Amazing guy and company. Went to a different auto shop before stopping here and they wanted to charge me 1.8K for a paint repair. Came here and the guy came off his lunch to buffer out the scratches I had. No longer have the nasty scratches and saved me 1.8k. On top of that told me about other problems I had when it came to auto body repair and what I can do to resolve the issue. Professional and great people highly recommend.

I needed a full front bumper repair done quickly and was calling all around and wasn't even able to get a quote. Dan was able to get me a quote within the day I called as well as took only a day to get the bodywork done. In the end it turned out amazing! Not particularly happy with the thoroughness of work performed on my vehicle. It was brought here by the suggestion a local tow company after an accident. I guess they overlooked some larger suspension issues with my vehicle which caused me to have another, trusted, mechanic not only have to fix those overlooked issues but also replace the work Gracys did because the parts wore out so fast. From what my mechanic said, I gather that not fixing the largest issue caused a cascading effect on the work they did and caused their decent quality parts to wear out way faster than normal. I’m no mechanic but that makes sense. I’m out my insurance deductible plus a couple thousand more in re-work. It sucks.

I was referred to this auto body shop after my husband backed into my vehicle. I’m very particular. Had concerns about where to take my vehicle as its newer. I was beyond satisfied with my experience here. They went above and beyond. I have an eye for detail and looked over everything after it was repaired. I would refer everyone here. They’re professional, particular with their work, expertise, knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating with my crazy work schedule, considerate, and went above and beyond to get my vehicle done when they said. Honest, quality work from a local craftsman shop. They pride themselves on quality and value and thats really all that needs to be said. Stay local with the small shops and get the pride of ownership experience vs the big chain shops that treat you like a number and care mostly about turnaround times. Highly recommend Gracys.

If the job is done right, it's great. However, when the job is done wrong or questions about certain things, owner Dan would not own up. On multiple occasions, he was rude and angry. I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from him in May. In just 7 months, I have had two huge oil leaks, my windshield wipers FELL OFF because they were missing brackets, my horn went out, and the fracture in the windshield (that he told me was filled with silicone) spread to shatter the entire bottom of the windshield. Not to mention, he sold it to me with a manufacturer recall on the transmission. Luckily I got the car checked out at Les Stumf right after I bought it and had most of it fixed right away.I confronted him after the first and second oil leaks and recall and was told that they do not inspect the car other than test driving it and looking at it. Apparently, even though they're also an auto body shop, they don't bother even checking their vehicles for leaks. What I thought would be a dependable car ended up being a money pit. I'm very disappointed.

They have gone way way out of their way to help me replace my side mirror on my 2017 Lincoln....it shouldn't be that hard but the parts departments and Ford are really messing with Dan and his mechanic....thanks for hanging in their guys and continuing the great service!!!
