Our go to place for guns, ammo and fishing equipment. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and are never pushy/hover for sales. Never had an issue with any purchase from there. Highly recommend shopping with them!

Terrible customer service. I recently stopped in and inquired about ordering a set of limbs for my bow. I left all the information about the bow including year,model, draw weight, finish, serial number etc and my contact info. I was told they would need a deposit to order the limbs so I left the deposit they asked for. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing and I assumed the limbs were on order. I call to confirm and they could not find my information or the record of my deposit and asked if I had a copy of my receipt. After about 10 minutes they found my deposit and bow information and told me the limbs had not been ordered because they wanted to have the bow in the shop before ordering and that the deposit wasn't large enough even though it was the amount they had asked for. Instead of calling to say this, they just sat on the deposit for 3 weeks and did not order the limbs. When I called back they absolutely refused to order the limbs or even call Mathews and get pricing or check availability of the limbs unless I made another trip over there and dropped the bow off even though they had all the information necessary to order the limbs. They basically told me to call another mathews dealer and see how fast they could get limbs in. I called Papas trading post and in less than 5 minutes on the phone and giving them the same information they were able to price and order the limbs. Unfortunately I bought a new bow from Angler's Nook a year ago, but it looks like I will have to make the trip to Papas Trading Post in Arena from now on because they actually seem interested in serving customers. Unfortunate situation because I used to reccomend Angler's Nook to many people, but from here on out they will be hearing this story instead.

Went there to get some scope caps for my son's gun. They had alot to choose from. I told them which vortex scope I had and they pulled one out of the case to be sure we had the correct caps. Thanks for making my shopping easy.

Super helpful staff and a great selection of fishing supplies at reasonable prices. They are located in the middle of town which is a bit different for a sporting store, but it's worth finding and going to.

They are always asking if you need any help finding anything. And if your not sure about something, they are right there answering all your questions. I went in there looking for arrow and practice tips. I grabbed a pack of practice tips and just by telling them the poundage of my bow they new exactly what I needed. 5 stars

This is an awesome local outdoors store. I had my firearm transfered here before purchasing and the process was very easy and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional
