Bought a new 6.5 PRC rifle there. Had them mount and bore sight my scope. Did not have to make any adjustments. Put 5 out of 6 shots in a quarter size target at 100 yards. The 6th just touched the bottom of the sticker and I think I may have flinched a little. That says alot on their service considering the price of shells. Thank you.

Drove 30 miles to purchase a railroad tie, was shown a "discard" pile of 7, of which extensive rot was instantly apparent. . . refused to accept such junk, and was told that until they were sold off, they would refuse to break open the next group of decent condition. . . went through the ranks of first yard manager, then store manager Erika, who when asked, would she spend her monies on such rotted out timbers only to be informed that "I would purchase anything, I really don't care what might be their condition", then finally Bob Schultz, owner of company. . . was informed that their policy was to rather refuse a sale and refund my monies than to just open the next group to make me happy. . . arrogance beyond belief, I took a refund and will now purchase my lumber and gates for probably far less at either Farm & Fleet or Menards- Why pay their full rip retail prices and then be subject to such arrogance of attitudes. . . Take you business anywhere's else, where you might be far better appreciated!!!Wish I could post the pictures taken of the 7 rotted I was expected to have settled for, vs. their many piles of literally hundreds of other far better quality ties they were "saving" that remained nicely strapped together saved for someone else instead purchasing them in bulk.Why not take your business literally anywhere's else!!!

What an awesome variety of garden items. The plants, shrubs, and trees are top rate. But what captivated me was the pots, stones, and can you believe it - Marble tiles in unique rounded shapes. I wanted to snatch some up and create - something, I don't know what, but believe me I will be thinking about it. I urge anyone to come in and check it out. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.

Great small town hardware store, Prices are priced for connivence however. So if you absolutely need something it's a fine spot. If it can wait you can definitely save a solid dollar.Staff are always attentive and ready to help at a moments notice and knowledgable.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My husband and I visited the garden center today and bought some stuff. Everything is well cared for and the staff were always asking if we needed help or had questions. Always a very welcoming environment.

Rude! If I could give 0 stars I would. One lady was rude to the Gasser employee that was asking an older lady needed help. The other lady said “just leave her alone!” I felt bad for the employee that was being nice and polite. I later found out the name of the rude lady was Jan.The young man in the greenhouse is willing to help me anytime he sees me and is very nice! I don’t know how much he makes, but it’s not enough! Very polite!I recommend stopping to see the young man and ask him questions, but otherwise I DON’T do anything at that store anymore!! Rude!!

Rented a brush mower for a skid loader, 10 minutes into mowing and the crimp on the hydraulic line broke. The shop was closed so we rented a hotel to get it fixed the next day and finish our mowing. The next day the service center was zero help and stated “ our mechanic isn’t in so we can’t help you “. I was promised a refund and then the manager refused to refund the $170. Do not rent any equipment from here, awful customer service!

Sarah was rude to me (the customer) and one of her co-workers that was helping me. I asked if she was always this rude and the co-worker refused to answer. After a few minutes she was talking about me to other customers and co-workers.
