Much higher than when we went there in 2022. Problem is our dog has only 3 teeth for cleaning. And we were charged full price for a cleaning for a full mouth of teeth for 370.00.Two teeth were extracted for 150.00 plus extra charges for misc items that totaled 603.78.Very high priced to me.Now I know why I see older dogs with terrible looking teeth, and in pain. It's sad people can't afford that kind of price for getting teeth cleaned for dogs and cats. 😕 They are very nice people!!2005-2021 When we lived in Portland Oregon you could go over to Washington. And 2 veterinarians opened a teeth cleaning business for cats, and dogs in their garage. Of course a few yrs ago they opened a clinic. Price was 199.00 previously it did go up to 234.00 once in clinic.

I am an owner of 4 Alpacas (soon to be 7). This last winter, my Alpacas were attacked by a couple of dogs. I called Dr. Anna at the Lancaster Veterinary that afternoon and she guided me through taking care of my Alpaca (Onyx) that was chewed up by the dog. Dr. Anna came by my small farm the next day and took care of Onyx. She guided me through the next 3 weeks of care for Onyx, showing up 3 times a week. She also did an ultrasound on the other 3 Alpacas to assure me they were still pregnant and we will have three crias coming this summer. Thank you so much Dr. Anna! I would not have made it through this tramatic experience without you. I love my Vets!!Dr Cari is taking care of my elderly cat and he loves her to no end. He enjoys the time he spends with her. Dr. Cari is very gentle with him and explains his condition so I understand what is happening to my furr baby.I would recommend this vet to everyone who loves their family of furr babies. I sure wouldn't go anywhere else.Thanks for reading my review.

This is hands down the best vet and vet staff around. They always get my dog and cat in right away. We have also had a couple scares in the off hours where we have had to call and they are very prompt and caring with responding. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

The vet it’s self is wonderful but trying to get in for grooming isn’t even worth it. I’ve had to make appointment for my dog several times and every time the groom wants til the day off the call me just to reschedule. I understand that being a groomer is hard but don’t reschedule if you have no intention on taking the appointment. I shouldn’t have to reschedule every single week for almost two months.

My husband and I had our dog put down here, super sad day, very supportive staff. I've takin 2 of my cats here for neutering, and now I take our new dog here as well. Worth the 50 minute drive! I TRUST NO ONE ELSE!

My dog went there for a ten day hold for biting someone but he isn't a mean dog and they understood that. They sent me pictures every day and he looked happy the whole time. He also got up to date on shots and neutered. They are affordable and very caring. I recommend Lancaster Veterinary Clinic to anyone with a dog.

Extremely caring staff. Ive been working with Dr Carrie and she is an amazing compassionate veterinarian. After moving being with the same vet for 11 years finding a new vet that loves the animals and has a compassionate nature and is willing to work with you is priceless. I will say that all of the staff has been very accommodating and kind. Very clean and professional building. Prices are appropriate for the area.

I was very pleased with the grooming my puppy received but very disappointed that they charged me for a fecal sample when my puppy had a current one on file with my vet. If they had let me know that the fecal report was not sent with the vaccination record I would have contacted my vet for the information. Instead, they just added this charge at the time of the grooming. When I contacted the clinic with my concern, they said they were sorry but that was the extent of it. I feel that I should not have been charged for a fecal sample and should get my money back. Very poor communication.

They were all very professional and knew what they were doing. The Dr. called after my dog's procedure and gave me all the details and instructions for the next 2 weeks. Everything, including time and cost were as they said it would be. No hidden surprises.

We adopted our dog from this vet 9 years ago and have continued using this vet for all vaccinations, boarding, and medical needs. My husband and I were pleased to find out that the Lancaster Vet offered dog day camp, and for $15 a day! Can't beat that! Our dog loves interacting with the staff and other dogs! This facility is so welcoming and everyone is amazing! I never have to worry about my dog's safety or health while in the care of the Lancaster Vet.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The vet was dedicated to doing all she could for my pet to recover from a spinal injury in his tail, and he recovered fully. They called me a few days after my visit to check on his progress and then a couple weeks later to make sure he was still doing okay, which was incredibly thoughtful and dedicated. Great vibes all around- this isn't another gloomy vet office, it's full of life and love for animals. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.If I could give 0 stars I would. They almost killed my cat. They DID kill someone else's cat. Their free cat castration event was costing animals their lives, and owners hundreds of dollars to fix a simple procedure that they botched. They ended that service because they couldn't do it right. SO MANY PEOPLE WERE COMPLAINING OF THEIR PETS HEALTH AFTER USING THIS VET CLINIC. You shouldn't have to worry about your perfectly healthy cat dying after a vet visit. Staff is terribly rude. Jess at front desk and Dr. Cari Schaffer basically told me "You get what you pay for" They've taken their reviews off facebook because of how poorly peoples reviews were. Terrible vet. If you value your pet take them somewhere else.

