Every,month for 6 months I've had to fight for my prescription even though every month I ask for automatic refill. Every time they say I never ask for automatic. They are rude thoughtless and inconsiderate. Had no choice but go there when the local pharmacy closed but now we'll travel further to another pharmacy. Would only use it for an emergency and I'm sure they'd screw that up as well.

Disappointing experience at the pharmacy. We've contacted them beforehand on four occasions to prepare prescriptions, only to be informed upon arrival, despite receiving notification of readiness, that it wasn't ready, resulting in an extra wait of 15-30 minutes. Additionally, there were instances of receiving incorrect medications and inaccurate instructions for antibiotics.

The worst customer service when it comes to the pharmacy. Have went multiple times for rx after saying filled and it’s not ready and there’s a 30 min wait. Will give you parts of your order. Bought out small hometown pharmacy in Waterloo to close it down. Folks there were left with no access to meds unless they have transportation. Just sad. I can’t believe they were that much of a competitor.

I’ve had multiple problems with this pharmacy for filling prescriptions. They are they’re not filled on time or you are disregarded. I just spent 25 minutes on hold for their automated system to hang up the phone on me. I will never ever frequent a Walgreens again as there is a CVS just as close and much more competent.

Miss Heimstreet’s employees and service. Walgreens always seems understaffed, rushed and frequently behind/confused with prescriptions, or gives me less than prescribed…just not a hometown, secure feel to the store at all. Sad for Lake Mills.

After 30 minutes of holding to "please hold on we will be with you shortly. There are more than 3 callers ahead of you" I had to give up. I will drive over to ask them to correct the error they have made submitting a script. Walgreens is the most expensive pharmacy in the US and provides THE WORST service. Pick another if you have the opportunity. ANY OTHER.

this place used to be good. they used to text when your scripts were ready for whatever reason they have stoped. Now they use a fill center anyou wait over 24hrs to fill some of your scripts. not the place it used to be think The other pharmacy in town might have a new client.

Bought out all other pharmacies, gave them a days notice that they all will be shut down. The definition of Scumbag corporate healthcare. They are a prime example of destroying competition so that they can thrive in their mediocrity.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. We have lived in lake mills for 1.5 years and our one year old is on meds she needs to take every month, that medication is NEVER ready! Our daughter needs this med and when we get stressed that it's not ready even though we call it in a week in advance to give them plenty of time, then they get rude with us. We have drove to sun prairie because the drive is worth being able to get better service and our meds on time. There is no reason to keep this pharmacy open in this town, need to bring back private pharmacys that cares about its customers not big box store pharmacys

Worst FedEx location. I'm an eBay business, I ship 2x a day with USPS & UPS. I intentionally avoid fedex because of this store. No one is ever there to take my package, no one gets payed when u walk in or am left waiting. When someone is there, they have zero training on the scanner and have no idea what to Do.Call and tell manager. Get transferred twice to what was suppose to be a manager, and they tell me they'll forward to their manager. Avoid.

The pharmacist techs are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I’ve had problems with my insurance, coupons, etc and they’re never helpful, talk down to me, and have even hung up on me while in the drive thru without giving me back my insurance card or prescription. Considering these people work in the medical field and deal with people going through medical and psychological issues, they should be able to courteously handle simple questions.It’s so disappointing that Walgreens has to contribute to the pain and inconvenience already instilled in our health care system.

I understand the entire " your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes" sales pitch, then you shop around and almost always buy something you don't really need, however the checkout system is HORRIBLE !!THE slowest credit card machines I have ever encountered, and the rewards is just another checkout delay that takes FOREVER. Not to mention you get to walk out with a receipt 24" long with no real value.Please take a lesson from Kwik Trip with the fastest credit card machines on earth. I get gas there for that reason only.The are always short staffed and their slow checkout process just adds to the long lines. PAINFUL to shop there.

If you have an option for another pharmacy that's closer to you, take it!!! If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, attitudes like you're wasting their time when you try to ask questions. And always have to do partial fills cuz they don't keep enough of the meds in stock (ones that my kids get on a monthly basis). Seriously worse pharmacy I have ever had to use! I am definitely working on switching to another one, don't care if it's farther away. Worth the drive to not deal with this!

