Ran in to get a few things. Store was clean and I was able to easily locate what I needed. Mostly self checks and few human registers open but it is annoying when they stop you at the door if your items are not in bags. I had only a few things so I wasn’t stopped this time.

My son had his taxes done by Jackson Hewitt that was set up at Walmart in Lake Geneva, with no certification posted, and no fees were displayed for reference.My son who was supposed to get $500+/- back from State of Wisconsin...was taken by Jackson Hewitt in "tax prep fees" they even charged him $55 to take his money directly from the State. They would't refund his money back. They are frauds. Stay away before they take your refund too. Go to an actual CPA who are certified. A CPA would have only charged $125.

Walmart in Lake Geneva is a Supercenter. It's always very busy. You can wander awhile looking for a Parking spot.This Walmart has it all: pharmacy, Cost Cutters HairCuts, Bakery, garden center, etc. No question Walmart has some very good deals. For me, it's a tad TOO BIG but is does have many selling points.It's also close to other desirable stores like Starbucks, Home Goods, Petco, Sherwin Williams.

Very nice storter budget by things reasonable. And they were very knowledgeable at that Walmart. Some walmarts people are stupid, but apparently distort people are smart.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give less. The level of harassment is ridiculous when trying to leave the store. The scarcity of associates and inability to get assistance is a joke. The employees that do work here do everything to avoid having to talk to their customers unless they know them. On top of it the location has yet to go back to being open 24 hours and is almost exclusively self-checkout, there may be 1 cashier working despite having plenty of registers. Honestly this place is just a joke. And on top of all of it, their products are still over-priced and prices keep going up.

I just wanna start with I am a Walmart child I grew up loving this store and now I can't stand going to any of them there is always something going on that makes it a terrible experience but the worst part about this specific store is some of the employees have major power trips I do not have to show you my receipt I am the most honest person you'll meet leave me alone as I spend thousands of dollars at Wal-Mart this is why I never go in the store anymore I'm so sick of being Harassed by Ada today she tried putting her foot in front of 1 of my 2 cart load that I checked out with an actual cashier and had 2 separate orders STOP MAKING HONEST PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG

Sean in the Photo Center always goes above and beyond when helping, not only for his department!John in the Pharmacy is a perfect Gentleman and he will even answer your questions over the phone.Diana at the fitting rooms, who answers the phone is a great asset to the Walmart team. She's very knowledgeable about everything and if not she will find out for you!!All 3 deserve a big raise!!

It's my favorite Walmart Lake Geneva! Very clean store. Plenty of cashiers no lines. Only issue empty shelves in food. It was Sunday late afternoon!

There are very few checkout lines open and several people deep. The self checkout is slow since many people don't go through efficiently. This is just to avoid paying cashiers and to inconvenience the customers. A year later and still no lines are ever open. This store is pure misery to shop at. The management should all be fired since they obviously can't do their jobs.Update not too much has changed. It appears they are doing some remodeling. The self checkout at one end is missing. The lines that were open were all several people deep. On the end with self checkout the converted some regular lines to self checkout. A miserable experience.It did seem a bit better this time. Still forced to be an UNPAID CASHIER.A shocker there were cashiers available.

The Lake Geneva Walmart is by far the best Walmart that I have been to. Clean, in stock, friendly and efficient with customer service. I go there from Kenosha Wisconsin which is about 35 minutes away and I live 2 miles away from Kenosha Walmart location, which sucks really bad. I will go to Lake Geneva location again.

Called Walmart and Chrissy at customer service was so helpful! Deli was not answering the phone but she went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure they eventually picked up. Please make sure Chrissy in customer service gets recognition for being an amazing employee!

Walmart store was very clean and well organized. I saw many employees working to stock shelves. There is a mix of full service and self check out registers. My only beef I had was the delay when my Walmart giftcard would not work at the self checkout. I had to wait for assistance, then needed to have order suspended to pay at Customer Service. I had to wait again, so checkout process took long than expected.

This Walmart store should be the blueprint for the rest of the Walmart locations across the country. The cleanliness of this store was unbelievable! The shelves were neat and well stocked and the employees I spoke with were very friendly. The manager and the employees should be commended on a job well done.

went to walmart to buy a few groceries . i ended up at the self checkout and a worker walked up and tried to "help" me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! the lady was CARRIE horrible service and had an attitude the whole time. i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me because " i didn't do nothing wrong" if you won't give me your name obviously you did something wrong carrie😃 so here is your bad review. please check yourself. i don't care if you work at walmart, customer service is number 1 priority. i work in customer service, and this experience was disgusting.

Super Center best describes this Walmart. It's always busy. The vegan/vegetarian options are always expanding. Great selection of olive oils. The produce has gotten better. I'd like to see them carry a vegan jerky. The already carry Beyond brand. They keep their prices so reasonable - written; 05/13/23 ~ L.R.K.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Very poor lack service. One star is one to many. The produce dept is frightening in this store. I have vowed to shop at Aldi after getting black bananas and seeing a whole section of wilted lettus. When took back bananas, I said the produce looks terrible and her response was "I know." Employees standing around talking about other employees.

This is nice and has many sales but the staff are not nice. It was 15 minutes before the store was closed and I was in an automatic cart and a lady at the door said I could not take this card out of the store even if I was bringing it back in which my husband was going to do and we had bought over 250. worth of stuff. Out of all Walmart that we have been to throughout the states. I have never had this happen before. We always shop at Walmart because they have the automatic carts so I can shop. I was very upset and crying. My husband is a hard time walking also but he always goes extra mile and I was upset that Walmart could not help us with this. The people at the door were very very rude.

Used to love this store but after the remodel it's been colossally downgraded. The aisles are cramped, added with the seasonal tourist boom, makes navigating the store a Hassel. Really wish they'd stay open later.

I was here in the morning, and the place appeared to be very clean. I do appreciate when stores to enter, or not dirty, as it is a turn off to go into places of the kind. Also, the prices are very reasonable on most items. I would not, however purchase beef from the store.

It is your basic Walmart Supercenter experience. I have had issues with variety in some areas. In ice cream, they have a lot of basic flavors in many brands. How many different kinds of vanilla do you really need?! They do prefer to stock their store brand over giving full variety to the name brands. For instance, I wanted Keebler chocolate covered grahams and they only sold the Walmart version, which tastes like the cheap stuff you can get at the Dollar Tree.

Great service. Ask if I found everything ok. Couldn't fine pizza sauce. He looked it up. Found the brand I was looking for. Went to to get it for me. Great service.