I have taken my dogs to a chain store for grooming for years, I recently became very dissatisfied with them and thought I would try someone new. Vicki at Lancaster Vet Clinic is AMAZING!!! She did the best job grooming my dogs that I have ever had!! They were soft and smelled so good I didn't have to wonder if they actually got bathed as I did before. AND they found that the other place had not been cutting one of my dog's nails as I had been paying for! LANCASTER Vet Clinic is a gem in our little town, SHOP LOCAL!!! I highly recommend them and Vicki as your groomer!!!

Our family pack of Peaches the American Bulldog, Oscar and Grover the cats, and too many rats to name over the years Lancaster Veterinary Clinic has always ably served our packs needs and illnesses. From health checks, to immunizations, to emergency care, and through end of life the staff has been terrific with their knowledge, friendliness, and compassion.In particular I want to praise the Doggy Day Care program at Lancaster Veterinary Clinic. Our American Bulldog Peaches attends at least once a week and the Doggy Day Care provides wonderful socialization time with other dogs and humans. It is very reasonably priced with package deals available for multiple visits. Peaches is always excited when we arrive outside the clinic and comes home happy and tired from the activity and exercise she gets whenever she has been in Doggy Day Care.

I am very pleased with the care my dog KC gets at the Doggie Day Camp at the Lancaster Vet Clinic. She is always thrilled to get there and squeals with delight when the door opens. She gets to play and romp with other dogs rather than stay home alone when I work. The caregivers know her by name and seem to know her routines and habits. Great place!

I will NEVER take my dog there again after two separate incidents. Incident 1: At about 5 months old our dog cracked a tooth and it got infected. We took the dog to the vet who he has been seeing from day 1 to remove the bad tooth. When they called and said he was ready to go home we drove up to find out they removed 9 baby teeth in total. We took him there to remove 1 bad tooth, they removed 9 baby teeth with out calling, confirming or asking. Just did it with out consent because they thought it was the right thing to do. The breeder was just as furious about this as we were. I don't understand how any person thinks that is acceptable.Incident 2: The dog breeder asks that we don't neuter the dog until 2 years of age. This is common practice with the Vizsla breed and not specific to the breeder we got him from. We took the dog in for dog daycare because he wanted to run and had some extra energy that day. He loves going to day care and playing with the other dogs. I go to pick him up after being there for the ENTIRE day and they said oh by the way, we put him in isolation because he isn't neutered. Didn't call us, didn't tell us, nothing just did it for the entire day. We would have come and brought him home instead of being by him self all day. This was the final straw in understanding that the Lancaster Vet Clinic clearly only cares about money and not the animals.

We have been so pleased with the services provided by the Lancaster Veterinary Clinic. The veterinarians and staff are so welcoming and accommodating. We suffered a loss of our dear pet last year, and their kindness and support will never be forgotten. We drive from Dubuque, IA in order to vet with this establishment. So worth the drive. They truly care about both your pet and you as well.

We recently moved here to Lancaster from Texas, and we were needing to get our dog in asap. The staff was very nice and able to get us in right away the same day. The doctor was very knowledgeable and went over everything with me as far as treatment to be done.Went the next day for Thors procedure, and they were very kind and compationate to him. Thank you very good staff. He is relaxing and getting back to normal life.

I highly recommend Lancaster Veterinary Clinic. They take excellent care of my year old puppy. The doctor even came to the office on a Saturday night to take care of our puppy when she was sick. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Lancaster vet is always perfect! We took our puppy there after taking it to three different vets and they found out what was wrong and sent us to UW Vet. They are always so respectful not only to us but also our pets. Very clean place. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is very friendly and caring. They offer a lot of services and answer your questions if you are perplexed about your pet’s health. Peanut can be a challenge but everyone who works with him knows he has a bit of a personality-he’s a Nut Man! I’m very thankful that he can go to camp a few days every week. It’s much healthier for him to be able to get some exercise and interact with others (people and dogs), than to lay around all day listening to music.

Dog Day Camp saved us when we brought home Murray. He is a high energy Vizsla, needing a minimum of 2 walks per day. At the end of a long workday, we pick up an exhausted pup, which is heavenly. He is also been well socialized, which we also appreciate. The staff have always made themselves available for questions and concerns, and have been happy to make reasonable accommodations when necessary. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! :)

I LOVE Lancaster Vet Clinic!!!! Such kind and courteous staff!!! I first brought my cat here when I moved. The vet was very thorough and instantly diagnosed an ear issue that multiple other vets never found in 4 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furrbabies!
