We normal go here weekly and haven't had any problems but these last 2 times were rough.... I wanted to order food for pick up and the lady who answered the phone was rude. And this time I ordered pick up and normal everything is fresh... this time my tenders were so old and dry. They are definitely not fresh! I am so disappointed in kwik trip lately. I don't know what is going on but this is 2 times in a row.

Jeff was my customer service representative it was a joy to meet him he had a lovely smile and he greeted me with the utmost care. Very welcoming atmosphere. I'm just visiting. I definitely recommend this place for a quick cup of coffee and a bite to eat maybe some gas or to use the restroom whether your local or you're just passing through a most visit

I came in to get a hot chocolate vanilla swirl, when I noticed the machine was getting cleaned. A coworker there saw me and right away apologized for the delay. He asked if I want a free pizza instead, but I politely declined. I wanted to wait, we had time. After that, the drink was amazing and hot! I am so glad that every time I go there, the staff is super friendly and they pay attention to their customers! I very highly recommend this Quik Trip!

This is my local kwik trip, one I visit frequently. I’ll be driving to a different location. I’ve had multiple experiences that were less than ideal. Megan, a cashier has been extremely rude and always with an attitude. They’re always out of something or there’s a reason why something isn’t working. They just tried to use lids for the Karuba gold cups that only fit the regular coffee. They don’t fit, but “that’s the only lids they have” and they don’t care whether they fit the cups or not.

If I could give less than one star for this place, I would. I was in this store today, April 17, 2022. An older gentleman was carrying a couple bags of ice when he fell head first into a counter bump out. He hit the bridge of his nose hard and it started bleeding. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE in that store did anything!!!!! There happen to be a lady and another older gentleman assisted the man, had to ask for a chair for the hurt man to sit on rather than leave him bent over down on the floor, had to ask the “staff” for paper towels for the blood on him and on the floor, had to ask for ice for the gentleman’s nose. Did not ask him at all if he needed assistance!!!! I am so beyond disappointed and angry! This chain has gone so far down hill in the last few years that although I am saddened by this event, I am not surprised. It’s all about the money. My last visit to any KT anywhere!

Went to get my car washed. They have a new cleaning system. I total love it! You put your car in Neutral. It takes you right on threw. That includes the dryer. No waiting for the car ahead of you! It's a moving machine!TIME SAVER. And my clean results were amazing.!!I couldn't believe how shiney it was! I'm impressed! Usually you have to buff when you get out. Not with the New drive thru. Highly recommend Thanks

Always clean, and the staff ALWAYS wear masks and/or face shields! Don't let the other reviewer tell you otherwise--they are very responsible and Covid-conscious. You guys are doing an awesome job, and I appreciate being able to run in safely for the little things I need--keep up the GREAT job!

Too many Karen's. Bit kwik trip is always great. There's no better place to get a case of beer, 2 pizzas, gas, and some chips.

Always love kwiktrip of course. Always amazing customer service where most gas stations are the worst. However, I stopped on my way to Green Bay at this particular location. I thought I had a $20 on me. I stopped in to grab breakfast on my way to work and decided to grab a box of doughnuts for coworkers. I got to checking out and my total was $12.21. I only had $11 on me. My only money to my name at the moment. I said to put one of my 2 breakfast sandwiches back I thought I had more cash on me. The cashier at register 1 offered to pay th difference. I said are you sure? She said yeah it’s fine. I said “like with your own money?” She said yes. This was 5/19, at 9:54 am. Kept my receipt to leave this review. Thank you. You made my day. I will pay it forward. Kindness does not go unappreciated

OkKwik Trip has the BEST CHICKEN TENDERS I HAVE EVER HAD. and I go all over the USA. I love fresh air and Cold up in Green Bay Wisconsin... But will always make a serious stop for the CHICKEN 🐔 TENDERS AT THE KWIK TRIP... YES INDEED 👍👍👍👍👍

Love the people I just wish the cigarettes were cheaper, they are about $1.00 more then most other places so if Im not in a big hurry I will go and buy them at a different place.

Only one car wash was working I have spent 45 minutes in line to get a car wash. Not great.

Very poor customer service. Cashier is standing there talking for a good minute or 2 to ppl that were obviously their friends after already having finished checking them out and just completely ignored me standing there waiting
