I have been using this pharmacy for the past year as it is recommended by my employer. I use mail order and have not had an issue until this past week. My prescription was filled on a Monday and they said it would be mailed Tuesday. Never got it so I asked for tracking the following Saturday. They said it was never mailed yet but would be on Monday. I already ran out and couldn't wait another week so I went and picked it up. I asked the girl at the counter if prescriptions get mailed out daily and she said yes so my next question was why didn't mine ship? She said I guess it was delayed and they are doing their best. If that is their best then I don't know what to say honestly. She could have cared less I ran out.

Smith Pharmacy is one of the best around. We are fortunate as a community to have them here. Even with a software change, and dealing with transfers from other pharmacies in the area, they provided quick and efficient service. The line was literally the store length long and the staff breezed through it and handled it. You are all rockstars. Thank you for what you do!

The best thing I ever did was switch to Smith pharmacy.Whenever I go to pick up medications, there is a huge line. You would think that would be a turn-off, but the truth is the line moves so fast, I don't mind at all.In a world that most companies consistently look to downsize their labor force, Smith Pharmacy always makes sure there are plenty of people on staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful and have so many great products at fair prices.Thank you, Smith Pharmacy, for staying true to your hometown roots.

I realize this is a great Pharmacy and it has great reviews. But we specifically went to this Pharmacy for a specific medication and they would send us the wrong one after we told them exactly what manufacturer the next time around they forgot to order it and we never received it. I'm not saying they're a bad Pharmacy by any means but it'd be interesting to know if other people are having those same issues with this Pharmacy so I'm at least putting it out there so if you see that pattern then maybe it's time to move on

I've come to Smith Pharmacy in the past for a compound that Pick n Save couldn't fill.Currently (2/29/24) they are in the process of updating their software systems so things are a little crazy and a little busy. So keep that in mind that right now is not how it normally is and that typically things seem to be pretty quick. Everyone working here has been friendly and doing their best to make things move as smoothly as possible. So just keep that in mind when you come in if it's shortly after the software update (2/27/24).

Called to get my prescription mailed to me since I’m in college out of state. After they repeated my correct address back to me to verify where it was going, it got sent to the wrong address. I was also told it would arrive in 3 days and instead it was over a week later than they originally said. I would typically not mind, but this is a medication I need every single day. This is not the first time this has happened either with this pharmacy. Will be going elsewhere.

Apparently one of the few pharmacies in the area that makes magic mouthwash for chemo patients. Happy that Smith’s offers this service because it can be a real game changer for people experiencing side effects related to cancer treatment! My first visit I arrived towards the end of business hours picking up an urgent medication for my mother. I called ahead and the staff squeezed me in and totally made my (and my mother’s) day! I cannot thank your team enough, keep up the great work!

I had been struggling with other pharmacies and decided to give Smith Pharmacy in Little Chute a shot. Enter Pharmacist Nic Smith - a wizard in a white coat who didn't just assist; he soared above and beyond, untangling the knots and working some magic that left me utterly speechless. I'm still pinching myself. Did that level of customer service really just happen? As a newbie to their service, I'm blown away. What really struck me was that I could tell Nic actually cared. Little Chute is about 25 minutes from where I live, but Smith Pharmacy makes it worth the drive. They always have my prescription ready when promised, they're prompt, communicative and friendly, and far cheaper for compounded prescriptions than the big chains.

I have one of my prescriptions sent here because of how inexpensive it is to fill. I absolutely love this local pharmacy! If my insurance would cover this place, I’d move all of my medications here. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind and patient. Nothing like the big box store pharmacies.

Woah! This place is amazing. Two of my most recent visits have been towards the end of the night, after I left the pediatrician office. It's taken me approximately 10 minutes to get to the pharmacy after I leave the doctor and both times, my prescription has been filled within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. The first time, there were at least 20 people that came through the drive through while I waswaiting and they still managed to get me out in record time. I'm shocked at how smooth their operation is!! Reminds me of Chick-fil-A's drive through!!! I won't go anywhere else.

Worst pharmacy. It takes weeks (almost a month) for me to receive each prescription. They kept saying they said sent it and then I’d call back a week later and it wasn’t sent. It’s a horrible game of phone tag.

Smith Pharmacy employs the best educated and informational, the highest socially and ethically responsible individuals with not only the highest of ethical and moral standards but also the kindest and most endearing personalized professional and positive demeanors.Each pharmacist and/or technician that I have come into contact with / interacted with / communicated have been more than a pleasure and like no other pharmacist or technician that I have experienced in my entire lifetime. You can definitely feel the positivity when you enter the building.Not only are all the Smith Pharmacy associates observably exceptional at what they are trained to do... But on a regular basis I have seen several associates going above and beyond to assist consumers of pharmaceutical care with a variety of needs!When it comes to cost savings...By far no other pharmacy can at all compare to the cost effective and amazing price points that Smith pharmacy repeatedly provides on a daily basis.Smith’s pharmacy has save me not only hundreds but thousands of dollars because they do not believe in price gouging.Smith pharmacy is the only pharmacy that I would recommend anyone going to.Check it out and see for yourself!

Amazing!!! Not only do they mail you your prescriptions for free (if you’d like), but the cost for my 2 medications was $2. I have been paying $70 for the same thing at Walgreens. I am amazed! My only regret is I didn’t come here sooner! Would give 10 stars if I could 😊