Complete incompetency's in this store from pharmacy to just check out. It is completely pathetic whenever I am in this store a manager needs to be called for every little transaction going through. The pharmacy staff are untrained, rude and have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

The pharmacy is awesome but this evening I went in to get batteries for my vehicle remote start an got 2 other items. The cashier's name is Katie she had no problem with the customer ahead of me but had an attitude with me. Never said hi or smiled. Checked out my items threw them in the bag . Never asked me about my rewards card an didn't even tell me my total. I had to look at the machine to see how much I owed. Gave her the money an she threw the change an reciper into my hand. I said thank you an still no reply. She is very rude an doesn't belong working in customer service.

Their pharmacy department is very disorganized and the person that I dealt with was rude to say the least. I gave them a prescriptions to fill and was told it would take 15 minutes so I told them that I would wait.After more than a 40 minute wait I told them that I would pick up the prescription tomorrow so I left.When I got to my car I noticed on my phone that I received a message from Walgreens 27 minutes earlier saying that my prescription was ready for pickup so I went back in the store to get my prescription.When I got it I complained as to why they didn’t tell me that it was ready seeing how I told them that I would wait and that I was the only person in the waiting area.The lady walked away from me not saying a word.Another person who just started then waited on me and I got my prescription.I am now looking for a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy technician I worked with was lovely and I really appreciated how seriously the store was taking CDC recommendations- masks required and loudspeaker messages reminding folks to wear them and stay 6 ft apart. As a high-risk individual, this was possibly the safest I’ve felt in a business since covid started. Thank you!

I recently found out that I’m pregnant for the first time and I’m in the stage of making sure everything I do is pregnancy safe. I wanted to get Benadryl because I was told by my doctor that it’s a safe sleep aid. My husband and I went to this Walgreens to pick it up tonight and we found an OTC sleep aid that showed Benadryl as the active ingredient. Looked like exactly what I needed but my husband insisted that we should ask the pharmacy just to double check we had what we needed. I was handed off to the pharmacist who immediately made me feel like I was bothering her because I had this question. When I explained my situation she chose to respond in a way that made me feel very dumb and that I was wasting her time. Not a great representation of custom service and made a hormonal pregnant lady cry on a Monday night 👎 it’s so easy to choose kindness instead.

Horrible service. My son uses life sustaining medication and they NEVER ordered the medicine in time and sometimes it was forgotten. I left in tears almost monthly scrambling to find a solution. The staff was incredibly rude and always very unhelpful. Pharmacist would look at me with a blank stare when I'd seek her help and never was nice. Horrible customer service. I almost gave up on walgreens altogether but didn't want to deal with the hassle so gave the Sun Prairie (Grand Ave) a shot and wow am I glad I did! Their staff is amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure our medicatiins are handled in a timely fashion and always do all they can to help. Switch to Sun Prairie!!!

Im giving one star to the first girl that I spoke to at the Pharmacy. She was not help full at all. Very poor costumer service. Im giving 5 stars to the cashier lady. She really knows how to treat people. Specially foreigners. Very nice town. Thanks (The Guy from Louisiana.) lol

ALWAYS ISSUES WITH THIS PHARMACY! Also seems like they're computers are constantly running too slow or just shut down for an entire day. I have never been able to get anything from this pharmacy with out having to contact the DR or Insurance company!

Rx ready by 10am order states. I show up at 3 before work and they ask me to come back in 15 minutes. Couldn't. Come back the next day to find my walgreens savings membership expired. Can't simply renew it to get me on my way, I have to go inside and fill it out. I've been a member, just f u c k I n g renew it so I can get my rx.Regardless, goodRX app is cheaper, let me do it from my home and will ship my rx to my home. Likely my last business with Walgreens CONVENIENCE STORE. Certainly not a health and wellness clinic. Loads of tobacco at check out. Clearly all about that $$$$$$$$$$$.

There is a woman in the pharmacy that has some of the worst customer dervice ive ever seen. So rude doesnt smile, doesn't even look at me. Then literally throws my medidine into the pharmacists window. So unbelievably rude every single time i go in there. And it is really sad because i liked that pharmacy. I liked Walgreens. Now i dont even want to there anymore.

Staff are very nice and the only reason the stuff is mixed up is because of children grabbing stuff and moving it everywhere. But the employed's always try to fix it as soon as possible. The place otherwise than that is near and clean. The only reason for a 4 star is that sometimes the employees look like they would rather be home than here and they sound like robots and want you out of there asap.
