocked and clean. Most of the employees seem to enjoy working there.

Store is a mess stuff on floors and shelves are out of alot of items.Revisated this store again why I dont know and was given an attitude by the cashier Arlene I felt like I was being an inconvience to her she was short with me and rude.

The lady who helped us was Lieghann she was very helpful and very very polite. The store has been cleaned up a lot . The store is like night and day . The new manager has cleared up the store alot.

Employees and the manager is not friendly at all. I only been there twice with different cashier. They both give me BAD ATTITUDE. I respect elderly, but you shouldn’t give customers bad attitude for NO REASON when you at work. Such a bad experience from this location. Will never visit this location.

A great place for savings on cleaning products, kitchen supplies, nail polish and other cosmetics. The staff is wonderful as well.

Some days it's 5 stars and others is 3. Can be very cluttered making it difficult to walk around and find things...however the employees are kind and helpful.

I didn't really dislike it but these stores have to much crammed into them. They are trying to be a grocery store and like Kmart it didn't go over.
